dre11:Are buhari ministers and those holding key positions in his government Nigerians? What these people are doing is making it very hard to believe they are Nigerians. Some of us bashing the country is not because we hate our country but because we want it to change. But it's very obvious that these present leaders hate the country. How did we get here? How can someone confidently cede the sovereignty of his nation to another and still have the audacity to be vocal about it? Una sure say d person way dey aso roch na buhari? |
Some of una no dey sabi tag una heading sometimes o! The heading should have read: "photos of Edo APC women's group doing sanitation in Edo state" we for at least tell dem small thank you for the sanitation, but now you don make all of us no say na .... make I no talk! |
Babanlagenius:Who move on easily is dependent on several factors: Investment in the relationship, emotional attachments, expectations, intentions, who initiated the breakup, etc. Sometimes the guy may be the one to move on faster and some other time it will be the lady. The one with the most investment and expectations will always find it harder to move on mostly if he/she is not the initiator of the breakup. But one thing is sure: they will hardly forget how they made each other feel during the course of the relationship. |
horchukoh:Ibori stole the state dry but his legacies in the state are visible till present for all to see. Uduagan that didn't steal, what are is legacies in the state? Our present governor of mediocrity that isn't stealing the state dry, watin be im own legacy? I didn't say chief ibori was a saint, but the man work small for the state. He had vision. Ibori set up several polytechnics, colleges of education and revamped the state uni. He built bridges, roads and several stadia in the state. If uduagan had continued from where ibori stopped and our current governor, the state would have been transformed greatly. But they both lack d sort of vision ibori had. Do you think ibori didn't regret installing uduagan as governor? Do you think ibori would have entered the mess he entered and destroy his political ambition forever if he had known that installing uduagan would have cost him that much? Uduagan was ibori's greatest political undoing and I believe he would regret it for the rest of his life. But the man tried in terms of development. All Nigerian politicians are corrupt and they are ripping the nation apart with their thievery. Chief ibori wasn't the first politician to embezzle state's funds and he wouldn't be the last. like dem talk: "na who dem catch be thief!" The man worked and when person try small we need to praise am small regardless of the person later falling hand. |
Akpolagha:We all know that warri, delta state, every city and states in Nigeria and Nigeria as a whole are blessed. But our leaders are embezzling such blessings. They rather take the blessings to develop the countries of the colonial masters that exploited us and still exploiting us codedly than use it to develop their lands. They are yet to gain mental independence from their colonial lords. They are such an inconsiderate, short sighted, visionless and unpatriotic bunch that hate good things happening in their nation and to their people. |
horchukoh:Since the tenure of Chief Ibori ended, Delta state has got no governor. The people that have occupied and still occupying the government house since ibori left have no vision nor direction for the state. They are only there for their pockets. The several times I've gone to the state capital made me truly realize that there seem to be a force of extreme greed tormenting delta leaders. The state capital was an eyesore for an oil producing state. Very weak infrastructures and poor quality roads with non-flowing drainage littered the whole place. The funny thing is that we are all hailing mediocrity. State with no vision and direction and we dey claim big heart. If I'm to score the immediate past governor and the current one in terms of developmental project completed over 100 it will be 5/100 and 20/100 respectively. You can see the abysmal failure. I must say that Uduagan was such a colossal failure and a huge setback for the state considering the fact that ibori set a good development precedent for him to follow. It's really sad to have these type of people with no interest to develop their native state leading us. |
SATANNIST:So to you, what percentage of the "majority" of Nigerians like you said are fraudsters? Do you know that China is the manufacturing hub of the world? Do you know China manufactures some products for USA and some other developed countries too? So if their "majority" of their products are fake, why are people that are supposed to know that they are producing fake products patronizing them? Bro, don't fall for those doctored statistics about blacks. That's part of the systemic racism going on in the US. Give a dog a bad name so that you can nail it easily. Majority of Nigerians are not fraudulent. We are hard working people. Stop promoting negativity about a group of people as if it's a fact. |
SATANNIST:Seems you've also fallen for the US stereotyping of blacks. Whites will always do anything to paint the blacks in bad light. Many blacks in the U.S. are doing awesomely well and the whites don't like that. Do you think the whites are happy with people like them Tyler Perry, Oprah Winfrey, Ben carson and their likes? To the whites, those negros are taking their privileges (what only them are meant to enjoy) and they would do anything to stop other blacks from rising. Stereotyping of blacks is a psychological warfare that blacks in the U.S. need to fight against and win. If I should ask you: are all Nigerians fraudsters? |
JaruJaru890:You funny die! Our military wey common boko haram take dey play apele na im you wan unleash on full country! Una comment sometimes dey make person dey shame! |
SATANNIST:Discrimination and racism are two different things. Discrimination has no connection with oppression and deprivation. Also, discrimination isn't color based. You can discriminate against anyone mostly if you have contrary views or lifestyles. But a racist excuse for being a racist is skin color. The worst thing about racism is that it's stylishly incorporated into the system by the govt against the minority races. USA is a typical case study |
SATANNIST:Pls go and educate yourself about racism. Racism is not just about liking or hating anyone; it's much more than that. It's deprivation and oppression based on skin color. It's like slave trade but now it's systemic. Nobody gives a fvck about anyone's likeness or hate, but don't deprive anyone or oppress them because of their skin color. |
tesseract:The way they created a stereotype for black Americans that's how they are trying to stereotype Nigerians globally as fraudsters. So sad that you can't see the game they're trying to play. They picked the only black group on the list and made the heading about them when they have 30+ Arabs, 16+ Russians, 20+ Chinese etc on the list. Nobody is saying what the Nigerians did is right but they are the lowest number in the list. Why make the heading about them? The white man will always be racist towards black. It's never going to change unless we develop ourselves really fast. |
Rahmanjargo:Don't be ignorant! Go and read up on why blacks were tagged the inferior race by white elites. It was a tag to justify their exploitation of blacks' skills, strength and expertise during the era of slavery. Prior to the black slavery era, white elites were enslaving poor whites but they are always encountering resistance from other whites that think all men should be free. So they sought for a better option and discovered that blacks are the better option. Do you know why blacks were the better option? They don't easily fall sick like the whites, they have extensive knowledge in agriculture that was the in-thing then, they were skilful workmen - blacksmiths, craftsmen etc. So the whites had to look for a way to exploit the black man's gifts without any resistance and they placed the inferior race tag on all blacks and backed their subjugation and oppression by law. The sad thing was that even poor whites that were once used as slave bought the idea and here we are today. The question I am asking is "how can a strong and skilful person be considered as inferior? " race segregation is a political tool to prevent blacks from attaining their true potentials. You think Africa would have been this bad if the racist British, French, spanish, etc, had not colonized us? Go and read up on powerful African kingdoms prior to colonization and see how great and advanced they were. We should be applauding the black Americans because they fought to get to where they are are today even when the government and everyone was against them. If you knew the restriction, discrimination and oppression that they have suffered and still suffering, you wouldn't have said the nonsense you vomited up there. They built America with their skill, strength and blood for free and they should be given the freedom like every other race to enjoy what they built. |
DexterousOne:Lol. I greet u sir! |
DexterousOne:Excuse me sir, are you of the view that government should reform the African parenting style? Hmmm, anything wey African government get involved in dey get k-leg o! In stead of reform I think there should be a kind of awareness to parents on what is no longer acceptable in our style of parenting. But e go still hard small because kids respond to their parents differently based on the level of connection and trust they have in such parent. I hail thee! |
Gamboh55:You're welcome sir. Men just to understand that they didn't come to this life to help women carry their load. Besides, it's the human that should even assist the men to carry some of their loads because God made the woman for the man - to be his help mate. The sooner most women or young girls understand that marriage is an institution for men and women to support each other in becoming all that both of them are destined to be, they would learn to start taking taking their life seriously and stop waiting on men to give them the good life that they desire. |
DexterousOne:Remember I used the word 'good parents '. Every good parents must do whatever it takes to ensure that their kids grow up to become responsible adults. One major aspects of African parenting style that I think should be curtailed a little bit is correcting a kid with anger and excessive beating. We should all know when discipline intended for correction has turned to an abuse. Dat's one of the major drawbacks of African parenting style to me that should be adjusted. Most of the other things the good African parents do to bring up their kids are ok by me. Besides, every parent has a very short time to influence their kids positively before they turn into adults, so one need to do whatever it would take to ensure that the kids turnout better than the parents. |
DaddyOpe:One mistake most guys make when going into relationship is convincing or begging women to date them. You put yourself in a very bad position when you do that. Also, relationship should be a mutual support institution. Your wife didn't do you any favour by leaving her ex to marry you. It was her decision and she has no right to blame you for her poverty. If you couldn't uplift her financially, why haven't her uplifted herself and even you financially. Woman should stop blaming men for their lack of ambition and inability to liberate themselves from poverty. You are both meant to up life each other. Beside, na the same head wey you get and hands na im she still get. Na her loss say she left her ex. Also watch her because should she have the opportunity she might start cheating on you with the ex if the ex wants to play a game with her. Don't get yourself worked up because of her disrespectful comments, go on with your life and keep the hustling fire burning. You marry woman wey marry you to alleviate her poverty; not someone that wants to hustle with you and build with you until you make am. So bear your cross en! ndoo en! |
Christthesaviour:To me, the African style (nigerian style) of parenting is the best. It teaches the kids values, respect, discipline, tradition etc. In fact, they let you understand as a child that life is in stages and in life there is hierarchy. One very important thing that good African parenting teaches most kids is that there is a consequence for every action - whether good or bad. Compare how our society was back in the days when parents weren't that lax in bringing up their kids and now where there's a great nonchalance in parenting as a result of copy copy, you would see that kids back in the days grew up with more values, respect, ambition, etc, than kids of this present generation. Our society seem to be failing because parents are losing their influence on their kids because of lax parenting style. We want to be seen as progressive so we seem to be copying the parenting style of the developed world that is not even working out for them. You've heard of kids over there talking back at their parents, calling cops on their parents and doing many sort of wild things that's making their parents feel helpless and frustrated. Come and try such nonsense with an African parents and see what will happen to you.The parents are the porters with the responsibility to mould their kids (clay) into fine shapes (responsible adults) and when the clay stay resisting the good intention of the porter and the porter seem helpless in making the clay conform, there's bound to be a serious problem. Our society is getting more f**ked up and morality, responsibility and accountability are on a huge decline because our parenting style is getting more relaxed. African parents need to wake up and go back to status quo. Listen to your kids and sometimes respect their opinions but always make them understand that you're the boss for now and make them understand what's up. A good parent will always seek to give the child the best and mould the child to be the best and those are some of the things the African parenting style has shown. So to me, the African style of parenting is the best and if we must shape the lives of our kids into responsible adults, we must stick with the style of parenting that's working for us and stop copying the style of parenting abroad that is not even working out for them. |
jaxxy:D guy is trying to clear his name because he knows something is going down. But since they came through his ministry and he joined in defending their coming, his hands are already stained. This Chinese supposed doctors that government is hiding their whereabout should really be a cause for concern o. Look at d way some of d commenters above are insulting pdp like say na bad thing dem talk. Sometimes we need to ignore the messenger and pay attention to the message. |
Kingsleyyx:A man can have side chick and still treat the wife as the queen of them all. In this man's case he treated the wife worse than a shit and only realised he still has a wife because the side chick that he is even willing to forgive and marry should she decide to terminate the pregnancy she's carrying for someone else refused to oblige. I'm not judging him, but he is very very wicked and deserves to be stoned to death. I detest wicked people greatly! Why did you marry that innocent woman since you knew she didn't have what you wanted in a woman? What a wicked soul! If I was your wife I would pretend to forgive you and poison you thereafter. I just hope that God would have mercy on your wicked soul! Sorry for d many insults, I just detest wickedness. |
SangoOlukosoOba:Which people should be in jail? So you're among those that fell for the APC media trial en? So sad! After all their shout during the election time that "atiku is corrupt", where are the corruption cases they filed againet him? Where are the convictions? People like you join why we never fit get good leaders for this country because you they believe their baseless claim of greedy politicians easily. |
Some Nigerians will always look for a means to play others. Even in this difficult time, It's really sad! |
you don't actually need to do much to get a woman's love if she really likes or loves you. I've been with girls that always want to do things to make me happy because they were truly into me and the ones that you will have to talk or some times beg first before they will even start considering whatever it is that you want them to do because them no send me that much. it's very obvious that your wife doesn't send you any more. marriage stops becoming interesting and starts going downhill when both partners stop working for each other's happiness. you have to find out what you've done wrong for your wife to dislike you this much. if you're truly doing what you said you're doing for her and she still treats you this way, imagine how she would treat you if you could no longer provide what you're currently providing. it's obvious your marriage lacks consideration and maybe love. and you have to sit up and demand from your partner how you deserve to be treated. Don't ever beg for love or sex weda in a mere gf and bf relationship or in marriage because it depicts you as weak and you start losing your worth in the eyes of your partner when you do that. just saying! |
sassysure:why will any sensible man beg his wife for sex? sex is an act of love in a marriage and a partner that deliberately denies the other sex is simply inconsiderate and wicked. I got sex easily when I was doing just boyfriend and girlfriend, how can I beg for sex from my wife? e no fit happen! |
Sirsuky:You interpreted the script perfectly. Nigerian government, Nigerian military and boko haram all know the script they are acting. It's just sad that the innocent are the casualties. |
solmusdesigns:Have you ever observed how someone that doesn't love his/her job behaves? He/she does everything grudgingly and without putting in their best. They're just doing it for the pay and should they have a better option, they wouldn't think twice before quitting. That's how someone that's in a marriage without love is. Marriage can never survive without love. People leave their marriages or divorce not because they don't have cogent reasons to want to stay back and make it work but because love is no longer there. I'll say it again, sacrifice, commitment and every other thing that powers marriage are influenced and sustained by love. A marriage without love is already dead; though not yet buried. |
solmusdesigns:Marriage needs commitment and sacrifice to work, but you can't commit to and sacrifice for someone you don't love. So love is still one of the basic requirements for keeping and sustaining marriage as no marriage will be pleasant without it. |
Charles1888:I'll suggest that you don't keep apologizing to her because you'll keep refreshing in her mind the hurtful words you said to her. Let your words and actions show her that you love her. And, don't profess love to her or act lovingly toward her because you want her to forgive you. You'll make her think that you don't mean it; that you're only acting that way because you want to clear your guilty conscience by getting her forgiveness. Love her because she's your wife and you truly do love her. Let me add this last thing, if both of you are Christians, try to pray together by holding hands and sometimes both of you can read a portion of the bible and discuss your various understanding of the passage you read. It'll create communication and build a stronger bond between you two. Also try as much as possible to always eat together whenever you're around. It's gonna help you both a lot. May God heal and restore your union. |
NwaAmaikpe:God was not the one that killed him, he just ran out of luck. If u read the article you would discover that he succeeded in robbing a RCCG last week. His successes in robbing other churches doesn't mean that God isn't watching over his church and his losing of his life while trying to rob another church doesn't mean that God isn't merciful. His action and mistake killed him. Beside, God's church is not the building but the people that worship in the building. And regardless of what happens to the building or God's people, God is still God. Sometimes, God allows evil things to happen to his people not because he doesn't care or isn't powerful enough to protect his people, but because he's giving the perpetrators of such evil a chance to repent. God is very much concerned in the salvation of everyone's soul, but any man that fails to change from his/her evil ways will certainly face the wrath of God when that day that God has decided to judge the works of every man comes. Just saying! I hail! |
Simplyleo:Sir, there are supernatural beings whether you believe it or not. And technology has nothing to do with the existence or non existence of supernatural beings. life is both spiritual and physical and the spiritual controls a very large part of the physical. Don't live in denial: God is real and devil is real too! Just saying! I hail! |
Juliusmalema:what consequences? RUGA is not even a temporary solution to the present herdsmen menace, let alone a permanent one. Government is just insensitive and making room for anarchy |
Actually our minister of health is a very funny man, Almost unprofessional. How can he say he doesn’t know the whereabouts of the Chinese doctors?
