Na wao, some end users can be very funny. Person don't know the kind tactics to use on this one. I have a .com domain and this particular end user has the exact .net developed site. I pitched my .com to him with a price. He replied, no thanks. Goodluck on finding a buyer for your domain

3 days later he sent a mail and asked me, how much? I repeated the price, he went silent for another 3 days. After another 3 days again, he sent a mail to me that he likes the domain but the economy environment is bad due to covid-19, I should make him an offer. Of course, I did make him an offer with a reduced price. Bros don go silent again for 3 days now. How can I go around this type of person?

Use that to construct your sales letter.

PS: try to make it simple and don't bash their own domain ooo. Just make them understand that potential clients can instinctively type-in their URL using .com instead of dot net.
And they don't have to build another site on it if they don't want to. Just have it redirect to their current website.

So far, I can only see that some of the companies offering similar services used the keyword(s): "Alabama" and/or "Weddings" in their domain name

However, it doesn't really matter..

I was in a similar situation a while back and this was my response to the guy (check second attached pix)

Although he later told me he has a lot on his plate right now and would get back to me..
