Shud we applaud Nigerians for taking their investments offshore? Well untill we learn to call a spade a spade most people wont understand the implication of providing lucrative jobs for others in their country while leaving our destiny to fate.

The gambaris are half intelligent to think that an igbo man is responsible for the problem they started consciously... No amount of incriminating but duplicitous article, carefully written by agents of bokoharam will sail through to get the igbos involved.

slightlyMad: I don't get it, is it that we nigerians are this dumb?
Boko haram members are just gonna reveal to a white man who their sponsors are, right?
or did they just pick up the phone and yelled "Hey alhaji Modu serriff, when are you going to pay us for the next assignment"

I saw a lot of comments here and i just shake my head, no wonder we are led by someone of Jonathan's class
Now APC is coming out to say they are clean...lol
^^^^ Criminality is an illicit business & Those who choose to lead a criminal life possess criminal intelligence. Criminals hardly reveal strategic infos capable of jeopardising their mission if they are not acting under duress.

@ Topic, The Davis revelation showed that he took the words of criminals in the comfort of their sanctuary as basic truth without making additional input to understand their duplicitous mindset. Carefully, If u respond to the raging issues dispassionately, u would realise that so many things just dont add up in the overall statements/confessions of bokoharam to Davis. They are unempirical, totally lacking in essence and logic.
Let me summise that, the bokoharam guys used diversionary tactics through Davis to create a psychological warfare among Nigerians.
Politics › Re: Oyegun: The Miseducation Of A National Chairman-pdp by Iykopee(m): 5:16pm On Sep 03, 2014
egift: What Oyegun/APC is asking for from day one is that Jonathan/PDP led Federal Government should investigate, arrest and prosecute those sponsoring terror in Nigeria. But instead, President Jonathan dining and shielding them and Metuselah trying to pin it on anyone opposing Jonathan.

The question is if PDP know that it is APC, why have they not prosecuted them before the court? Or Jonathan does not know what his responsibility as President entails?
^^^ If stephen davis's statement is unempirical as stated by metu, on what basis shud GEJ arrest and prosecute the names he mentioned?

[quote author=XketchDesigns]Why is it the former COAS you see fit to defend, why not defend sheriff also who was mentioned together with him.
This just bring me to the initial question, what if the names listed in the topic was the names he actually called, would you still call him a "dummy" or agree with him?

^^^^ Why wont i call him a dummy for mentioning names without facts to back it up?

Politics › Re: What If Steve Davis Mentioned Buhari/atiku/tinubu/el Rufai by Iykopee(m): 11:59am On Sep 03, 2014
XketchDesigns: huh You cannot mention names? Besides, stephen is a neutral party, he is not from nigeria. So we will not say he is clouded by the disgusting bigotry/sentiment the average Nigerian has.
However, from your statement you are implying the FG hired a liar to negotiate on their behalf, this only means the FG is clueless and dumb!
The only dummy here is stephen davis who took the words of a criminal hook line and sinker without making a single attempt to ascertain the veracity of their claims. His current statement against the immediate past COAS does not support a smidgin of verifiable fact. Perhaps the FG made a mistake by soliciting for his flawed services.

Politics › Re: What If Steve Davis Mentioned Buhari/atiku/tinubu/el Rufai by Iykopee(m): 10:52am On Sep 03, 2014
XketchDesigns: What if the negotiator hired by the FG, stephen davis ti negotiate the safe release of the girls mentioned names like the those in the title of this thread. Will we call him names and say he was compromised?
Let's be sincere with ourselves, will it not have been a major issue now, will you not have demanded for answers from the FG, will you not clamour for their arrest or at least ask that they be brought in for questioning?

I am not saying that the accused are guilty, but for the fact that a man of huge respect (FG hired him) to go on international media (Arise news) and make such allegations calls for the government to do something at least, make a statement.

Let's not forget the FG said they know who this sponsors are (2012) but till this day nothing has been done. I am not asking for their names because I will not do anything with it but prosecute them.
^^^ When even buhari was fingered for same offense, reasonable Nigerians refused to accept it because such claim was lacking in evidence... So i personally will not accept this one for lack of evidential proof.

Agriculture › Re: Enugu Set To Export Pineapples To Europe by Iykopee(m): 12:00pm On Sep 02, 2014
PhockPhockMan: The Enugu State Government would commence the commercial shipment of pineapple to Europe this year, the Commissioner for Information, Mr. Chuks Ugwoke, said on Monday.

Ugwoke, who said this while addressing journalists after the State Executive Council meeting, explained that the commodity would be harvested from the 150-hectare Enugu-San Carlos Pineapple Farm.

The meeting was chaired by Governor Sullivan Chime at the Government House, Enugu.

In addition to the production of pineapple, the commissioner said the council also approved the introduction of banana and livestock, particularly cattle, in the farm, which is jointly owned by the state government and San Carlos, a United States-based farming conglomerate.

The council also approved N880.8m as the state’s equity counterpart contribution for new investments in the farm.

Ugwoke said the council approved another N1.1bn for the completion of construction work on two major inter-local government rural roads in parts of the state.

He added that about N48.8m was approved for the implementation of the health commodity supply component of the 2013 Millennium Development Goals Local Government Track for six local government areas of Awgu, Enugu East, Igbo-Eze South, Nkanu West, Nsukka and Udi.

It is expected that hospital equipment, drugs and other materials needed in health care facilities in the state will be provided with the sum.

Ugwoke similarly said the council directed that a draft bill for a law to upgrade the State College of Agriculture and Agro-Entrepreneurship in Iwollo Oghe to the Enugu State Polytechnic should be forwarded to the state House of Assembly for consideration and possible passage.

According to the commissioner, the bill, if passed into law, and the school, will help to reduce the hardship being faced by many candidates seeking admission into higher institutions in the state and also facilitate the steady and direct in-flow of material and financial resources to the institution from outside the state.
