It is far worse than that. Stop lying. There is freedom of religion and freedom from religion. It is a human right- the right to express yourself. However, in Nigeria, there is no space for "atheist", or "humanist" when filling forms or interviews. The question is always "what religion do you follow".

Try telling people that you're an atheist when going for job interviews and see how many jobs you get. I told you about how someone lost his contract just because he was irreligious and said that he will complete the job in half the time without the need for relying on Jesus.
