The Garki /Nisa issue depends on your age on that price and you dont deal with drs directly rather consultants.

Are the doctors experienced, have you had any personal experience with the doctor pls let me know, so that i can proceed consulting. Because the dr. Samundi in India personally advised me to take utmost care while undergoing the consultation with the doctors. After many struggles i was able to get the success, now i have to be careful till i see my baby. Sorry for asking too many questions.

Big yes @RipVanWink when I was having prolactine issue my gnea warn my dh not to suck but can fondled if cant get off it. and no bd during 2ww is mainly for Ivf after egg transfer.

Adding more smoothies (fruits and veggies) to your diet,cut out processed foods,sugar,excess meat,more proteins and less carbs. And of course,exercise (fibroids feel comfortable in stagnant situations) hope this helps.
