Hello guys, I am in a back and forth situation with Lexico LLC (My Payer) and Geegpay (My Bank). I normally use Payoneer to receive my USD funds but just last month, Payoneer said they can no longer accord me their services that I should open a new account. I decided to open Geegpay account instead. I made a withdrawal request of 167$ from Warriorplus (Lexico LLC) to my Geegpay account but I got just 122$ into my Geegpay. After Banting with both customer care agents from the sender and receiving banks. Lexico LLC sent a proof of transaction receipt that 15$ was charged for the transaction and that 152$ was sent to my Geegpay but Geegpay has been saying they received 124$ and they only charged 1.5% of the received amount which now made it 122$. The question is what happened to 30$ from when the transaction left Lexico LLC into Geegpay account. Till now, Geegpay has not been able to send proof of transaction to me that yes and indeed 124$ was what they received |
