If I said 65% of Aba city streets were like the road in question before Otti took office no one would fault me for saying that, and as we would like to see our leaders be proactive at all times there are things that can't be archived in one year. The overall trajectory of Abia State is going high and high every day and there is light at the end of the tunnel that is what we all want from our government and that is what Otti is about to Abians and no matter what you do you can never please all the people at a time.

Umahi did not finished building the airport just that the commissioning of the airport was political just to take the glory that he started and finished an airport.
1-The runway needed to be asphalted because the equipment used in building it.
2-Even the control tower was not finished.
3-The terminal building was also not finished no signage inside the terminal.
4-No runway lighting of any kind.
5-The jet bridge was not installed.
This are just few of the things to be done and when the budget said 13 billion also bear in mind the dollars are up to 900 + official rate.
