Please can i ask a school to withdraw my CAS without loosing the whole tuition deposit paid. Also will this be an issue if i ask another school to issue a CAS for jan intake. To give context, for certain recent personal unavoidable reasons, I may not be able to resume in early Oct my school said, but until around Nov. I asked to school if i could defer, they said they don't have Jan intake for my programme. I asked for late resumption while i study remotely till Nov, they are finding it difficult to give clearance. Now, i applied to another school for January intake and i got admitted.
Has anyone experienced or know someone who has. I did appreciate any advise i can get. Thanks

Guys please I wanted to ask ! is it possible for UK to ban someone without stating it on your refusal letter. A friend was refused visiting visas last year and they stated insufficient funding on his refusal letter, however his student visa was recently refused stating he has been banned by submitting a fake Statement of Account in his last application.

Note: it was the agent that sent the refusal to him last year cause it was DHL to the agent, as such he’s not sure if the refusal the agent sent us real or not probably the ban was sent to the agent and the agent documented another letter for refusal to him. He just want to be sure as he has lost contact with the agent.

So sorry about this ,I can feel your pain and I must say,it's so shameful that a bank won't reply to such an email knowing the fact that it's all about someone life. JUst do the review, get a letter from the bank which you can upload as evidence and let's keep praying.

You select seat before payment. At the point of holding your booking, you would see a currency converter underneath the total fare.

If you are booking your flight with Qatar airways, there is a currency converter when you have selected your ticket type. You can use it to know how to pay in Naira.

Pay attention to the instructions on the screenshot below.

I have used it before. Flown from London to Lagos. Fastest total flight time for stopover flight. Affordable too. Don't expect too much in terms of services particularly if you have a layover. Be sure of your transport arrangement from Gatwick. I had to pay fine, cos I thought I could use a card accepted in London to pay for my train ride. I didn't know Gatwick was in another borough. I dropped 40 Quid. Still painful.

With covid now not a lot of classes are in person. Yes staying in dartford is not so bad. You can then get a house maybe in december when prices are cheaper cos for now students are rushing it all and agents are not willing to compromise. Just reason how many in person classes you have and make your decision.

besides it is the school Nigerian rep that gave her that info, not an ordinary agent. She is working for the school. She is repping the school here in Nigeria (I don't know the school in question and I am not saying she is right) but what I am just saying is there should be at least 1transaction in that account within that 28days. Let her do one transaction today and print tomorrow. That should fly

because there is no proof that the account isn't a dormant account. If she is printing 28days with no transaction in it, how will they know that she can access the money when needed? Well this is what the school I applied to have been doing. They adviced applicant to make transaction a day before printing their statement or at at least once to show the account is functioning. Those that didn't adhere, were not issued CAS by the school until they did the needful. I hope my contribution helps

The rep is simply trying to tie every loose ends. They get £1000 for any successful applicant that gets his or her visa and enrol accordingly.

Not having much transactions on the duration of POF may signal that it is built a statement of account purposely meant to satisfy 28 days requirement.

The good thing is that UKVI adheres strictly to Immigration Law and rarely exercise discretion when the conditions of the law is met. If it were US or Canada, that POF won't fly.

My advice is to explain to the rep that you would like to try but she may be reluctant to help you get another CAS if rejected. Since you applied through the rep, stick with her instructions cuz if anything goes wrong, school won't refund your tuition deposit

This is sounding like an excuse for them not to issue her CAs . Let her send it to the school directly and see how it goes . What school is this please ?
