Go to YouTube and type justice courttv get their email and number then send in your issues but if you still like the place you can take salary advance from your work place to pay part to calm your landlord. Starting from this year while not tell your company to be paying your salary into bank account eg gtco or others so that if emergency arise you can get salary advance from gtco likely half of your salary while waiting for your company

Logically, complicated.

1. What is your relationship with the landlord and other tenants in the house?
2. Have you always defaulted in paying your rent as at when due?
3. Have you bad mouthed the landlord to the another tenant who may have also told oga landlord?
4. Have you done anything to fall your hand for compound?


Landlords are not always evil.. But it is the way we approach them. Me, my rent expires tomorrow 15th January ... But I had pleaded with my landlord since 2nd week of December that I will be able to pay by January month end.. And he agreed.. Because I try my best to be true to my promise.

Communication is key.

Provided he hasn't given you quit notice prior, he can't throw your things out. But how you approach the matter will inform his actions... There's no law for us poor folks

nice one bro...as for my landlord he doesn't have patients plus he is always in need of money all the time....just imagine, he started asking me for money as early as 2nd of December for a rent that will expire on January... that I should give him rent in advance even if part paymen that he has problem, if not I will have to give him full payment at expiration. He is saying this because there are years I use to pay for 9months then balance it up in few months time.

I have never owe him I always prepay him ...I explained to him that I don't have for now but before 10th of January I will have... thinking my salary will come before then...

As for making problem with him or other tenants...no I don't make problem. Infact I hardly stay at home I go to school in the day then security work at night no time at all to have an entanglement let alone making problem...

First of all, you should have a separate bank account for your bills.

This is where you put in a percentage of your salary every year, so that by the end of the year, it will not choke.

Secondly, no your landlord has no right to throw your things out.

Thirdly, you can take him to court if he does. If you don't have money for a lawyer, there are many pro bono lawyers that hang around the court.

Either way, you must get justice.

My rent expired on the 12th of January 2022 today is 14th and my landlord is already threatening to throw out my luggages should I fail to pack out before Sunday, 16th of this month because I promised to pay him yesterday but failed...I pleaded with him to understand that I'm having a little challenge.

I'm a student in the day, security guard at night this I have been doing for the past 3yrs to see myself through school instead of dropping out after I lost my sponsor...I actually had plans of paying my rent before 10th of January with the help of my December salary but it's rather unfortunate that uptill now my boss is yet to pay my December salary...and my landlord doesn't have patience in his dictionary, I can't even go to my room any more because of his threat...I'm just hanging around hoping to see salary alert any of this days but should it tarries and he goes on to throw my things out what can I do? Plus is he right to do that?

Please honourable nairalanders your input in this matter will be highly appreciated...

I will read hard and study hard to pass my exams but at the end of the day, I wouldn't make it into the top 15. Others that don't even attend lectures or even come for the exams will be way ahead of me that put effort into passing the so called exams. They just need to pay the people to go and write The exams for them, bribe lecturers and they are done. All they need to do is wait for result.
My advice to people getting admission in any Nigerian higher institution is to make money and just bribe all the lecturers and collect certificate and fûçk off. Don't waste your time like me. If you get into a university outside Nigeria, good for you. At least your efforts would not go to waste.
In school this days in Nigeria, all academic and non academic staff are just out for your money. I paid school fees and I wanted to stamp it, I had to buy 500 card for the bursar. Mine Is even better, my friend told me he paid 5000 naira. I went to HOD office to submit my file, she collected money from everyone. Without paying her, she would not answer you for a job she is receiving salary for.
An exam was coming up, a very hard course, I studied for hours so as not to get carry over, that same morning before the exams, some girls already saw the question and solved everything. It was later confirmed that the lecturer gave it to the.. Good riddance, that lecturer is now on probation for threatening a girl with carryover if she didn't sleep with him. Bastard man.
School na confirm scam, young men should focus on making money instead.

The premises with which you arrived at your "school na scam" conclusion is seriously lacking in correlation... Your argument doesn't really validate your conclusion.

Look for a better caption something like ; schooling in Nigeria is an error or a mess...or education in the country is corroded or messed up... rather than making a holistic condermnation of the idea of going to school.

On monday, i was in my dream, and i went to a shop to buy something with N10.. So, when i want to pay, i brought out the N10 and torn it into two pieces and payed the shop owner with half of the money.
Immidiately, i work up.

I tried to find out the meaning on google, but couldn't find out any reasonable meaning. So i forget about it, but to my greatest suprise, this dream repeated exertly thesame way it happened in my first dream yesterday..

So, in my dream yesterday, i went to that same shop, with that same N10, and when i wanted to pay the shop owner, i torn the N10 into two and paid with half of it again, then i work up.

All my browsing history since morning have been trying to find out the meaning using google, but i can't. I'm really scared right now..
