Sorry dear.I can imagine.Twins? No s**t menhhh.I used 2pray 4twins til I nursed one.Lik I said,u need al d help u can get.One is not easy not 2mention 2.I cried a lot durin d 1st few wks esp wen d baby refused 2suck frm d bosom&i had 2b expressin.Then wen evryone dat cam 4baby sittin left&i was left wit a novice dat didn't knw her left frm her right,I relapsed.Wen I went 4 6wks postnatal,dr said I might go in2 postnatal depression so he place me on valium whch helped.I even think d baby was suckin d valium frm d bm cos sh started sleepin well&stuffs.Its so hard.Gush!! But if u'r lucky 2hav a mum or inlaw dat'l stay 3mths? My dear!!

That was what she used for her children and her grandchildren. So she bot it and we cooked it, gave it to the baby dis evening after a warm bath, and it worked. My little boy is sleeping peacefully as i am writing now. I really do not know the english names bt bitter kola was added sha. I'm so happy that my baby is relieved. The stuff is working. Thank God.

veronix: Hi everyone. I'm so sorry for asking all sort of question. I'm a first mum and really do not know much about motherhood. My baby is having a serious tummy problem. He doesn't sleep well at nyt although he doesn't cry but he makes this sound that is uncomfortable. I went to see his doctor and prescribed NOCOLIC BB but its not really working. I've used gripe water, bt yet nothing and I've also used bitter kola. Don't know what to do. Its really heart breaking seeing your baby in pain and can't help. They said it will pass away when he will be 3 months and my baby was 1 month 2 days ago. I feel helpless and terrible. Can anyone help me out? PLEASE.

Sorry dear but I don't knw if there's a remedy 4colic pain.My baby had hers til 4mths.It was so frustratin esp at nyt.I used Colipan&infacol whch givs a little relief but doesn't hav long lastin effect.At a tender age,I'd lie her on ly lap facin down&dat position made her sleep.I gav gripe water but it didn't do much so I just waited it out.Kept usin d Colipan though.Used paracetamol drop too cos it made her cry a lot so I didn't knw if it gav her headache or so.Paed said it'l b ther til 3mths that I shld lie her on her tommy most tyms.Goodluck

Good.Did u ask her how much it goes for? Al these Uk products ar damn expensiv because of pounds against naira.Me if I hav another baby,b4 d baby arrives,I'l get dat Aptamil in large quantity&keep.I'l tel my boo its a gift.My inlaws ar d bad belle I hav orelse,he won't hav a problm wit buyin it if he knws it makes kids smart&plumpy but these *******

Walai,wen I was takin kunu 4breastmilk 2flow vry well,my tommy was big.Inshort I added weight&there was strtchmark on my bum&lap.I had body image&self esteem issues.I didn't consult my doc but I started takin lime+lemon&grape.My baby wud suck,hav tommy pain&stool immediately&her stool was greenish or one kin colour,atyms mixed wit slight blood as if d stoolin bruised her anus wit one kind of smell.I thought it was infection.Her paed asked if I was dietin or on al these herbal weight trimmin tea,cos sh said those ar d thngs dat cud cause it&dat her lab was clear,no sign of infection.Ofcourse I said no' so sh said it shld b somthng I was takin dat sh's reactin to or makin d BM acidic.I don't knw d r/shp though but sh said if u read d labels on those weight trimmin drugs,it says do not tak if u'r lactatin so I gues It shld b d same wit takin lime too.As long as u'r breastfeedin,u'l b addin weight til u stop.So I dropped al those s**t.Vry bitter 2tak.I just lost weight on my own&d stretch marks disappeared except d little ones on my lap whch I'm usin ori&glycerine oil on wit tremendous improvement.

Mudu is equivalent to d biggest derica tin cup.A mudu shld giv u abt 9cups of guinea corn.Guinea corn is not corn.It reddish in colour&millet is light yellow or brownish in colour.D corn is d one dat's soaked for 3days while millet&guinea corn is saoked 4 24hrs per say.They're legumes&highly proteinous.Somtyms,I add groundnut 2her pap 2 cos kids need lots of protein.My baby is taller than her agemates.I also add soyabeans 2her pap wen givin her.Don't judge me.I started givin her honey frm 5mths til date.Heard it sharpens d brain.
Anyway,how I do myn.I soak d corn Thursday,add d millet&guinea corn on Friday&grind on saturday then seive;put in a bag,allow d water 2drain out over nyt then tie them&put in d freezer

But it so darkened my baby so my paed recommended Sebamed.Sh's so fair&glitters.I don't knw if its d sebamed cleansin milk dat's maintainin her complexion cos in my family,we're fair too.I stopped it somtym ago&sh toned down so. Its either maintainin it or makin her shine cos my sister's kids ar dark&sh uses Johnson's so try it out.although I use johnson's baby soap wit honey on her too cos d sebamed soap doesn't foam so u'l use d soap for 5days&each cos 1k.imagine dat.Goodluck

My new born nephew is hairy too so we were tyin it wit ribbon up until we went 4 6wks immunization&d paed asked us if there's any law or medical reason dat doesn't permit trimmin of newborn's hair as it grows so trimed d hair.As 4d sweatin,whch cream ar u usin 4dem.Mayb its d cream.Mayb its nature but I used blue seal vaseline 4long til my baby started havin littl rashes so paed said I shld use Sebamed cream&soap whch is wot sh's usin til now.Congrats on ur twins.May God giv u d strength&enablement 2tak good care of dem.One kid cam b crazy frustratin not 2mention 2kids.Pls get as much helpers as u can esp relations so dat u won't break dwn physically or mentally

Since d other twin likes feeder,express&giv him.My baby prefered feeder wen sh was young so &giv.NAN causes constipation.That I experienced but its betta ur baby constipates than purge.Do d normal scoopin.Not a full spoon but a leveled spoon.Mayb we were ova addin d milk or doin somthng wrong but my baby can stay 5days without pooin.Another good milk is SMA gold(made my baby purge&sh rejected it but took NAN til sh got 2a year then I switched 2peak 123&Complan) but there lots of imitations in d markt cos I don't knw if I bought d imitation.Another good one dat my anty used is Isomil (it contains soya (my baby didn't really lik it).Aptamil is so so so good&wil mak ur baby brainy&plumpy but its damn 2expensive.Its abt 4,500 cos its frm UK&u hav twins.If u hav somone in UK,d persn can send it 2u.It shld b cheaper there.I'l find out frm my frnds there.U hav twins so don't go 4thngs dat drag ur husbnd dwn cos pampers alone can b exhorbitant.Another good one is Emfamil&similac.Also frm UK.They mak kids super smart.

Ok abt d weight.I realised dat as children grow,they bcom slender.I knw dat pap as in corn&jero (prepared wit beverage esp milo or ovaltin&milk&soyabeans is good too) makes them add weight but d thng is,does sh lik pap.Also indomie cooked wit myonnaise (bama butter) or bread wit bama butter makes kids add a lot of weight.U knw bama butter is vry fattenin.Also viju milk;hollandia yoghurt&soyamilk is vry fattenin&also cerelac&nutrend.Also d hollandia milk is fattenin (u can add milo 2it as in u add som of d hollandia milk in2 her cup of tea).2ndly do u ppl hav body in ur family&ur husbnd's family? My neices ar so lekpaish yet they ar heavy feeders but vry vry vry intelligent.Wen u c my sister&her husbnd,they're ova slim so their kids took afta dem.I lov 2c chubby children in church&so on.Al I want is a brainy&a well trained&respectful kid.That's al dat matters
