Your story would have exactly accord your personality some credibility unfortunately your story seems to be 'perfect' and movie-like, however, it lacks good English language setup. Your tenses aren't well articulated, your punctuations are out of line, your description is vague, you're not expository enough. Your overall story writeup doesn't show - not in an iota - that you ever stepped God's Own Country soil. Sorry, I'm not buying into your stock.

lmao. abi o! i was thinkin the same thing,

I like coconut oil for my body ( good 4 stretch marks too! and it makes the skin soo soft) cheesy

I also do honey/milk masks ( milk has lactic acid (exfoliator) and honey is a humectant

Grapeseed oil is wonderfulllll for skin and 100 percent natural cocoa butter is too which i love

also avocados are great for the skin/hair you ladies should try it!

i try to eat healthy and drink mainly water and green tea, i also like those odwalla smoothie drinks ( highly recommended!)
Fashion / Re: If You Got Beautiful Skin Please Share Your Routine Here by Janeesa: 12:52am On Oct 16, 2009
I use oils, not lotions but if I used any cream I use butters like 100 percent cocoa butter( not palmers) or shea butter or  creams containing hyaluronic acid , which holds up to 1000x its weight in water, very good for moisterizing the skin!  cheesy

I also like to use coconut oil ( very very good for the skin helps with stretch marks too) and olive oil
I also use spf  year round spf 15 is fine or 30, and I use eye cream at night and in the morning

I like honey for my face or avocados, they make the skin soft and hold in moisture well.

For an even complexion dont use those skin lightening creams with hydroquinone!!! search for all natural skin lighteners.

I use a lot of stuff ( natural products only!) and the way I use all that stuff u would think im older but im 19 lol

Oh and tea tree oil is good for pimples/acne I love it, and if ur looking for a toner try coconut water ive heard it works wonders

Travel / Re: Why Do People Back Home Think Money Grows On Trees Abroad? by Janeesa: 12:02am On Oct 16, 2009
I think u are very stupid for saying we should not compare. Do you realise that everything required to make a country great is already discovered. All Nigeria needs to do is buy those things with our money if those sick rulers of your wants to. A lot of country is doing it. of course, they don't care. Let me ask u a question. How old is saudi arabia as we know it today? how old is dubai, Malaysia, Singapore. Go to those countries and see what proper management can do.

NIGERIA DOES NOT NEED TO WAIT TO BE 300 YRS TO BE LIKE AMERICAN. SPEND NIGERIA MONEY WHERE IT NEEDS TO BE SPENT AND WE WILL BE LIKE THEM IN NO TIME>

FOOL, WAS AMERICA BUILT IN ONE DAY? DID IT BECOME INDUSTRIALIZED IN ONE DAY? how can a country that is only 49 yrs old suddenly be like America, with health insurance, good quality education etc, it TAKES TIME
Travel / Re: Why Do People Back Home Think Money Grows On Trees Abroad? by Janeesa: 12:00am On Oct 16, 2009
you are one of those who r living good in naija and believes others r living same as u. in case u dont kno d rich is getting richer and poor getting poorer in naija. and for your info my name is Igbogirl not Nigeriangirl. I'll claim Igbo b4 i will ever claim Nigeria cos there's nothing to be proud of abt nigeria. and yes u read me right, washing dishes in America can open so many doors for u, u can save up money, go to sch, or even get promoted and no one will ever look down on u. but do same in naija and see if ppl wont laugh at u. believe it or not America has more opportunity than Nigeria and stop being in denial cos u happen to hav a good job. hav u wondered how ppl in naija without your job or money r living? they r obviously not living as good as u, they r suffering and the govt isnt doing anything abt it, in fact the govt doesnt care. i am in America to stay, i can never be kicked out cos i wasnt here illegally. so your prayer will not come to pass.
admit it Nigeria is a big shame! at 49 still hav nothing to show for it. we hav our own natural resources yet we dont see the use of the money, till today electricity is not reliable, health care is a joke, ppl die frequently from diseases they shdnt die from why? cos there's no good medical care, no medical equipments, no nothing. what exactly are u proud of abt Nigeria? a country and leaders that dont care abt their citizens.
old ppl here are catered for, they have social security benefits and medicare. America's health care may not be the best right now but we are getting there wit d help of president Obama. can u say your grandparents back home in village are getting good medical care? does the Nigerian govt even kno abt your grandparents? mentally challenged ppl here are taking good care of, the govt takes care of them and pay the care givers. can u say that abt mentally chalenged in Nigeria? we hav crazy ppl everywhere on the streets of Nigeria and in market places with no one to account for them. wat exactly has Nigeria done for her citizens? even students are not catered for.

So you think people who do service jobs  in America are looked highly upon? , they get looked down too especially the ones who are of a certain race, Cleaning dishes only gets you money for what you NEED. I dont know about this ur talk about "opening doors" like hell you get sooo many opportunities from cleaning a freaking dish. Education gives you opportunities, not cleaning dishes. I can see that you are very IGNORANT. You say that the Nigerian Gov't doesnt care about its citizens, haha and you think the U.S. gov't does? Keep decieving urself there, the government doesnt give a shit about you, me or anyone else. Do you know why? BECAUSE ITS ABOUT THAT ALMIGHTY  DOLLAR. if the gov't cared then why were millions of families displaced after hurrican Katrina? Why did it take the U.S govt so long to respond and help its OWN people? And your talkin about health care? what do you even know about what Obama is doing about health care? what do you know about how metally challenged people are being taken care of? when our tax MONEY is going to these so called "mentally challenged" people who are just using the system? Yes, the U.S. has good health care but you really cant compare it to Nigeria, a developing country of only 49 years old, if you think students in the U.S are so well taken care of you got another thing coming, you really sound like a naive American ( only ur not even American) who never bothers to ask questions and just goes along with what the gov't and the media want you to believe. POINT IS : ALL GOVERNMENTS ARE GREEDY AND WANT WHAT THEY CAN GET, NO GOV'T IS REALLY intrested in serving their people, it is money that they see and it is money that they WANT.
Travel / Re: Why Do People Back Home Think Money Grows On Trees Abroad? by Janeesa: 11:39pm On Oct 15, 2009
Look at how stupid most of u sound, HOW THE HELL CAN U COMPARE THE U.S THAT IS OVER 300 YRS OLD TO A COUNTRY THAT IS A MERE 49 YEARS OLD? thats not fair at all.

Nigeria is OBVIOUSLY a developing country, so all of u who say thank God my parents came here because if we were back there n blah blah shut the hell up and stop comparing, fools and everyone should stop trying to act like if u are in AMERICA that u have no problems and life is just smooth, if anything u might have more problems here then when u left. People talk real stupid they act as if nothing bad can happen in America, how naive and ignorant,

Romance / Re: She Lost Her Virginity, Has She Lost Him As Well? by Janeesa: 7:22pm On Oct 14, 2009
Druss:

Girls are funny!!! How is he to blame? He made disparaging comments about virgins - Big deal. So if he said you should stick your hand in fire, you would.

Your friend needs to mature and look at herself. She is solely to blame. She was scared to lose him so she slept with him and now she is feeling bad. It is called her conscience. She knows she has done wrong and done it for the wrong reason. That is why she is making up excuses and bad behaviour reports to leave him.

I mean -

I hope my gf never thinks like this!!

So it is completely her fault abi? Some guys can pressure a girl to the point where she starts feelin guilty and horrible abt herself, some girls js have low self esteem thats the way it is, ANYWAY it is SOOOOOO SAD that guys can say they are strong because they can pump 70 pounds at the effing gym but CANT EVEN RESIST ONE LITTLE TEMPTATION, NA WA o grin undecided
Travel / Re: Why Do People Back Home Think Money Grows On Trees Abroad? by Janeesa: 2:42am On Oct 14, 2009
Yea thats sooo true, at the same time though Nigerians abroad like to show off now that they are abroad! they want to pretend like they are living the life when they are here shttin money out the ass just to pay for their car note ( cuz we r flashy like that and we like mercedes, lexus, hummer etc nothin wrong with that as long as u hv money for it !) then some Nigerians actually COMPETE with other Nigerians ( especially in Washington, D.C.) to see who has the most expensive house or car, its soo immature, Some Nigerians are really just suffering and over whelmed with bills, so much for "living the life in America!!! LMFAO!

I know one stupid guy like that who will be callin his ppl back home sayin life in America is sooo sweet ( yea right) and hes havin fun yet this guy works as a CNA, lives in a roach infested apartment ,has a broke down mercedes and buys his prada and gushi ( thats his pronounciation lmao) instead of payin his light bill, now THAT is the ULTIMATE AMERICAN dream!!!!!

thats just wat ive always wanted : live in a roach infested apartment, drive a piece of shit and clean ass smiley
Family / Re: White Girl Marrying Nigerian Man by Janeesa: 2:23am On Oct 14, 2009
your sister needs to DROP HIS ASS like a bad habit, she already messed up by having his baby (not that babies arent blessings dont get me wrong) but her having his baby DOESNT mean he will commit, AND HE ASSULTED HER? OH HELLLLL NO shocked angryand on top of that she hasnt even met his family? what kind of man is that? (reminds me of my cousin who introduced his white gf as "his friend" and she was standing there looking dumb as hell lmao shes stupid too for letting a man introduce her as such when they both know they are probably sleeping together hmmm i didnt know friends sleep together wink ) but anyway this relationship looks like its headed for disaster she better to get out while she can hes probably even looking for a greencard grin
Romance / Re: If You Want Girls To Remain Virgins, You Should Do The Same! by Janeesa: 2:11am On Oct 14, 2009
You are sooo RIGHT smiley

I feel so bad for guys like that because what u reap is what u sow,one of these days the things they hv done to other girls will come back and haunt them, maybe not now or next yr but it will, thus they will reap what they sow.

Like I said in the other post, I can NEVER and maybe I really will never understand WHY some men DONT treat other girls or their girlfriends ( whoever) the way they would want some other guy to treat their sisters/cousins/daughters?? how can u treat a woman like shit and expect some other guy to treat ur sister/cousin like GOLD? But dont get me wrong there are good guys out there who treat woman right and are virgins therefore they want to marry a virgin ( it makes sense ) but to those ROTTEN ones out there : ITS NOT GOING TO WORK, LIKE AMAKA SAID : YOU CANT EAT UR CAKE AND HAVE IT TOO!!

You want sex sex sex but want to end up with a virgin, u wanna do what u want to do but expect ur future wife to be sitting there nice n pure for u MEANWHILE ur GETTING BUSY WITH SOME ONE ELSES FUTURE WIFE, I hope guys with this double standard NEVER find any virgins to marry ( let them find a woman whos been around the block many times n let them get a taste of their own medicine cheesy , (.FOOLS!!) hope those bastards rot in hell or where ever they belong angry
Romance / Re: She Lost Her Virginity, Has She Lost Him As Well? by Janeesa: 2:10am On Oct 14, 2009
@ Ebony eyes,

U know I dont understand it, virgins arent from another planet, and theres nothing wrong with being one, I'm one and I can say that it just makes it easier to pick from the dumb ass guys who want sex from the ones who are cool with out it,

I hv a cousin who holds that dumb ass double standard, hes had sex with over 30 girls yet he wants to marry a virgin, I just DONT understand. I told him one time if u want other guys to treat ur sisters right then u need to stop, but it sometimes seems like he doesnt care how guys treat his sisters bc deep down he knows he doesnt treat other people's sisters the right way, guys need to be REAL with themselves if the girl is a virgin leave her the HELL alone and stop trying to pressure her because at the end of the day u will say " ohhh i want a virgin oo!" man guys are so fkkin stupid sometimes it seriously PISSES ME OFF. if u want sex go to someone else whos willing and ready

@ posakosa,
I dont understand it ooo please help me out here, and u know the funniest part about the guy i was with was he acted like he really didnt even want a virgin to marry as if being a virgin was a bad thing, that stupid idiot,

Romance / Re: I want my Ex GF Back! or should I keep the New one? by Janeesa: 12:56am On Oct 14, 2009
seems like a toxic yet loving relationship, hmmm I think u should let ur current GF go because thats not right to be stringin her along knowin fully well that there arent the same sparks between u like ur ex- GF. So let her go and cool it, give urself time to think before u and ur ex gf get back together, bc it seems like if u two get back immediately then its really js going to be chaotic and more toxic than ever, once u two get ur minds clear then go for it
good luck
Romance / Re: She Lost Her Virginity, Has She Lost Him As Well? by Janeesa: 12:18am On Oct 14, 2009
This sort of sounds like me and the relationship I just got out off, only I didnt sleep with him and Im happy I didnt. He would say all kinds of things like " what if i gave you a ring" would we have sex? I said abosoultely NOT, that is not marriage, and thats not commitment thats just u in lust, fool.
Any way i feel for ur friend because she really feels used and alone. She needs good friends like u, family and God at this time to help her pull thru. I wish she was smarter and left the fool immediately as soon as he started pressuring her, u know the sad but HARSH truth is guys will go to as many girls as possible to see what they can get and once they get it they are done and lose respect, so basically females cant win if they are virgins or not, its either these men are pressuring us to lose it or dont want us because we arent pure, they wanna run around and sleep with everything in a skirt and marry virgins at the end of the day but too bad because u cant eat ur cake and have it, hope all those kind of men go hell, that sounds bad but it really pisses me off! angry

and I still DONT understand why men dont treat other girls out there the way they would want their sisters or future daughters to be treated!! angry

So why not you all critics be patient and allow them die before you burry them. HABA!!!!!!!! This is one thing i hate about the bulk of Nigerians.

Romance / Re: A Man Who Cannot Respect A Woman Is Not A Man by Janeesa: 10:00pm On Oct 08, 2009
Can we stick to the topic? lol well I do feel that most men look at women like sex objects or baby machines and even cooks and house keepers BUT women

sometimes bring that on themselves( I mean the sex object part), especially with the way most young women dress,   young men dont have respect yes just like young women dont have respect either, the way they dress, the way they dance the way they talk, all of that comes into play when a young man and a young woman first meet, it is from all these things that he decides whether he will respect her or not, and I am not saying because a girl is wearing a short skirt or her breasts are pushed up that she doesnt deserve respect BUT a young girl should just know that a man is not coming up to her because he wants to get to know her better, he wants to get to know her body better. and girls are stupid enough to let them share their body, so what more can be said here, a note to young women : WISEN  UP, respect yourselves and carry yourself like ladies, dont let these guys just use you because you are WORTH so much more,

and to the young men: learn to look at women with love and pursue her with sincerity, not with lust, young women make it hard  but it takes time and prayer,
