After TMI, the last stage of assessment is the opening of accounts for 10 customers with at least 200k in each account or a single account with 5m.. I'll suggest to plan towards that first, as you'll be given only a span of at most 2weeks.
NB: mails for medicalz will come before the account opening assessment.. DONT BE DISCOURAGED!
See you guys in TS!
I heard from someone that got the job last year that the 2million is after the training school not before..Training school spans for 5 months and 5months after, you get your brand new car whose cost will be deducted from the salary..I think 83k every month leaving you with 174k till you pay up.the salary is 257k without the car loan..

FUTO is apparently the only University of Technology that its students can actually construct these items

I hardly see other Universities of Technology students who have designed drones, tricycles or anything technological
well you wrong ma'am. FUTA has being doing this and way more since like forever. I even designed and manufactured an octocopter from scratch(only me) as my final year project in 2016. How can four students partner to build an ordinary quadcopter undecided

EducationFUTA Student Builds Drone From Locally Sourced Materials by Jay20(op):
A final year student IKEAKHE MOSES from the department of Mechanical Engineering, FUTA has designed a multirotor drone from locally sourced materials. The student who majored in aeronautics in his final year in the university applied the basic concepts of Mechanical and Aeronautical engineering in the design, analysis and fabrication of the drone from locally sourced materials.
inline with him and his supervisors dream of catching up with the rest of the world in multirotor developmnt, the drone was designed to carry a payload of 2kg and serve as the basis for further drone development in the department. This is the 4th drone from the department and one of the many facinating projects done by Engineering students from FUTA.

so you feed the lpfo to the steam turbines, wow wonderful, power engineer, please educate me if I am wrong
no u dnt feed d steam turbine directly with HFO(Heavy Fuel Oil) but use d HFO to generate the steam in the steam generator(boiler) which is then channeled to the steam turbine by a network of pipes.HFO,LFO,Natural gas are all fuels(chemical energy) whose main purpose in the Rankine cycle(steam turbine cycle) is to produce d heat required to convert feed water fed to the boiler to steam which is then channeled to the turbine-generator unit for thermal to mechanical then to electrical energy conversion process..

like what, the plant has gas and steam turbines not diesel or petrol It is a gas fired power plant not a gigantic generator house
The plant is actually dual fired..The steam turbines can either b powered by HFO(Heavy Fuel Oil) or natural gas while the gas turbine is fired by either natural gas or LFO(Light Fuel Oil) or in lay mans term "diesel".. the power generated by the gas turbine is realy nt bin exported to d grid bt used during start-up,system collapse, for in house purposes as well as sustaining 24hrs power supply to the estate..

CareerRe: Why Become A Commercial Pilot? - Many Pilots Never Admit #11 by Jay20(m): 5:57pm On Apr 08, 2016
petengine:
The best school so far is CAE but very expensive. I recommend you go for PEA. my main reason is that; the employ their student pilots immediately after training as flight instructors. this is crucial as it will help u to build the necessary flying hours to land a flying job as a pilot. NB: while building additional hours as an instructor u also get paid at the same time. 99% of flying school pass out students after obtaining 250 hours meanwhile u need up to 500 hours to land a flying job and 1500 hours for major airlines. how then can u get the additional hours to enable you apply for jobs as a pilot? PEA answers this questions.

to answer other of ur questions u need to send me your email so I can send you a complete guide to becoming a commercial pilot. its eBook and completely free of charge.
gud day sir..plis can u also forward d ebook to my mail also..sleekyjones01@gmail.com..tnx alot

The average nigerian is lawless and nonchalant about public infrastructures so what do you expect. Imagine someone saying the government should be blamed for untidy toilet..haba maigida!!!!!!!!

Of course not 'pilot money'...very few pilots earn more than N20m/annum after tax....and then you've got to be flying one of the 'big-big' jets with a 'top 10' airline (Emirates, Etihad, BA, Delta and e.t.c )....and most are closer to 50 years old.

NPF money or...well some other sources.
Yh I agree on d top pilot issue bur I realy dnt see him getting over 250 mills frm his dad n squandering it on cars.dts y I doubt d integrity of dis compilation.

PoliticsOur Heroes Past? by Jay20(op): 11:45pm On Jan 04, 2015
Arise O compatriots
Nigeria's call obey

To serve our father's Land
With love and strength and faith
The Labour of our heroes past shall never be in vain.

I was with my father a few days ago at a convocation ceremony. In the midst of the vestigial protocols and repetition of rites of passage. The ebullience in the atmosphere was as strong as the aroma of breakfast in a small village with every woman trying to outdo her neighbour with sumptuous meals to hold on to their husbands who can, at any time choose to replace her with a younger blood or worse; one of those women who were too beautiful at youth, too beautiful to marry till they became ineligible for the somewhat eligible and young men.. Emotions like excitement, mixed feelings were rampant.
I digress. At the end of the ceremony; the band delivered an impeccable rendition of the national anthem. But as the fanfare got underway, I got caught in a sentence on the anthem "The Labour of our heroes past shall never be in vain",it begs the question, who are our heroes past? This question threw me off, how come I have never read any piece on this? We sing the National Anthem every time and we have not once spoken about it? Did we fight for independence? Did we fight to become colonized? Only fight we actually applied ourselves into wasn't really a fight, it was the pogrom and massacre of the Igbos during the civil war. These questions plagued me, So let us date back into the history of Nigeria.
A mass of land in the dark continent "discovered" in 1868 by the Britons. A bunch of tribes thought by the white man to be from culture-less roots, so why would they care about the difference? It didn't take much for toubob (Toubob is Gambian for white man) to join the two protectorates together and have his high nosed wife name us as "Nigeria", a name we continue to carry with pride. We have been bedizened by the name and we chose to adopt it.
Governors came and went, rulers to keep the Queen's monarchy above water, they killed and jailed any native usurper and they rallied us to fight in their war, the second world war. The British were spent and exhausted after Hitler was forced to submit and they could not risk a revolt by the Native Nigerians. Noted in Chinua Achebe's "There Was A Country", He spoke about a band of writers, teaming up to press for independence but Alas, the Queen had a better plan. To step away from our country in public eyes and appoint a Leader in a well organized and doctored election (the roots of our corruption dates back to our colonial masters).
But before I start to digress again, we started to experience turmoil and rapid exchange in power, Military men who wanted to changed the country, only to get to the top and discover Toubob was still there. We see their hands in our trades, in the civil war, The Ogoni and Shell conflicts to mention a few. A country tagged as the "Giants of Africa" but remains tainted by the smear of neo colonialism. We strive to impress Toubob, we work for the Queen, we change our policies to align with them and we roll over so that they can walk with clean feet.
So, it invokes the question, "who are our heroes past?", The bands of writers? The Mabel Seguns of their time? The Awolowos? The Ojukwus? Lord Frederick Luggard?. We have no heroes past, we have just names we choose to immortalize as equanimity to absence of people worthy of adornment. Explains the norm of giving former dictators, actors and actresses national awards. "The Labour of our heroes past shall never be in vain".... This powerful sentence denotes the persistence to keep the legacy of our Heroes that is Nigeria alive, it gives us a reason to strive to keep our Country alive but what happens when we don't have one?
My words should not come across as provocative or critique, but rather a social commentary to invoke a sleeping beast. We might not have heroes past in the foundation on which we stand upon, but we can have heroes now,we can be immortalized heroes now, which our children shall always remember when singing that notorious line in the National anthem.
