You questions are too naive. Life is not constant hence political dynamics keep evolving. INEC is getting better in its performance day by day. Candidates are screened each time they appear not minding previous appearances. Are you saying that because Buhari is already known his credentials should not be scrutinised? The discovery that Buhari is using affidavit instead of academic certificates has rendered assumption dangerous.
