I'm already asking my mom to arrange for me to only spend MAYBE 3 days in camp and maybe just a couple of months at a company before I leave. You should be ashamed of yourself having this type of thought and even having the gut to put it down in writing. Spoilt brat. It is this type of you whose parents smuggled into position of leadership in Nigeria that are causing the rot that we are witnessing in Nigeria right now. You even called yourself an expatriate shakes my head in annoyance. You deserve some koboko . Shameless idiot . |

clifford orji is insane and cannot be charged to court according to the criminal code laws of nigeria. his offence is a falony and he should remain in police authority until he is confermed mentally okay, then he will be charged to court. How can Clifford Orji get well in Nigeria prison when even sane people become mad in our prisons. If truely he is mad he will get madder in our prisons . |

Politics › Re: Can Anybody Tell Me What The Root Cause Of The Congo Conflict Is? by jamace(m): 5:44pm On Feb 07, 2009 |
Congo is cursed with enormous mineral, natural and fossil fuel resources, ranging from Coltan, the black rock that is used to fabricate cell-phone handsets, to oil, diamonds, gold and timber, in various regions of that nation.
Wars in the Congo have historically been fueled by and waged for control of that vast wealth. Obasanjo, is there to mediate because he recently got away clean with stealing the entire $16 billion federal budgetary allocation for electricity generation in Nigeria, and the various warlords in the Congo want to know how that feat was accomplished by one man and with no obvious repercussions, legal or otherwise. |

There is no need to be unnecessarily sentimental or nationalistic in this issue. Based on the gravity of the offence, even in Nigeria, nigerians are sentenced to death. So, let's tell it as it is, no matter whose ox is goarred. I t is just unfortunate that it happened that way. |

Family › Re: Can I Tell Him The Truth Now? by jamace(m): 9:19am On Feb 07, 2009 |
Just want to be brief, I am happily married with two kids, i lied to my hubby when we first met because of past experience i had with my first guy. We dated for three months he shown me love and does alot of things for me, one day he asked me to tell him more about my family, story start:
As a jjc and been my first white guy, I told him every truth but he wasn't pleased with the number of brother and sisters i have, two days after this conversation, he sent me a mail telling me how he loves me but scared to carry my family bordens, he said his friend whom is married to a black girl is taking responsibilities of his wife family and this has been causing problem between them.
He said in his mail that he could ve love to really help me but that he cannot cope because africa relatives are too depending and with the number of sis/bro i have there is no way for him to continue because he can only care about me and not my family members and that if he doesn't show help to them i will be angry with him and this is not good for us.
He change his phone number i couldn't contact him any more, i replied his mail he refused to reply me, could this be true love?? anyway that was how i lost him
I told my best friend what happen she adviced me never to tell any white guy the truth, i thought in my heart that i ve scare him away but it wasn't my fault.
Luckily for me few months later i met Hubby and i told him we are only 6 in my family, he shouted and said that's alot!!!! but he didn't get angry about this, since then it's been 5 years now i don't even know how to let him know we are (first 11 and 2 resarve benche, i mean 13 children) he thought in his heart that our kids are the first grand kids of my parents, i am so worried of this i am thinking of telling him but my friend said he may develop hatred on me and will never trust me again. I am a christian i feel bad each time i knee down to pray because this this is eating me up.
Although hubby is friendly with the 6 i introduced to him and for other i call them cousines and auties he also relate well with them also but the thing is that, can i tell him the truth now or should i keep decieving myself and lying to him, i don't want to lose my husband NL please help. Sista, I undertand your problems - your conscience or your husband? Which should you choose? Choose your conscience. Tell your husband that he owes no obligation to any of them. Ensure that your "football team" do not ask of favour from him directly except through you. I wish you a happy married life. |
