I would have been surprised if the Supreme Court had held otherwise, and that's because the ground for the appeal didn't hold water. Territorial jurisdiction has never been fundamental to any suit. Seems they were just grasping at straws with that one.

You're right. It seemed easy enough in my head. I knew all the theory. The practical was quite different. Anyway as a result of my learning experience, I became a very good teacher. One of the first things I have my students do is shift gears on a stationary vehicles. Only when they can do it subconsciously do I take them on the road. Also, I teach them the rudiments of breaking and not stalling the car before I take them on the road.

My first driving experience. Funny stuff. First the car kept stalling. It was just me and I stole the key when my folks were at work. It seemed so easy in my head but in reality it wasn't so.

Then I finally got the hang of it but changing gears was another issue. I kept looking down at my hands and feet before I could change gears. By the time I'd successfully shift, I would look up just in time to steer the car out of the bushes.

Oh and everyone had to see me on the road. I would wave at you even when we had not spoken in a while. I'd look back to make sure you saw me and then by the time I turned to the wheel, the car was in the bushes again. Its been well over 15years but its a fond memory.

First off, when I saw the picture, I was shocked and I got the same reaction most people will have. After the initial shock, I looked at the picture again and whatever is in her mouth is not lit, neither are there wisps of smoke in the picture. If she says its a work of art, then thats what it is. To paraphrase Eminem, the same people saying his music is a bad influence are the ones that allow their kids watch Schwarzenegger movies.

If she had photshopped the picture she would still be attacked (even though it wasnt real). Generally, we should learn to avoid knee jerk reactions.

Finally, these celebs should hire professional publicists so that they stop betraying their lack of class.

Barcanista, where were you when Afe Babalola was paid millions to register a company for Obasanjo. Galaxy something is what it was called, I can't remember the exact name.

While I find the fact that it is outrageous that a website would cost 78 million or so to build, I also know that there is no fixed or standardised price for websites. Developers charge professional fees. Similarly no two lawyers will charge the same amount for the same matter. A web developer can charge a billion if he finds anyone naive enough to pay him that.

Where were you when the NFF used a few millions to have a Facebook page opened for them?
