I did biometric since 17 Sept and paid for priority my programme starts 20th of September University of Derby, up till now I'm still waiting , I've been to tsl vi twice all they say is not yet received from UK embassy vi and I am so worried because University of Derby state clearly that registration will stop 8th of October.
My question is is there anyway one can defer admission to January when the visa comes out and I am not able to make the registration deadline or is there any way out.
Please gurus I really need your input.

Basirat dear, I don't know how possible that will be o. You said the application was made recently, so it's still fresh on their system. That means the divorce papers have to be recent too, and coming on the heels of your own genuine marriage to him. And to get legal divorce papers for a sham marriage? That's one violation on top of another. Honestly, to cover this lie, you'll need to tell more lies, it's not looking good sincerely. He might even jeopardize your own visa.

Might not sound good but just let this one slide, men still plenty.

A friend wants to apply for master degree admissions in the UK.

Her challenge is that her FIrst degree certificate bears her Father's name as surname and she now bears her husband's name as surname.

She is confused as to the proper name she can use for the application for admission and for her international passport. Should she use the name appearing on her degree certificate or her husbands name as surname ?

Take note: she intend to apply for a family visa with her husband.

Hello good people of nairaland. I need advice on my delayed Tier4 visa. I applied to study MSc Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at the University of Hull and my class starts September 20, 2022(next week monday). I submitted my visa application on the 1st of August and completed biometrics on the 3rd of August (paid for priority service)but up till moment(30 working days), no decision has been made on my application. My school latest/alternative start date is October 15, 2021 but I need to observe the 10 days COVID 19 isolation so I should be in UK latest by October 4, so time is of the essence. I have sent paid mails twice and made escalations but the same reply I get is that my application is under processing. Earlier this year I visited south Africa and overstayed for some few days due to circumstances beyond my control and this got me a 1 year ban from south Africa which I stated in my UK visa application. A week after applying, I got a non straight forward mail so I suspect it could be because of the ban. What can I do in this situation? Is it possible they grant visa after school resumes? What can such a visa be used for since I can no longer join class? Should I withdraw my application?
I am deeply worried. Please help a sister

Transcript of Academic Record for a Masters in Economics from University of ..., Nigeria. This Applicants English has been HEP assessed to a level of CEFR B2 or above by using IELTS". I am just scared because I presented IELTS GENERAL

My question, is submitting IELTS General for visa application acceptable?please help!!!

Pls, those who traveled b4 their dependants. How did you and your spouse get to sign the Consent Letter(for the kids) together during their(dependants) visa applications? Since both signatures are required for the letter of consent.
I'm asking cos the main applicant has already traveled to uk while spouse and kids hasn't yet.

This is the third time I’ll be getting “ Your UK visa application has been issued.” Since aug 31st then September 2nd. The third came in not long ago. I hope collection email drops this week. And school sent me email that BRP card has been delivered to the university

If there's anything I've learnt about success is not to under estimate your strength, courage and hardwork. Determination is the key to success and there's no limit to what you can achieve . I know a person going to UK for a 19k pounds school fees , don't get me wrong this person ain't rich but she has this belief in herself and I know she'll scale through. Now if you afraid of the unknown, it's your weakness , if you believe you'll succeed. My advise believe in yourself or trust in a person.

Guy please I don’t understand. My dependants were denied visa. We still have 13,600,000 naira in the account.mind you, I paid my tuition. Please has anyone gotten anything positive from administrative review or do I just reapply?

Bro Administrative review won’t work here. Since you haven’t travelled yet you still need to show living expenses of 9207 in that same account so as to prove you have a well funded account. Even if you’ve paid a full school fees you still have to prove it since you are yet to travel. It would have been another case if you’ve travelled and have your BRP...so as to enable your dependent apply with same. That’s my opinion though

Ah shey I’ve not bought market like this, I used 1st June - 8th September and opening balance was lower than the required funds but the required amount entered on 1st July and became higher over the course of the month of July and August. Who is doing me bayi my oversabi.

How many months account statement should I print? A friend said 6 or 3 months.
I'm applying with two kids, one is 10,one is 16.is there any other document I need to present for my 16 year old apart from upkeep money and birth certificate. Please I need your inputs please.

It's fine. I see you have received responses.

Reason I asked was to ensure you do not take the option of booking an accommodation when your intended arrival date is close to your visa application date/period.

- Most bookings will debit funds a week or 2 before arrival date
- If you choose to cancel after submitting your application, you may fail verification checks (if its an ECO that is overly detailed).

Hello, I’d like to ask a question please. So I’m planning to do my application soon, I understand that if the money was in my parents account I provide sponsorship letter, birth certificate but the money is in my account and my mum is the one sponsoring me… do I still need to add sponsorship letter and the rest? Or i just need my printed bank statement which is in my name?

Click Yes and add the address to the room you’ve already booked. You can list it as ‘private accommodation’ . I also don’t think the address on your TB certificate can affect your visa decision .

I used my friend’s UK address for my TB test, because as at then, I haven’t decided on the school I was going to accept admission for, and since I’m also going to quarantine at her place (I collected letter of accommodation from her), I felt why not. So, for the application, where they asked “do you know where you’ll be staying in the Uk” should I tick yes or no?

The reason I’m confused is because, I’ll be renting close to school within my first two weeks of arrival (I’ve booked some rooms I just want to see with my eyes, before making payment). Also, I don’t know if using her address might cause a not straightforward mail, In cases where they may try to reach her or something, I’m just trying to weigh my options please. If I tick no, should I have my certificate corrected at IOM?
