@pinky, hope you reside in abuja. my sister inlaw had a similar/excert case with yours. The multiple fibroid was inside her womb and all drs visited gave her the same opinion of removing her womb. Every month she will be transfused with blood due to excess bleeding. Until recently she was refared to Gwagwalada Teaching hospital, where the operation was done successfuly with team of drs without the womb removed.
