1- NIA is the most secretive and coded agency, so you can’t get the exact salary & allowances online. But it is a very good place to work.
2- Non military persons do work there. But undergoing military training is a must (The last time they recruited many, they had trainings in 3 different states in Nigeria).
Some posts requires foreign travel(work outside Nigeria) while some doesn’t.

My wife's sister was lucky to grab a job with them through that route. She started as an intern interpreter (Spanish) even before her youth service and her boss wrote to NYSC requesting that she serves with them. Immediately she rounded up NYSC, she was employed and sent for training.

Good Morning house, hoping everyone is enjoying the weekend? I'll heavily redact some information because of the undertakings and secrecy oath forms we were all made to sign and explicit warnings so as not to jeopardize my career. I feel the need to share so as to motivate and inspire others in this forum.
So, 3 weeks ago I got an invite from one of the best 2 government agencies to work in Nigeria to come to their HQ for interview. We did the interview and about 3 dozen of us were selected and given offer letter within the same week, to my surprise all of us that got job were children of nobody, in fact we all studied in Public universities and polytechnics nobody with foreign qualification was given employment.
During the orientation and onboarding, the HR after detailing our packages informed us of the rationale behind them not selecting the children of the elite because of gross insubordination, unfiltered ego and always calling their ogas at the top when reprimanded.
Many may be asking how I got invited, well, the head of the agency gave all the staff the opportunity to present their candidates (fortunately I happen to have a mid level staff aquantance who works there and she presented me).
The biggest lesson I learned was only Allah has the power to open your door of success through fervent prayers(regardless of any connect), and don't underestimate Allah's plans for you. Allah alone is sufficient for us all. Kindly ignore my typos

One oga there called my dad to ask for my cv this afternoon. But I just called someone at efcc to confirm and he said it’s only diploma and ssce that they are currently collecting. So I’m not sure if the oga requested for my cv to keep Incase they start collecting for BSC or there is something underground going on. But when I find out, I will share.

Please do you know the deadline for submission for SSCE and Diploma, at their zonal offices in different states ?
