That's cool! I was also informed that Cossy Orjiakor also visited GMB. I was so surprised. ![]() |
Allison we are sending u you to prison |
I have no problems with any list or GMB selections. The simple truth is that Nigerians don't care about lists or names, what we care is the change that has been promised. |
Allison u r a modified criminal. The masses want u behind bars |
chuna1985:China c, am not a biased person. I call a spade what it is even if it were my enemy. Larger % of projects in Nigeria disappear n cease beih mentioned before completion. That is not a secret. The locomotive project was previously billed to run nationwide. It is indeed a failed project. Or rather half-successful. |
Abeg Na orkuru soup I go cook today abi Na edikan ikong soup? |
Nationalize Dem don't close dem |
chuna1985:I would have preferred u said "how would you know....." Anyways, am not a TV fan but as a naijaborn am a hard core observer. If projects have been completed as u say, they must have been visible to all |
chuna1985:oh k. Since 1999 abi? |
We don c many ongoing projects, what we rarely c is completed n commissioned projects |
This sermon should be preach to coollabman serving in Ekiti. Who is busy committing formication n pedophilia with underaged girls in the school in which he teaches. He's above 30 but reduced his age to make NYSC |
dearpreye:Preye listen, the removal of subsidy was the first reason why GEJ disconnected from the masses. Removal of subsidy will cause an increase in the prices of PMS which will again hurt the masses. If our refineries were functional we wouldn't have the need to export our crude to be refined and then reimported. That process of transporting and processing is what causes the hikes in the products. Therefore, our refineries should have been revived before removal of subsidy |
Chigold101:u r very right brother. I don't support running away n that's y I'll keep spitting for a better naija. But my main point is being able to achieve a better society for the average naija born. Tho, I also have to say to u, thank Ur stars if u made it. Cos, I no so many who didn't. I'm not a fan of fast cash traders at all. |
Is not keeping a girlfriend the secret of academic success? Pls cough if u don't no how to talk |
Is bullsheet Na. GEJ u suda revived our refineries. |
Shut up. U r worse than book haram. U killed more lives than book haram |
Abeg give me o if u day shame. I go give u my Nigerian own |
solayd:yes indeed! You r right, but I promise u, if u refuse it only for one weeks u will lose 35 pounds of Ur weight. We gave Malaysian palm nuts back in the 70iea, today we import palm oil from Malaysia. We import even undies from China. Check the label on boxers u r wearing right now, if we stop importing u will not be able to wear any new boxers again for the coming 16 months. Do we have enough manufacturers than can supply the needs of about 200 million inhabitants? No! Do we have stable power to sustain manufacturing industries? No! The rice u eat, the oil u use to make soup, the electronic gadgets, even the one u r using to access Ur account on nairaland(check where it was manufactured), all the vehicles both keke n okada everything are imported. The stuff that they are exporting are stuff the hoard away from u n I and they want to take abroad to seel while u starve. Small packet of groundnut is 500 naira. By the time u start buying it for massive consumption like garri u will notice that we can't afford them. But then again, necessity is the father of invention, but not in a system like ours. And I'll give u an example. Since we have been inventing electricity for ourselves our govt has made it our duty as citizens to provide amenities for ourselves. Since we have decided to bore holes for water, our water board has died and every citizen now is responsible for his own water. One funny thing is the office of the minister for water is still active. Check for Mrs Sarah Ochekpe on Google u will see the current minister who makes millions for not working out of our tax money. Same thing goes to the ministry for power. Same thing goes to mines n steel, housing n urban development etc... Is pathetic |
sheabutter1:Ah ah now think am now. We r suffering is not a secret. Citizens from other nations run only to where they can milk huge profits, but most Nigerians are in Afghanistan n Pakistan. Even while they die there they hold on strong. They would rather die there than return. It proves the level or torture they face in their homeland. Is not that we don't have the resources to create a comfortable society for all citizens we have these in abundance. We r only hoping n hoping. Ppl r tired of this hopes let the change be visible to the commons in the society. Ah ah kini awon soro? |
ApexTitan:I feel u are going around Ur tail on Ur points. Is and was are from the same verb 'to be'. SON has a task as an organization. If they failed at verification of companies before issuing licenses or ensuring manufacturing standards are maintained during processing or inspection of companies output before export, the simple thing is SON needs to arch their arss up. If our goods are rejected what other organization would u blame for this? Are u going to blame MAN? Or NCS? All countries have what we call international n national standards. It is Ur duty to have adequate knowledge about the standards of the countries you make Ur exports. U must consult with them and if possible make sample exports before exportation can be effected. SON bears that heavy responsibility to give exporters the clearance, also adequate information based on the ISO and NSO of the designated countries of export. |
I just say make I waka pass as Dem day pass the budget. Una well done oh |
Tukur u r just a spermatozoa. You sud be in the scrotum |
Make Dem day head oh. Cos as for me na kpanla and tatashay I won go buy for market. Make I take cook better egusi soup against Sunday. |
I just eat better ofe nsala now n my belle day do me kpururu kpururu |

Tbh am not a fan on any of these names. Im simply watching to c how it unfolds |
They should go n sit down. They should disappear very fast. In the first place they contributed to the reasons y our brothers sought SA as greener pasture. |
Na the 73rd go give u that thing way u day find way u never get |
Angelou:that again is y I said only ppl my age can understand. At that time there wasn't all the glitters ppl enjoy today. We were an average-income family but that was the luxury of the time. One thing to note, after all we could afford to fly to London for vacation which was another luxury on top of my Camala head |
Dbboy:thanks u! the people also got loans from government to develop their country. The government protected the ppl with effective policing. The government provided steady power for same ppl. There were laws made by n for those ppl's interests. The ppl had a practical democratic system. The government provided good roads n infrastructures for same ppl. The government had international treaties protecting their citizens beyond it borders. The goverment provided ministries to see to the needs of the same ppl. The same ppl benefitted from the technological advancements heavily financed by the government. The same ppl saw the use of their tax money. The same ppl benefitted from the government pension schemes. So, what are u talking about? The change Fela or Sari wiwa wished for? Critics bring out the best in us. Don't sit on Ur laurel. The average Nigerian citizens have done more for the government even without complaining. We make our own irrigation systems. We provide our own water. We provide our own electricity (even from the same raw material that the govt. Could have used to provide power for the nation. We make our own roads(individuals or streets landlords tar their streets). We loan ourselves capitals for our businesses. We build our houses. We educate ourselves. We improvise in everything. We refine our crude locally. Jobless ppl depend on their families for jobs n sustenance. We raise our kids out of our hard-earned kobos. We depend on our kids when we retire not pension . we have fewer good roads. We provide our own transport. We pay so hi to make babies (maternity bills can buy plots of land). We don't get compensations from environmental pollution. We don't get compensation when tragedy strikes. Our brothers die in foreign lands n our government say nothing, nothing! Or farmers do it all alone. No medications for sick ppl. No hospitals. No homes for aged or mentally destabilized. Cut da crappies, brother. Even american would not have thrived in our situation. |
ApexTitan:let's date back to the heydays of NAFDAC and u can figure out my logic. |
tempem:Ur age would determine Ur level of comprehension. Am only telling growing up for kids at that time |
