I can speak English fluently to an extent and i can also write well. But my issue is.. I tend to make/commit some expression or grammatical errors mistakes anytime i speak publicly,although most of the time i speak it just few (grammatical /expression) errors sometimes unknowingly. I'm not a shy person although i have the trait of an introvert. But that doesn't stop me from speaking in public. Another issue i have is that, I do run out of points or ideas sometimes when i'm called to speak especially if it's impromptu.

I want to be eloquent and very fluent in English without making grammatical /expression errors and mistakes.

Sometimes i feel something is wrong with me. How can i be fluent and eloquent? How can i speak for a long time without committing grammatical /expression errors or mistakes?

5. Don’t compare yourself to others

At this stage and time in life, it is necessary for everyone to know that it is wrong comparing yourself with others. Be yourself and pursue your dream. Ditch the need for people's approval.

6. Forgive yourself, learn from the experience

After taking time to process the event, forgive yourself and keep the past experience in mind so you don't fall for something similar.

7. Show yourself compassion

Love yourself. Nobody loves you best than yourself.

Hello Nairalanders,
I have this issue with my Girlfriend which I'm Worried About , Every time we go out or Meet up at some place, I'm always shy to Walk with her Or hold her hands in Public Anytime I try to do so it won't last up to 5 secs ,it'll be as if I'm suffocating till the point that she noticed about it and complained Even When Walking Together we don't get so close together .
It's not as if I don't Love her ,I Love her a lot , but this issue bothers me a lot, she has no deformity ,And she's very Beautiful if it's that, But I don't know what's wrong with me,on her own end she likes To hold me Hug me even Cuddle in public and when she tries it with me ,I get Scared and Kind of Embarrassed. I know I'm a Shy guy tho, but I can't take this anymore .
Please Any advice on what I can do before I lose her on lack of affection?

How do you know that I am not among the 1st two children of my parents?

Nigeria is just too failed a country to burden with overpopulation. I observe that people who give birth to many Children are always illiterate & stark poor. And they are not afraid of poverty do they hug it with gusto by having many children they can’t cater for.

NB: 10 Childern? That’s fantastic. I am sure your pops was doing fine back in the days to have been able to shoulder the responsibility.
