Chairman, I don't need visa, I have dual citizenship both for Nigeria and the U.S but I confidently claim my Nigerian heritage. I live in Nigeria full time and rarely visit the U.S. I could careless about American politics as it doesn't affect me directly, however I voted this year for the first time. I mailed my absentee ballot and i've posted a picture to show as proof. Trump has not done well for his country. He inherited a prospering economy, but due to his mismanagement of covid, he will be the first president to inherit a growing economy but leave with a higher unemployment rate. No Nigerian person rooting for Trump has given concrete reasons why they supporting him and it is shameful to say the least.

Just as expected, the Clown-in Chief showed up and turned the debate into a circus. He interrupted Biden throughout the debate. He didn't denouce white supremacist groups when asked to do so by the moderator. He declined to say he will peacefully transfer power if he loses the election. He lied that he's in support of reducing carbon emission but we all know he refused to sign the Paris accord which is a global agreement by world powers to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. When asked about the current wild fires in California he lied that he's in support of forest management but on multiple occasions, his administration has failed to implement actions to help reduce wild forest fires. Heck even the Native Indians who have lived in the U.S long before the European settlers came in the 1400s proposed forest management technics they have practiced for millenia but the Trump administration flat out refused. He only cares about himself and his reelection bid. The reason he doesn't care about the wild fires ravaging California is because California is a democratic state and they will never vote for him. It is the same reason he didn't care about covid in the early days, majority of cases were concentrated in Seattle Washington, then California and then New York, all democratic States. He started taking the coronavirus serious only after rates spiked in republican States like Florida and Texas.

After 7yrs, that bankruptcy is erased from his record and he repeats the same scheme again at the expense of his workers and with the intent to defraud the banks.

Lol I gave the distinction between tax avoidance and tax evasion but you are still stuck on saying he "exploited" the tax code he didn't write. I listed examples of his tax evasing schemes, but you refuse to acknowledge them. Exploting tax loopholes is legal, that is called tax avoidance. It is distasteful to see rich folks and big cooperations exploit the tax code while the average person pays their fair share but, its legal and they aren't breaking any rules. This is the same reason why Amazon the 2nd largest publicly traded company with a market cap of $1.6 trillion doesn't pay any tax. How? The tax code allows companies to write up losses for as many years as possible until all those loses have been accounted for. For example, Amazon might have a loss of $200billion for the 2019 fiscal year, even if Amazon has an income of $50 billion this year, they can still deduct the $50billion income by carrying over 2019's loss, in essence it looks like they made no money this year. They will repeat the same thing next year until that loss has been wiped out... Trump on the other hand isn't just avoiding taxes, he is committing fraud. For decades, him and his family members have financially engineered a tax evading scheme that has allowed them to enmass large sums of money off the backs of the American people.

He paid his daughter Ivanka tens of millions of dollars in "consultation" fees, meanwhile she is an employee of the Trump's family business, so therefore she's under their payroll. How do you pay your own employee a separate consultation fee worth millions of dollars and then write it off as a business expense? That's tax evasion, by classifying such payment as a consulation fee, he was able to avoid payroll taxes. He also labelled his personal mansion as a business location so he could write off mortgage interest payments as business expense, thereby avoid paying realestate taxes.

While you are online blabbing like a dyslexic fowl, the New York attorney General is patiently waiting for trump to lose his reelection bid so they can finally charge and possibly lock him up for tax evasion. America doesn't play with taxes, you can get away with just about anything, but getting away with tax evasion charge is virtually impossible. Go and ask Trump's former campaign manager Paul Manafort what its like being locked up for tax fraud. Manafort is serving a 7 1/2yr sentence and his former boss Trump couldn't save him. Trump will be serving a similar or longer prison sentence soon and I will be sure to reference this post.

For over 20yrs Trump has not paid tax. The most tax he paid in any given year is just $750. A self proclaimed multibillionaire pays less tax than the average American? Teachers pay upwards of $10,000 in taxes, Nurses pay $14,000 in taxes, a taxi driver pays more than $7,000 in taxes but the president paid just $750? He is the same person who criticised Obama for paying 20% tax on a $790k salary. Obama paid $158,000 in taxes and Trump called him out on twitter saying he should've paid more. Irony.

Trump has avoided being drafted into the U.S military 5 times. During the Vietnam war, then president Lyndon B Johnson signed an executive order requiring adult men 18yrs and above to be drafted into the military; 22yr old Trump avoided being drafted by having his doctor make up a fake diagnoses called "heel spurs", which is a growth in the foot which causes pain. Despite this fake diagnoses, he still remained in the U.S and participated in playing sports in the University. Yet, this man still has the audacity to call war veterans "losers" for being captured or killed in the war. He made up a fake diagnosis to avoid being drafted but still has the nerve to insult men and women who sacrificed limbs, arms and lives "losers"

Trump's family paid someone a substantial amount of money to take the SAT exam which allowed him to achieve high scores to gain admission to thr most prestigious business school in the world Wharton Business school. He got into that school thanks to his father's money, yet he mocks Obama's Harvard education, saying the oy reason Obama made it into Harvard Law school is because of affirmative action, a quota system program that allows the best black students entry into prestigious universities. The irony and hypocrisy surrounding this man cannot even be made up.

He challenged Obama to release his birth certificate to prove he's really American. Obama caved in (big mistake) and released his birth certificate but till this day Trump is yet to release his taxes to the American public. Since 1970, every elected U.S president have released their taxes, but Trump is yet to do so, despite making promises back in 2016 that he will. This is the same person who threatened to sue his former school Fordham University if they release his past academic results. His former classmates say he was a terrible student with less than a "C" average. Obama's academic record is available to the public by the way. What is most disturbing is the fact that Trump's taxes may show that he owes hundreds of millions to foreign nations like Russia, Turkey and Saudi Arabia. Think about it, if all these foreign countries are lending him money, where do you think his allegiance lies? Hence the reason he wouldn't release his tax returns.

Or is it the numerous allegations of sexual abuse and paid hushmoney to silence his victims from coming forward? Is it the now defunct Trump University that collected millions in tuition from students while promising them jobs upon graduation only to shut down and leave the students high and dry? Like I said, I can carry on till next year and I will only scratch the surface.
