I have had occasions where shares purchased through Morgan disappeared totally. The customer care guy acknowledged the purchase but the shares were missing from my CSCS account. And he could not just explain why

They can't do it without you nah.Its an option to determine by the investor not broker

I sold some stocks on investment one app for about 3 days now, the order has been completed but the money is yet to reflect in my balance.

I sold because I want to enter a different stock but investment one is taking time to release the money to my balance.

Please investment one users here, is this how long it takes for sold stock to reflect in balance?

You can crossbreed crops in same family to get an improved variety. That is normal and healthy. GMO is like taking a part of the gene of a cow and combining it with that of a dog because you want the dog to grow horn like a cow. BUT I have a question still: Is the email account not monitored? I wonder why a customer's enquiry will go unanswered for weeks. Actually, it's a rhetoric question. One of those little things that are often overlooked by organisations or people in business.

Investment one hardly respond to email, but whenever you login you'll get an auto-email notification of the login. They've littered my email with their login notification and its kinda annoying.


Anyway, the opt-in issue has been resolved. Not that they responded to my email and directed me on how to resolve it o. I just tried to purchase a stock yesterday to see if the "opt-in" message would pop up again and it went through.

My account has been verified and everything is okay with the account. I've seen messages to the investment one customer support regarding the issue but they yet to respond for over 2 weeks now.
