I have never thought of the idea of flying Arik on international route, even if it's free |
fellis:Understood. Maybe because I know the mechanism behind it. It makes it easier for me to believe. |
fellis:Well, I don't think 3 different people from different parts of the country, who don't know one another, will lie against themselves. At least 2 of them have even posted pictures of the objects the money turned into. These can't be a coincidence. This is a first hand account. He didn't know the op. This doesn't look made up. At least 3 other people have confirmed first hand experience, not hearsay. Akuneshiobike: |
fellis:No, not every single person. Apart from the op, there has been at least two other first-hand victims who narrated their story on this thread. Reall all comments. |
CFCfan:Except he dies before the day (God forbid) he's the next Governor |
CFCfan:There's no battle. Sokoto is APC. It was because of their likeness for Wammako that they voted PDP in 2007. In fact, Wammako was ANPP and was the governor in waiting. The old fox, President Obj, had to plead with him to join PDP and automatically gave him ticket, and relegated their already decided flgabearer, Shagari, to running mate, just because of the popularity of Wammako. Same Wammako is in APC today backing Tambuwal. Plus, the manner PDP "victimized" Tambuwal will curry him great sympathy in Sokoto It's a one-horse rac. I'm very familiar with their politics. I had service year extension in the state for dabbling into their politics during my NYSC year. I have been on phone with Shagari. Wammako knows me till today as the "article boy". |
As for me. I no dey do cash wey pass 50k again. Anything above 50k, transfer to your account. I no dey carry cash again. The last time I went to buy car parts of about 600k in Ladipo Market. I no carry cash o. After negotiation, just transferred the money to his account on the spot (which can be done with gadget). Not even because of this hypnosis, but because of the common physical robbers and pick-pockets. |
fellis:Sister, this cannot be a lie. Okay, very unlikely to be a lie. Like 10 different independent people have confirmed similar occurrence on this same thread. If the bank workers knew, what do we say of the guy whose elder brother was carrying 58k for school fees, not from a bank, but from the house. What do we say of about 3 people that have also confirmed cases of their laptops turning into objects, same scenarios? These guys posted independently. Could all of them be lying too? These things happen. I believe that's some jazz (babalawo aided by jinns). |
Olufemiolaolu:So every covered person you know is promiscuous in private? |
I once used it when I was finding my way somewhere in Ikoyi. I was trying to locate one street. |
ammyluv2002:Only that if it's the other way round, your comment will be "He was never a Christian before" And if na Igbo man "Sharp man. He wan get contracts from northerners" |
Within that very short time, ended up as 5th highest goal scorer in Super Eagles history. |
sukkot:That's Sanusi. I did not mention him because he's not a politician and they're talking about politicians here. |

Zik was the greatest orator Nigeria has ever produced, and probably the greatest writer too!!! And he applied wisdom, not just rambling without sense. Despite his furious verbal and written attacks against the colonialists, he was never jailed, never arrested, while less ferocious guys were even imprisoned. He almost met his waterloo in the Federal Parliament in the 1950s when one of the top colonial guys dared him to repeat what he just said He never did. His speeches had a way of arousing emotions. He was probably the best user of English Nigerian politics has ever seen. Political resurgimento. Adegoke Adelabu was another orator in pre-independence politics |

That wiki entry is wrong. It should be corrected. I'm sure of this. Muktar is not Sheu Shagari's son. Almost anyone can write anything on wikipedia. The same wikipedia that once said footballer Obafemi Martins attended Obafemi Awolowo University. |
barcanista:Muktar Shagari is not Sheu Shagari's son. They are just distant relatives, from same village of Shagari. |
barcanista:An important omission. Their father, Alhaji Musa Yar'adua was the Minister for Lagos Affairs in the NPC government of First Republic. You also omitted Murtala Yar'adua, a much younger sibling who was selected by GEJ as Minister of State in the eraly days of his administration. |

Miracle. Prophecy. God Sent. Crest Fallen. Almost Announced on Radio. All because of phone? ![]() |
thegoodjoehunt3:Oga, that has already won him APOTY 2013. This is 2014. Stop using 2013 season. Plus Brahimi outperformed him in the World Cup and AFCON qualifiers, the highlights of 2014. Don't be like Nigerians that are still talking their players' performance at Nations Cup 2 years after. |
Brunel:Mine is not 2015. LG elections are held after state governors have been elected. |
feelamong:Shit happens ![]() |
otingy:Who told you this? How much does Tetuila have? Even Bode Oyedepo (Bode D Way) that has deeper pocket was not able to scale through in same constituency. After spending hundreds of millions, he didn't even get the ticket. |
None of them will scale through. Trust me. |
Hot weather and hot suya don't go together. |
Eeser:Which AFCON? The one that took place in January 2013, almost two years ago, or another one? This award is for 2014. Sorry. |
MysticZeus:It means you're only a follower of EPL. |
Remarkably, he's not in CAF Shortlist of Top 5. |
Good development. We need to be disciplined. We can win tournaments without cheating. The last under-17 we won was by players that had 80% of them being truly under-17. Meanwhile, e be like say this Emem career is being spolied even before taking off. I think they should have managed it in a better way for him rather than come out to say he was dropped because of age cheating. Just say he has other commitments, so needed to be excused from camp, or something like that. European clubs will no longer be interested in him. |
Abagworo:It will be very difficult for anyone to remember that when you're surrounded by over 200 bodies killed by these guys. The anger just won't allow anyone to reason like that. |
As an ex-student of Great Ife, this is my conclusion from all accounts I have read. 1, Yes, there were protests and booing but it was not by the majority of students. 2, Majority of students were more interested in sighting the president than in protesting. 3, The Students Union did the right thing by presenting that letter. Moral suasion is acceptable form of engagement anywhere in the world. 4, While there is nothing wrong in Union leaders taking photograph with the President, even if you don't agree with his policies, especially on an occasion that is rare like that, what is wrong is the demeanour of the leaders as they were seen in the picture: opening their whole 32 and giving impression that were overawed by the opportunity. It doesn't speak well of Union Leaders of Great Ife, if anyone knows the history of Great Ife. Bamidele Aturu, a former Great Ife student union leader, refused to shake Military Governor Lawan Gwadabe on his POP day as his protest against military in 1988 when he did his NYSC in the state. This is the stuff of Ife Union leaders. 5, All accounts are correct: there were demonstration and chanting of ole by not-so-many students and there were those that wanted to see the President and didn't care about protest. 6, The Student Union leaders were only trying to be politically correct or not wanting anyone to pour sand into their Garri or believed such report could (especially carried by SR) could be counterproductive to their letter, with their press release that said those that protested were sponsored or were not students. |
