1025: i must confess the shame i feel reading what nigerians write here especially those who claim to be Christians. nigerians at this point are not different from the Israelites in egypt. unlike the israelites who had just one pharoah, we have many pharoahs and we read how God sent a man in the name of Moses to go and tell Pharoah to let his ppl go. the bible did not say one pharoah was sent by God to tell another Pharoah to let his ppl go.
if u look at the statistics today, nigeria arguably has the highest number of churches and pastors. all we do from january to december is to fast and pray, keeping faith that all will be well. we have refused to look at the version of the bible which says, faith without work will never stand.
