People who have too much sex (male or female) are a danger to society whether they use protection or not. Condoms are not 100% effective. Regarding women being more sexually active than men:
I can`t find any procentage for MY country, only for other countries, and the only times a girl is more active than the boys, is between 15-19 years of age. That is easily explained bu the fact that most girls go with OLDER boys, hence; the ones over 19.
