You will need multiple fronts if you are a political opponent and you want to build a major structure . Nigeria's laws mean that no one actually owns any land. It is all at the pleasure of the serving governor. Your c of o can be revoked at any time.
What is "Major" about that structure? grin

1 billion naira structure, and na split unit AC dem pack full the body.

Getting a vehicle on loan in today's economy, that idea is not so good because you will have to work your ass off to repay the loan. Petrol price is very high and Bolt fare doesn't commensurate with it except when there is surge. Fare is low, you will spend a lot of fuel and do so many trips before you can make a reasonable profit per day.

If there are no option of getting a Car other than loan, I will advice you go for a car loan between 2 to 3 miilion naira. It would be easier for you to repay on time. Maximum of 2years is enough to repay and the car wont suffer depreciation.

Brand new and Tokunbo Cars are very expensive, grade A sound Nigerian used cars on loan would make sense.

As per how you can juggle work, family and ehailing (driving) together, talking from my own experience.

I will suggest you drive on weekends, Friday night, Saturday and Sunday are the days to make good money. These 3 days can fetch you 60k to 100k after expenses depending on how long you can work. In a month that should be around 240k to 400k.

This is the best time to drive Uber for someone who is busy weekdays with job or other business

Friday from 7pm -12am N15,000 to N20,000 profit

Saturday From 5am - 10pm N20,000 to N40,000 profit

Sunday 5am - 10pm N25,000 to N45,000 profit

Total of these 3 days are usually between 60k to 100k in a week, you can give it a shot

Good luck !
20k profit in 5 hours, on a Friday evening, in Tinubu's Lagos?

Like..If he removes commission and fuelling, he will have 20k in his pocket?

Guys, please raumdeuter shared a link recently that showed one's outstanding stocks.

Both my parents invested in stocks pre-2008 stock market crash. They've were receiving little dividends before but when they relocated, they stopped receiving any and they never cashed any of the dividends received then.

So I'm asking if anyone has any idea if those dividends have been backended, if they're entitled to it, and how to go about checking the current valuation of these stocks, because both my parents sunk about 650k cumulatively in these stocks.

And another thing is that some of these companies may not even still be viable or alive today and even the stockbroking firms they used have nothing about them.

Could any one help me here? Because my dad alone put 100k into GTB then and I'm thinking that seeing the current valuation of GTB today alone, this might be worth something, at least a million today as bad as e bad, both in unclaimed dividends and current valuation. Likewise other stocks.
Please can someone point me in the right direction. Where to go for basic enquiry or any site to scour.

Cc ibime, blueraydick, disstroy, afrodoc, raumdeuter, others who can help.
You need a Stock broker.

Go online and search for them. Them go help you (for an agreed percentage after you sell sha).

I doubt if your parents can recoup their 650k. Some of the shares there are useless; ABC, Dangote Flour and Lasako..

If you use am take clean nyash, e better

Antony gives his side of the story with Gabriela Cavallin: “I never touched her. I left training in the morning, took my car, and went to the hotel where she was. We had lunch, normally. We chatted, normally. Everything was calm. What annoyed and irritated her was that I said to her: "I have to go, because I also have commitments." That's when the argument started. She got angry, she broke a glass, she broke a plate on the floor, but she also threw them at me. She threw herself at me. At that point, I hugged her and told her to calm down. At no time did I hit her, nothing. I didn't headbutt her."

You better go and apply.

Although i want this to be true, i don't believe giving orders from Abuja would solve the problem.

The first problem is when we have to use Agents to apply. If you go to the Immigration office, they will direct you to shanties nearby to apply. They will create files and ask for documents. Without passing through these people, nobody go listen to you.

Let the Minister automate the process fully. Let the Immigration office be for capture only. That is the first step to stopping all these backlogs.

I don't even these people have taken time to watch their matches to see how shitty their league is. U go see defenders go stand like training cones while attackers dey move past them

Like u rightly said, their league will go back to being shiiit after some time just like the Chinese.

Personally I think best they can achieve in the nearest possible future is getting players that will naturalize and carry them to knockout stages of world cup
They should invest from the beginning. Money only gives short term success in a football league

The same mistakes the Chinese made; thinking they can just sign Tevez and everybody go begin watch their league.

You enrolled a child in a Unity school last year and paid 45k, you want to enrol another this year and you are told to pay 100k. Is it justifiable to increase fees, when like you said earlier today that salaries have not been increased? Was it not the fuel subsidy removal that led to increase in cost of books and uniform? Since no more subsidy and Govt revenue has tripled, why have they not increase salaries to help family cope with the increase in fees?
You are beginning to deviate from your own argument.

I have not defended the FG on what they used the savings for.

I simply told you that the bulk of the 100k rested on uniforms and books; something the FG have no control over, and it is a one time payment.

Why are you not showing us the fees for JSS2 to SS3? That one does not suit your agenda, shey?
