Haha I would of loved to c the expression on our face while typing that. Sorry o, no cry again. Na so human beans be oh. If u do wrong or right dem must talk. So, wipe ur tears and advise him to go on and do what he has in mind to do PassingShot: Would you all have preferred that he remained silent at the visit of his guests?
Nigerians, what do we really want? When he said the other time that he's nervous because of high expectations, we all came here to condemn him. And now that he says he won't betray us, many of us are talking poo again!
What kind of people are some of us? |

favoured234: Jascon1 what are you saying? That's to say you have some pending beatings on Nairaland, since you no be comedian and you no get liver and you don crack expensive joke hahaha...favoured234 the apology is uncalled for. Entertainment biz u can step on anyone's toes to get to the top. He played the game in big brother Africa. Apologizing to Jim is a sell out to his fans. U stay big in the entertainment game when u step on toes. No need to apologize over a simple threat from Jim. That's weak from my standpoint. If na me na now my story go sell paper wella. Jim is pulling stunt cos' he wants to stay relevant. I don't think Jim will appreciate the apology cos' this closes the chapter for another break for him. As for me my liver day drink Lucozade boost. I'll never apologize |

i believe GEJ robbed us on the power sector. he proclaimed himself a minister of power at the time. he used that as a gimmick during election. we all hoped and waited in vaaaaain. he sold the company and yet the usual standard remains, no light. shame on GEJ on power. he failed the common man |

Redoil: Am i the only one that sees this news as a lie just to paint the pastor a thief? For those of you always looking for any opportunity to bashing pastors you better stop or else........ shut up there! Things happen. What does one gain from blaspheming another pastor? Is it because he's a pastor then he can't steal. Don't cover evils because a pastors is involved. Am the last man to stand n watch someone oppress his fellow on the ground that he runss church. That's y many of Dem get away with rape and assault on ppl. Many pastors in Nigeria are doing all sorts of evil. I know of one who stole church money somewhere n now they don't entertain Nigerian pastors in that state. What do u mean, are pastors angels? Even angels self Dem commit sin. Satan no be angel before he become Satan. Ah ah ppl r doing evil all in the name of money n ppl like u mask it because they r pastors. Forget that thing |

such a sad story. I dont know why some ppl in Africa just feel ppl pluck money abroad. they simply want to devour their family members of friends who find their ways to success. i have seen families like his type. they simply feel your success owes them some blessings. it is so shameful for a brother to take his successful brother's story to the press to get some change out of them.

Politics › Re: North Is Back To Restore The Nation - Buhari by jascon1(m): 5:26pm On May 05, 2015 |
{clearing my throat} we will be watching, and we will be judging. i wish we could hold you responsible in the near future as well. Gbawe: There is no proof Buhari said this to begin with yet even if he did it is stated clearly that he was cracking a joke mocking the "ridiculous assertion" that the North is responsible for the present State of Nigeria today. Anyway, whoever made the statement is correct because it is indeed ridiculous to blame the North for the current state of Nigeria today. If some want to focus on ethnicity rather than good/bad leadership, which is peculiar to individuals and not ethnic groups, then one can argue that the South has led for longest since our current democracy began in 1999 through OBJ (8 years) and GEJ (5 years) with Nigeria having nothing concrete to show for all that time the South was "in charge".
I personally like the wit of whoever made the statement because he/she is mocking the ethnocentric focus and proclivity of Nigerians that leads them to generalising an ethnic group as 'failed' because of the individual failure of certain leaders. Ijaws did not fail Nigeria. GEJ did. Likewise Yorubas cannot be held accountable for what GEJ could not deliver as President. To a rational person it is obvious the Ijaws, Yorubas, Hausa, Fulani et al have talented and effective leaders in their ranks even if it is the inept, undeserving and mediocre amongst them who have traditionally made it to the pinnacle of leadership in Nigeria till today because of a political system that worships patronage above merit.
OBJ became President as appeasement to the Yorubas over June 12. Yar Adua was a disinterested and unprepared President OBJ foisted on Nigeria with the hope of gaining a 'controllable' stooge. GEJ is an accidental President. Non are like Buhari who has fought unrelentingly to lead Nigeria for more than a decade now. Buhari deliberately wanted to become President out of patriotism and a sense of duty to Nigeria. He has finally gotten there and I believe he will do well. Nigerians should simply support Buhari even if they are doing so for their own sake. If Buhari leads us into an age of progress and socio-economic development then who benefits but ordinary Nigerians? |
