FiRs pays like 250 for basic, no allowances yet for the new intakes though. NCDMB salary too is decent pays 200+ excluding allowances but cbn does not pay up to 150k, though you are entitled to lunch allowances or some stuff like that total per month isn't up to 180k (including the lunch allowance).
