In abroad it. Take just a few months to determine a Landlord and tenant's matter but in Nigeria....they treat a civil case of tenant and landlord as if it is a criminal case...some take up to 7 years...Abbba!!!!! to evict a tenant.....shame on the judge who sits on such a case....
