Some things just cannot be explained ... and the West will never say they do not know... they always have an explanation. There are things they do figure out and explain . The ones they just can't... they attribute to aliens. The ones Blacks can't... they attribute to the spiritual. This may very well be.

My question to the explanation.... if it is that one becomes conscious during sleep paralysis... but the dream continues to play out " literally "... why is it never a pleasant dream?... like never making out with the woman of your dreams? ...why is it almost always someone who been dead...or wanting to harm you when the person was not even in your dream? I experienced it twice ... within a few days. Both occasions it was the same person... an ex gf who had recently been buried and I did not go to the funeral. I found out she was into "spiritual stuff"... dropped her immediately... tried to get to me spiritually via food offering....did not eat..but said I did... and she kept sending to find out if I had eaten what she sent. Died mysteriously like two weeks later. I stayed clear. Then suddenly ...out of the blue ...." sleep paralysis" ...guess featuring who?

Your subconscious thoughts are on her. You fear her that why she features in any nightmare or sleep paralysis

How do you explain this happening to someone consecutively for 3 weeks, every day, and it happens at the same time of the night ,12 AM. Whenever it happened, I would see my room door under a lock, yet someone like a ghost would enter often in the image of a known person, and the torment would start, sometimes from that moment till morning around 5 AM. Until one night which was going to be the last time I had the experience, I cried profusely because It felt like I was going to die that night cos I was tired. Don't worry, when you have the experience first hand you'll know there's nothing like sleep paralysis. Science think everything can be explained on the basis of observation and theory. I've seen someone confess of how he was fun of pressing pple in their sleep and as someone that use to have the experience almost every night nobody can ever tell me I was experiencing sleep paralysis.

There is a limit to what the body does in healing itself. Even the liver disease doesn't always heal itself. Before a liver disease manifests,the liver cells must have been damaged up to 70% or so and by that time,most of the damage is irreversible
Also these 'miracles' you see on TV are scripted. Dont dull yourself

There is no custom made symptoms for anyone. I hate when patients tell me 'oh doc,this catarrh,cough,poor sleep etc is my own symptoms of malaria'. Plasmodium spp doesn't give difference folks different symptoms. I tell those patients 'if you Google symptoms of malaria,you wont see Prinsam30 symptoms are this and this but symptoms for the rest of humanity are this and this'
One more things, what you experience is called symptoms. Signs are what we doctors elicit on examining your body. So dont mix it up

Those symptoms are still symptoms of the flu. Loratidine is fine,its a replacement for chlorpheniramine(piriton) though its less active in managing nasal congestion but less sedative

Fever simply means high body temperature. If you have weakness,its not fever. If you have dizziness,its not fever. I hope this helps

Its not malaria. Its most likely herpes labialis. Just apply lip ointments and take paracetamol,and you'll be good. Those viral infections are self limiting

From you post,you said fever can be as a result of
ulcer-related illness,lack of sleep,anxiety,high blood sugar. Its completely wrong.
The problem is Nigerians dont know what fever is! Yep you read it right. A typical Nigerian would have malaise,headache,muscle ache and tell me hes having fever.
I can't count the number of time I have had to explain and explain what fever is. So to save myself some stress,I simply ask 'do you have temperature' or' is your body hot'
Another misconception is mosquito bites. Someone would have mosquito bites and rush antimalarial. That is completely wrong. Not all bites would cause malaria,even if your whole body is covered with bites. For a bite to cause malaria,it would have to come from an infected female anopheles. So the bite may be a dry bite from an uninfected mosquito.
Yet another misconception is folks taking antimalarial to prevent malaria. This one is committed by anxious parents who dont want their wards to have malaria while in boarding school. Don't do this. Simply give mosquito nets or anti mosquito creams. The only folks that need malaria prevention are pregnant women,sickle cell patients and expatriates not born and bred in tropics
