Dude has not even denied or justified his reason for advertising SL here.

He is now giving one rubbish excuse for changing his signature at a moment's notice from SL...to SL...VE.. and afterwards changing from SL...VE.. to SL wink
Why he Waited until after I called a mod's attention about his signature being initially SL to change it, he hasn't said grin

Jane, I hope you believe now from his own words that he did change the signature twice. Would you be kind to also ask what he means by SL available on a German visa thread?

Justwise
I never saw him change his signature hence why I was skeptic at first and since I know him outside of this forum, I didn't see him as someone who would do such.

I don't need to know somebody before I understand what he meant by advertising his signature of SL available on a German thread. Or maybe he was trying to sell okro

Same someone I asked what the signature meant and feigned calling a mod. Only for him to pick the bait by quickly changing the signature immediately afterwards and still said something further indicting lol about going to their what's app to beg for money.

What is a supposed german student doing advertising SL on a forum about student visa issues and also happens to be on a what's app group with other cohorts making money and giving to those who beg for it?

Lol! Over to you

Did I stress on the part where he said His signature is now available.

Haba you have marbles use them
I didn't see the change of signature happen tbh. I saw and still see 'SL' and I still don't think much about it. He never openly advertised selling SL here on this thread, unless he did and I didn't see it!.

What are you on about exactlyhuh.

Did pitapromiz scam youhuh. Did he ask for your money?.

You don't know this guy outside of this forum but you think he's here to scam people because he wrote 'SL' on his signature. Dude, are you for real??

Hi Mates, can someone put me through on the pros and cons of putting studies (MSc. prog after one semester) on hold for about 9 months for intensive language classes ( to be held in another city). Contributions are highly appreciated, cos I recently thought; the lang. skill play important role in landing jobs after studies why not do as mentioned above. Let's rub minds.
Don't do it if you know you won't be dedicated to the intensive course!.

Some people put their studies on hold to learn the language but at the end of day, they actually want to work full time.

It will be great if it's something you really want to do. The pro is that you will learn the language up to b1 level. The only disadvantage is that you might be tempted to work full time.

I'm not 'bros' undecided.

Scam?, how grin. You people sound so entitled sometimes and it's funny. What's wrong with working in Lager as a student? grin.

Those who do another master, do it cause that's the only way they can get a job in their field of studies!.

Really concerned about the feedback am getting from friends in DE about the job situation. A friend has been there since March, no job till now, another since winter 2018, still no job. They have both been vigorously applying. Makes me wonder, is it really all worth it? I know the first aim of going is to study but side hustle is very important too to keep body and soul together.

Bro but are jobs hard to come by in Aachen??
Can they speak German?. It's relatively hard to get a job as an international student in some cities if you can't speak German.

CrimeRe: Raped And Abused : I Am Confused, What Should I Do to save her ? by janettee(f): 1:24pm On Oct 30, 2019
Op please help the girl!.

If you know the psychological impact this abuse will have on her, you wouldn't consider the free apartment they are staying in.

Free apartment or not, a minor is getting abused and that's the MOST important thing here. Don't listen to the mum!.

And stigmatization is ur best solutionhuh
Don't forget she and her mum are squatters... When they are chased out of the house and to d streets how many more rape occurance would be prevented....
It's very simple if u can afford to provide them with accommodation feeding wouldnt be their problem.. Contact the poster and get more details other than taking it personal...
If u don't have a solution to their problem please invest ur time in other relevant issues...
Thank u
You are not making sense, so it's right for her to be abused just because they are staying in the apartment for free. The landlord is literally taking advantage of a minor and you don't care because they are staying there for free.

This is a brief discussion about my favorite applications to give an idea of my thoughts on duolingo.

Language learning application : DW (Deutsche Welle)

This is by far the best learning application for German language. The well structured German language online course is managed by DW. The application contains many useful resources to learn German and also, placement test to know your German level.

#
Language learning application : BUSUU

This is one of my favorite language learning applications. It is better than duolingo when it comes to listening skills, when it comes to writing, and when it comes to reading. It also provides more opportunities for engagement with others. The vocabularly is presented in a way that context learning is much easier.

So, in this way, i will say busuu, DW and duolingo can sometimes be a nice compliment.

Another good application is DEUTSCHTRAINER A1-APP

The app combines listening, reading and writing and helps you practice basic vocabulary. It is available for free for iOS and Android.

Here are some websites where you can learn German

DW

Nancy thuleen

Germanpod101

BBC german

Collection of useful learning materials in one place

Learn German easily

It is very important to practice speaking if you learn on your own. Even if you don't have enough time, have a short practice periods throughout the week. As my mentor always say wiederholung. ist. der. Schlüsselfaktor. im. Lernprozess. which means repetition is the key factor in learning process.

cc: amikable97

Prost.
DW is the best smiley.

As Sassy92 clearly pointed out, Ausbildung is like apprenticeship and it's not easy to get in developed countries because they are well paid, so their citizens rush into it. The chance of a non-permanent resident getting Ausbildung is slim

Also, you can't get an Ausbildung if your German level is not up to at least B1 and it depends on the kind of Ausbildung you are looking for.

Prost.
To get into Ausbildung as a foreigner is actually way easier if you know the language.

yeah proof of funds is the second reason, the first was “doubts about my study”. i plan on funding this week and sending an appeal to the embassy. i just need help on how to go about it. and the only prior german knowledge i have is from duolingo and online tutorials. That’s why i’m going for the language course first cos my course is being taught in german.
That might be another reason why you were denied, you didn't present any language certificate.

Anyway, there have been success stories about appealing and I wish you goodluck!.

Maybe you could try more to explain about your willingness to learn the language in Germany and how it will help you prior to studying the course.

People who do language programs like the one you got admission for, learn the language relatively fast and I find it cool.

hi, please how do i go about appealing visa rejection? my application was denied and my documents were returned to me. the first reason was 1. there are doubts concerning the intending purpose of study. and the second is attached to the picture below, my interview was for the 11th this month and i didn’t fund before my interview but paid my tuition in full. Please how do i go about appealing this? and how long does it take to get a reply?.
funny thing is my interview went really well and i thought i did good. but... cry cry
Did you learn German in Nigeria before?

Just fund and appeal .

Hmm i see!

Thanks bro... That means guys going for language course or studentkolleg should try and avoid it because this two routes can be achieved either by enrolling in Goethe Institute in naija here or getting admitted in any Nigeria universities to acquire 100level transcripts before proceeding with this German waka....
He was also denied because there was no proof of funds though. And because of that they didn't check other requirements like I could see on the letter.
