Usually, if it is the type that doesn't dish out pi rants, then, silence would be your best defense. Now, if she is the type that dishes out pi rants (by this I mean never ending, to be continued when you return, kinda rants) then she may have some deep seated anger or psychological issues; help is certainly needed here. I can't be holed up in a relationship with this category of ladies - nah!!

Neither did he say they won't pay. If I understand correctly, the grazing reserves to be created is meant to prevent clashes between the Fulani herdsmen and farmers which has seen deaths from both side.

Now, it is illogical to assume govt will allow these herders to use the grazing reserves for free when most of the herds are owned by well to do businessmen. That would be the height of stupidity if they did.
