^^^^Funny story
As an uber driver, never joke with your central lock. NEVER
If you approach a gathering of law enforcement thieves, wind up and use your lock, even if your AC isnt on
If you park on the road for whatever reason, use your side mirror, wind up and use the DAMN BUTTON

olusola2bello: They usually hang around Hughes Avenue and d mainroads around there usually wearing dirty orange t shirt. But now they have started patrolling in towing vans so u have to b vigilant.
As per blufffing, never follow them to their office no matter the lie they tell u...NEVER follow them. The last one i encountered jumped into d car before i locked it....i drove to d next street, parked and started shouting at him to come down before i call ppl say na thief. The dude got scared as u was about to drive off, came down....na me even give an 200 naira to take bike.
Last last if u get cash...just dash am 500 but never ever follow dem to their office. They will tell u u will just sign...na lie o. Haa woo shoo bee lie

Emimaeyor: Hello everyone, please i need a good Toyota Corolla 05-07 that is within the range of 900-950k max. Kindly Pchart me with pictures on 08181445077 Hmmmmm...
I rather suggest you go for Camry 04. You'll see good ones at that range. A corolla at that range may be a rotten lemon
My opinion sha |

northbird: Oga izzou, you also mentioned mushin, alagbole, Ayobo, . pls how will one know all these bad areas, cos some riders mite use another name to describe the place if they realise drivers r canceling the request on them.
Please, help list all the bad areas which might run the legs of the vehicle down. Thanks Forgot to reply to this
If we start listing all bad roads, then no-one will drive. But like someone said, the Mainland has most bad roads
Avoid Lagos Badagry expressway, especially if you're on rental I don't go to Alagbole and Akute. After that bridge is a disaster And so many others
But if you see a road that's impassable, just let your rider know.
If you want your car to last long most times, don't even consider rating. If them block you, go and unblock yourself again |

Travel › Re: Onyeama: Spent N280 Million To Evacuate Nigerians From South Africa – Air Peace by izzou(m): 7:53am On Sep 12, 2019 |
thesicilian: The problem with most people is that they are so eager to please the world and get accepted into the bandwagon that they are afraid to speak their minds. It's a good thing that he volunteered to help evacuate our brothers in south Africa, without collecting money (as far as we know). And the beneficiaries were particularly grateful. If he's doing it out of the goodness of his heart and doesn't truly expect payment as he said I the beginning, why gloat about it when the job is not even completed? Except he's expecting some form of remuneration or acknowledgement from the government, in which case it will not be out of place to truly question his absurd claim of transporting less than 200 people from South Africa to Nigeria in just a trip with 280 million naira.
Let's learn to be objective instead of being sentimental all the time. If you buy me a 5000 naira lunch at a regular restaurant and while I'm still eating you're already telling the world that you spent over 20,000 naira to feel me, should I just remain quiet in the spirit of being grateful? The airline doesn't ply SA. So he would definitely pay a fee
It was 640 people that was to be evacuated. That's three scheduled trips
Maybe he was estimating his gross profit if he made 3 trips with the same airplane to another international destination, which isn't wrong either
And he was expressing how he felt, if you watch the video. No-one is reimbursing him, and he isn't asking for that |

And there's something I learnt also
If you are plying a bad road and you can't continue, please tell your rider politely that you can't continue.
Most times, they usually understand |
