FashionRe: Accessories You Hate Seeing On Guys by JallowBah(f): 10:37pm On Sep 03, 2012
kandiikane: Why is it that, nose rings look ok on white men and gay on black men?

.... I hate seeing guys with fat asses! angry
As a whitey..I think the oppositetongue
FashionRe: Accessories You Hate Seeing On Guys by JallowBah(f): 10:36pm On Sep 03, 2012
Dlyna: Don't care what he does with himself. He should just stop advertising it. And rubbing it on our faces like its normal.
Someone asked if he was gay, he answered. I am proud of being straight, let him be proud of being gay.
Is it rubbing it in when he tells the truth?
FashionRe: Accessories You Hate Seeing On Guys by JallowBah(f): 10:35pm On Sep 03, 2012
Dipwater: @the gay guy, broda take it easy on this guys.I AM NOT GAY O,thinking about the whole thing as a str8t man is disgusting sha but dat wuldnt make me hate gay people. 4get about this guys,u no naija now ,we sabi judge people well well and we are f/u/c'king religious .

Back to topic: I
Pierced my ear
Wear necklace(tiny ones)
Do not sag(but not against it )
Have tatoo(chinua achebe on my arm) and
Fine dredlock
If u don't like it or u choose not to like me its ur choice .there is absolutely nothing wrong with these things.its a way of life ,u musnt like evrithing u see but pls be sensible enuff not to judge people thinking in ur mind that u are beter of thanks

And pls let the gay guy breath.
Agree.

I like men with tats, dreadlocks, that wear modest chains ( no big-boom-blings ), or skinned head, or baggy jeans, og pierced ears.
Hell, I can think many different men look god, like I said; as long as it fits the attitude, and is not just a show-off.

Cuddlemii: cheesy
I know cheesy And he said he is gonna let his beard grow now when he is Africa. Lol.
He gonna look like an ooold rastafarian. I wonder if he is gonna let his white hairs grow as wellwink He will look like Burning Spear in 30 years. Love, love, love.
FashionRe: What Kind Of Hair Do You Have? ( Pictures.. ) by JallowBah(op): 9:55pm On Sep 03, 2012
Cuddlemii: Anyways, I am rocking low cut right now.
It wasn't by choice but by mistake. Its hard to get hairdressers that make naija/african hair over here.
Last year october, I had glue and weaves on, I didn't removed it on time or I guess I messed up while removing the glue because all my hair vanished. I cried and went in front of a moving vehicle cos I loved my hair but its gone cry.

Well, the good thing about low cut, skin cut, short hair etc is that it makes u look younger, sexier and unique.
You get more toasters/admirers/people take pictures of the hair.
I am enjoying the complements(ladies inclusive) and I dnt need to bother about getting my hair professionally done, I just comb, brush and oil it and I out of the house. My face has become lighter cos of fresh air and I don't have reactions, pimples or spots usually caused by weavons. I feel good smiley
Shiiit..thats why I prefer braiding it in. Tape and glue kills your hair, seriously. Have you heard about micro-rings, though? More and more caucasian women are using it, I never tried it though.
FashionRe: Beauty Of Natural Hair Thread :) by JallowBah(f): 9:53pm On Sep 03, 2012
BelaMorena: ABSOLUTELY!

It's cool sis. None of my threads are closed to anyone. In fact feel free to share, comment or whatever you choose to do on here. smiley

I am glad you appreciate African hair. I absolutely love it. I regret putting perms in it, even hair dye lol. grin

well, I won't stop dying my hair but you get the point I am sure lol.
Oh, girl..I have coloured my hair in aaaall types and shades for almost ten years. For the last three years I started to only blond them a liiittle bit every 6months.
My husband was the one who got me into natural hair. I had locks when I met him, with fakes extended. They were down to my ass, and he cut the fake for me, and it was at my shoulders..I missed it too much, but at the same time..I feel more, I dont know, down to earth? Natural? I like it.

Braiding is my fixation, I think you have been in my threadwink Just posted some new pics of my kids hair today, her hair is getting longer.
How often should I cut the tips of her hair? She have soft, curly hair, not tough/rough/kinky in any way..I never cut her.

CAMEROONPRIDE: u probably dnt even know the definition of racism or how racism looks like..but you know what i won't blame you i even understand you: YOU ARE WHITE
Nah, of course I dont. Cause white people NEVER get any racism, right?
Mhm.

Go outside your house and talk to some white folks. When people call me a damn whitey, mongrel, donkey, redneck, potato etc..that is racism. When people say "Bleep white people, I hate them all", that is racism.
( And yes, it IS. If I twisted it, and said all the bad words to a black dude people would call me a racist in 10sec. )
FashionRe: Accessories You Hate Seeing On Guys by JallowBah(f): 9:47pm On Sep 03, 2012
Lol.

Let gays be gays and straights be straights and bi`s be bi.
Aint my deal what people do in their beedroom, and aint my deal what people are attracted to either.
As long as the women who hit on me takes a simple no for an answer, I`m a happy camper.

No wonder there is war, when people want to decide how other people should live and love. Haters.
FashionRe: Beauty Of Natural Hair Thread :) by JallowBah(f): 8:21pm On Sep 03, 2012
Do you mind if I pay attention this..?smiley

My daughter is only cosing to 2years old, but me and her father is trying to keep it natural. We braid it, and use pearls, but we are hoping to encourage her to not put weaves in it as she grows up.
I love african hair, hoe curly and kinky it is. It seems like much work, I see my daughter, who is just half, get halfway-dreadlocks in the back of her head in the nighttime..

Keep it up, I love this!

CAMEROONPRIDE: it's not funny you should really stop mocking Africans.. angry angry angry
Its funny when people think that racism only happens to africans, yes.
Almost hysterical, actually, to be so narrow-minded.

PAGAN 9JA:
yes and btw that is the kind of selective rascism, i was talking about , that whites face in their everyday lives. i would love that kind of rascism on myself. i mean, anyone would. it is like preferential VIP treatment. everywhere they, go, they get pai d higher salaries than dark skinned people.

and here they are complaining of racial discrimination and trying to gain sympathy. tongue
Lol.

Go to Norway. Or better, google Norway and some of the immigrants here and see their salary.
We got something called minimum wage, you know. I know african people who earn ten times more than I do. That MUST be racism, dude.

CAMEROONPRIDE: it's my thread go create a thread where white will complain about racism ..this is for Africans esp those abroad ...i don't see how i am racist
They maybe you should change the main topic, then.

You really think only africans have experience with racism?

Thats like the president og Gambia saying he can cure AIDS.

Pfft, if these people really, really could cure it, they would be world famous and damn rich by now. That would have spread to the whole world.

Tight, tight skinny-jeans. Apart from that? Not much, as long as it fits the attitude.
FamilyRe: Appreciation by JallowBah(f): 2:03pm On Sep 02, 2012
You sound like me. I have the same feeling for my husband. He has brought out the best in my, and makes me WANT to be a better person.

Like one said before; do small things in the everyday life. Cook his fsvourite meal, bring home his favourite snack/drink when you`re in the shop. Enjoy some time together when the baby is sleeping, dont forget to be lovers AND parents as well. Do things for him he has told you he likes.
Get someone to watch the baby one night, go out and eat and dance and enjoy.

Take good care of the lovesmiley
FamilyRe: I Am Tired Of My Oyinbo Wife by JallowBah(f): 1:59pm On Sep 02, 2012
Patsey: May we safely infer that through your marriage to this white girl/woman, you have, like several other immigrants, indefinitely settled yourself in the white man's land?
And what is wrong with that?
Some people stay, others go home. Some stay until retirement, then go home. Others stay only a year, then go home.

You should live in the place and country that makes you happy.
FamilyRe: Parents /parents 2 Be!!!!!@ Wat Age Shud Ur Child Use His/her First Phone? by JallowBah(f): 1:58pm On Sep 02, 2012
To have a phone from about 6years of age when she goes out with her friends, no problem.
To bring to school and have full control herself, from around 12.
RomanceRe: Does A Man Have The Right To Hit A Woman When She Hits Him First? by JallowBah(f): 1:52pm On Sep 02, 2012
Amya: Nope. Most women that get beaten by their men ask for it (indirectly). A gentleman would never hit a woman no matter how much he's provoked.
...wait. What?

If I slap my husband, he can slap me back, yeah. But that is wrong, on both parts.
Most ask for it..thats some of the most bull I have read on this forum.
FamilyRe: Parents With Young Children And Phones by JallowBah(f): 11:49am On Sep 02, 2012
gbokukueba: I agree with you 100%. I have a 3year old and at some point fiddles with my phones and even knew how to open it when i lock it but after a stern and firm warning she doesn't go near the phones only when it is ringing and to give me or her mum.

I dont get it when parents say their children destroy their phones while they just laugh it off as part of life until the child destroy something bigger than phones.
Because it takes time to learnsmiley

My daughter drowned my phone because I fell a sleep on the couch when she was 1 year old. Wich means; my own damn fault.
I have said no to her every time. But when it calls, she is more than welcome to come say hi to the one on the phone 90% of the time. She know that no means no now, but at 1years? Thats when she started understanding what belonged to whom.

Don't pay him any mind.

He, like the OP, doesn't even respect his own kind much less others but want to cry about racism. grin
Oh, I know. JUst look at how he write about white people. Its alright, I have met worse.
