As in ehen all these babies comes with different dramas,my first trimester was basically hell for me cause I couldn’t take anything I survived wit unripe tangerine,bitter leaf stick to brush and little or no food.but this my second trimester turned me to foodie I eat like a criminal varieties but still can’t take sweet drink oo only farm fresh, viral milk.i crave so much for okro and ogbono but lo hub won’t allow me take it only ewedu once a week am definitely going to make a video of my pregnancy journey, all the food and craving moments are documented.its not easy but it worth it.my only problem now is lack of sleep really dealing with me.but I try sleeping during the day may we all carry to full term God will count us among the women of Hebrew

I've been unable to drink water for 2 weeks now. As in, no matter what I eat, I cant drink water. But today was different, I had 3 glasses of water at a go without issues at all. For my son's pregnancy I drank lots of water and ate lots of corn but this pregnancy ehn.....it better be a girl that is stressing me like this lol.

Honestly in my first pregnancy, my doctor gave it to me and didnt tell me the side effects. I was alone. Thank God I wasnt driving then. Took a cab, got home and felt like someone drugged me. A friend came to visit me that day, she was gisting and all and I didnt hear a word she said. Till she left my house sef, I didnt know. All i know is I kept apologising that i am unresponsive. Lol.

Promethazine helps.

The injection works faster tha the oral drugs for me sha. But bear in mind that the side effect is drowsiness. So if you're taking the injection, have someone with you to take you home safely. Otherwise, get the oral drug and take when you're at home and can have adequate sleep after.

Please I have maternity jeans in size 12 for sale. My mum got them for me. She was uncertain about my weight as shes been out of town plus it was a surprise. I'm a size 10 so they are really large plus I get small body.

Please if you're interested, its 4k only. Location is ABUJA. I didnt add any price. She told me that's how much she bought them.

Let me also add that since I was in the hospital when she brought them, my girl had them washed. I've never worn them asides when I was trying them on.

Yes, we're looking up Hygeia and Axa, seem Hygeia is better off but she said she cant wait that long before the card becomes ready.

So we're thinking of going directly to the hospital to register.

She's always vomiting (4 times on average per day).

Wouldn't eat, always saying things are smelling to her. and we haven't kushkush this June either.

Everything looks strange to me jare...

She came back home, rushed into the bathroom to start the normal vomiting, (Mostly spits), she complained of seeing blood twice in her vomit since it started last week.

I have forwarded your comment to her on the drugs, I believe these are the drugs that were prescribed when/while you were pregnant too? (Early pregnancy stage)

If she is seeing blood in her vomit then she should see a doctor. Vomiting multiple times a day means she is loosing fluid and she could get dehydrated and that is bad for a pregnant woman.

I had similar issue and I had to be admitted and given IV fluids.
Also, I was given an injection to control the vomiting.

Just see a doctor and make sure to let the doctor know all your complaints

As for the "kushkush" , it may be a bit difficult for her because she is always weak and tired and the nausea isnt pleasant either. Try to be patient with her. Trust me a time will come in the pregnancy when na you go de run from "kushkush" cos she go use am pursue you well well. lol

I prayed to God just for my dad to wait till my baby was born, and now I got the shocker of my life after everyone lied to me about it... My dad is no more, I promised him 3days back to bring my baby to see him, for him to just hold on after all he was not sick.. Life took away the man who means so much to my life... Just googled "white zobo leaves" and I'm referred to Ishapa. For those of us in the South West looking for white zobo you can ask of ishapa. Not eaten it before but I've heard of it.

My husband used to prepare it for me. I think he wld soak it in water and just leave it for some hours.

I recently got to know that the white leaf zobo gives quicker result than the normal purple coloured leaf zobo. Although the normal zobo works for some people. And off course make plain without sugar. For dates, its the fresh/raw ones (yellow or red) colour.

Yeah that white zobo works wonders! Its sour, but ince you get used to the taste, you'll love it.
My inlaws didnt let me rest in my first pregnancy, they made sure I took several glasses daily once I clocked 37weeks.

I gave birth to my beautiful girl on the 18th June,2019. Glory to God.
My story is that God is wonderful. I salute all women going through labor pain. It is not easy Biko. Three gbosa for una.

I started having contraction on 17th evening and in the next morning, my husband timed it to be 8min apart. I just told him to go to work that I would be okay. I bathe my DD, made food for her and I was still feeling fly.
Fast forward to 1pm, I downloaded the contraction timing app to be sure. It was then I realized that my contraction has been between 4min to 5min apart. At this time, I have started seeing stars. I called hubby to come but I checked map and I saw that he won’t get to me until 2hrs later. I just booked uber and the man was speaking gibberish, I just told him guy if you want to decline , Biko decline I am in labor.

To cut the long Tory short, I arrived hospital and my doctor was laughing at me that shebi we saw yesterday for checkup and he told me he gave me anointing to birth. I laughed. He checked and he said I am 6cm gone but with the pain and the way I was shouting when he was checking me, he just recommended epidural. Come and see me shouting “Where is the epidural man ohh” The pain is out of these world mama. The anesthesiologists came and administer and I felt a little bit relieved. Although I still feel pain when contracting because I was in active labor so the epidural just numb the area that’s needed.

Got to hospital 3 and I delivered my baby girl 3hrs later with no tears. Isn’t God great. June cappo, BS submitted. Signing out till when I am ready to nurture another tiny human being.

Severe MS no let me look my phone, jazzyjazz it seems it was my story you wrote, incessant vomiting, can't keep anything down including water, vomiting blood, I just got off IV last night, was super dehydrated, cracked lips, no making enough urine and all. The hospital is a second home now, the tears, the pains, this Hyperemesis Gravidarum is hell, I had to join some HG Facebook support groups. Sometimes I wonder if this will ever end.
The Lord is your strength and this will end for us all in praise.

My dear, its not been easy. The dehydration, the lack of urine, the little one u pass is so yellow! The throwing up of blood part is the most scary part of it all honestly. I couldnt even talk for days. Thank God for the antibiotics. I started to feel better by the 2nd day. By the 3rd day I was completely fine.

I only started to feel slightly better now that I got to 14weeks. I still throw up, and I am still unable to drink water but I take ice and lots of watermelon.

Try to take ice. Even now that I am unable to drink water, I discover that if I take enough, it makes up for the water I am unable to drink. At least it keeps me hydrated. Also I make sure that my watermelon is always super cold before I eat it.

May God make it easy for us all.
