He will blow the money, now try to get lucky a second time. Next try yahoo plus

There was a boy we grew up with, he lived with his sisters husband who was a military or custom guy. Around 1995 he stole his brother inlaws money like 2m and the inlaw didn't even notice. Nothing wey him no take our eyes see for area. He was like 3yrs my senior but all the girls from his set to 4yrs his senior he canceled enough of them

I still remember his denim baff ups and timberland, Sanchoze Bikers boots

He soon finished the money and became so broke some said na curse dey follow am

I'm not sure the guy is even alive
I know one too..

He had a job with some Europeans. He was the warehouse manager. This guy was stealing thousands of naira daily.

He bought RX350 and Infiniti then. He rented a flat in Festac and had one high class babe then. Anytime we went to his house, it was party upon party. He didn't further his education past WAEC, and me that was in school then felt useless.

One day, the Europeans left and never came back. My guy was left with liabilities here and there. Sold his cars, moved out of the flat and as usual, the babe left.

Last we saw him, he was riding a Keke on Hire purchase.

Easy come is most likely to go easily

Does background of poverty makes you more likely to blow money or to be protective of money
Those who got it with luck are more likely to blow it

Those who hustled their asss off and got it, are more likely to protect it.

This has to be the explanation

Money comes with a wicked spirit that pushes you to do things you never even planned for. They are some kind of useless cravings that comes with having money.
That's why i believe people forget easily.

If you have suffered enough, you should know that the money is a means to get out of poverty.

No. But he loves luxury and all his friends have high taste, I was even thinking they might deceive him to get a car worth like 40m.
grin grin grin grin

The guy no try at all.

He should have limited all his taste of luxury, both in buying a car, apartment, clothes, flexing, spending of family, blah blah blah to the 7 million on top.

If he won't japa with his 50 million, he should have used that to change his story for a long time.

Buy just a car for 16 million, shows the money is gone.

It's a sad story for me, because so many of his kind would not waste that opportunity

Very disappointing.

He never made it out of betting. As the cash depletes, he will begin to use 100k and 500k to try and hit 57 million again.

I believe any states are worse all over the country. If it's really 50% in Enugu, then I doubt any state in the North will have 20% then maybe states above 40% will be less than 10 out of 36
I think these people should provide the metrics on how they derive all these data.

50% of Children in Enugu can't read?

Did they go to all the interior nooks and crannies in the villages to carry out this census?

Disstroy once again u are right that those Twitter rats will do anything for clout.

So a lady posted picture of herself and her man (zaza ) & this other random lady commented “Rasaki the herpes giver “ on it . The post went viral and different blogs were posting it as savage .

Zaza promised to take the accusation up legally and sure he did. The lady was detained and slammed with 500m lawsuit for defamation.

How can u be chasing clout at the expense of someone else’s reputation ?
The whole thing, including the imaginary 500 million lawsuit seems like clout too.

From the article - The refinery has never operated at over 36% capacity.

https://www.nairaland.com/3065460/major-pipeline-back-track-fuel

This was kachikwu being optimistic in 2016 after they fixed the pipeline to the refinery.

In 2018 they reported that the refinery is nnpcs biggest loss maker.

If the government is serious about making kaduna refinery work then they should do what kachikwu pushed for - a jv with legitimate private businesses. Anything else and we will be reporting the same thing in 2025,that the refinery is making a loss after massive capital investment

You in particular are a stone cold businessman and you know that poorly planned investment in infrastructure that has never turned a profit in the past is a bad idea. None of the variables that made kaduna refinery produce at 36% and make a loss have been addressed or even actually figured out

This is just throwing money at a problem with the hope that it solves it.
I have not said you're wrong. I'm saying he has a point.

You buy a bus for 60k, and it has made back to back losses. Then I show up to buy it from you for 200 naira. You won't sell.

His point was that anyone could grossly undervalue the refinery and that was why past presidents probably didn't want to sell.

When i was in the police station, a guy was brought in for possessing drugs, and he called his brother that was a Naval guy.

This should give us an insight into why exactly soldiers misbehave and think they are above the law in this country . Smh

Only God knows the kind of training/orientation they gave these guys that made them believe that a governor who is the chief security officer of a state does not have the right to effect their arrests when they are caught breaking the law.

So it’s safe to say any policeman or other law enforcement trying to arrest military personnel is only endangering his own life in this country
Are you surprised? Isn't this Nigeria?

Apart from the fact that he said a lot of worse nonsense, he's right on a point.

Lagos/Badagry expressway has to be the worst constructed road in Nigeria/Africa and the Universe.

I would assume that they would model it like Apapa/Oshodi expressway that has a Service lane, where people moving from one short point to another can use, or Ikorodu road where you can go back by using the inner roads, rather than travelling so far to turn, but no.

From Agric to Barracks is less than a km, but because there are no accessible U-turns, i would use my bike to ride almost 6km to turn. Even Sanwo-Olu cannot do that.

They should just kill their idea of having a toll gate, use the last lane as a Service lane, so people that are returning from short distances can do so, just as Apapa/Oshodi expressway is.

I always find it amusing when a religious person doesn't believe in Juju. Like you a Muslim who believes in an Arabic god, jinns, devil and all the rest that comes with Islam yet you don't believe in African juju. Is that not the height of foolishness? An atheist saying it you will understand but a religious person lol.
Very amusing.

Even the first commandment of God is that you should not have or acknowledge another god before him.

The God you believe knows there are others, but the believer insists there's none.

Very very amusing, I must confess

It is undeniably heartwarming to see charitable acts and the beneficiaries filled with glee. Kindness and generosity is what the world needs more of. I won't lie, the terrible political cynic in me offensively whispers whether it is an image laundering act based on his political leanings deemed offensive to many. But nonetheless, good has to always triumph and must be amplified and encouraged as much as possible. Dayo and obaino have brought warmth and happiness to a lot of people's hearts. I encourage others also better suited to do so to look around people around them and also lend a helping hand.
Our country is doing quite badly and I hope that this austerity moves by dayo also extends to his political inclinations.

Happy and a prosperous 2024 to you all.

And here we go with the emotionality. Completely ignored the slurs other subethnicities tag on some like the Ebonyi people, Mbiase, Awara... Or why people from certain states peopled by the same tribe think themselves superior to their tribesmen based on their bio-geolocation accidents which we call "state or place of origin".

Is this the part where we do 10 pages of arguments so we can completely befuddle the viewing public and hide the points raised so far in the paragraph above?

No! When I make an argument, I only focus on the main point and do not deviate or get distracted. Emotionality doesn't work with me. Stay on topic.

Ariaria Market boys in Aba are still ridiculing " Onye Abakaliki" even this minute. Same tribe. That's the point. End the subethnic prejudice so you have a united to front to fight whatever intertribal prejudice there is.
The only reason i quoted you is because you lied about something I didn't say.

You can categorise every LG in the SE as hating each other; I seriously have no problems with that
I won't even join the argument.

But you lied on my moniker to buttress your point.
