That's not true. All NATO countries have cruise missiles mounted in them and Ukraine joining will be a direct threat to Russian defenses . This is a fact you can check on Jane's Intelligence Review .

Secondly , Russia has a right to tell the US(aka NATO)not to expand eastwards as agreed by the same Cuban missiles crisis. Period
