You can now advertise your business for half the price! The magazine “Comfort Zone” is a Real Estate/Home Servicing Magazine. The magazine is targeted at the real estate/home market and directed at middle and low income earners in need of best possible offers for real estate properties, furnishings, household items and services at no cost at all. The magazine was initiated from the need of people with desire for apartments with no proper channel of getting same. Most Nigerian’s have been forced to the streets in search of house agents thereby exposing them to touts and fraudsters who in turn rid them of the funds intended for the apartment. Hence, comfort zone is centered at bridging this gap between the individual in need of an apartment/real estate/household items and services with the service providers. Content The content of Comfort Zone Magazine is a pleasant mix of interesting real estate and property deals to services in the industry. Its content ranges from real estate reforms/news to basic household tips, relaxation centers, legal reviews, auto deals and much more. Advertising & Sponsorship Opportunities Comfort Zone Magazine depends heavily on sponsorship and advertisement income since its first few issues are going to be given out for free in a bid to establish its presence and propagate its acceptance and reach after which the magazine will be given out for free. @ Iderawole I'm not writing you as an undergraduate in need of a job opputunity, a thousand times NO, but I'm posting here as someone who believes in this too. I currently run an outfit that believes in job creation for people irrespective of their educational backgorund. The reason for this is that here in Nigeria, emphasis have been laid much too often on Graduates and Certificates and not on the individual or what he can offer, this to me i think is grossly unfair especially in a country like Nigeria where the breed of our graduates is nothing to write home about. We find a lot of talents wasting away just because they don't have a university certificate (this is even the society's fault as most of these students are either a victim of injustice in our schools or poverty). I find this unbelieveable (I was a victim of this but for my drive and passion not to be limited). This is the basic reason behind the creation of "Proximate Consult". e-mail: proximateconsult@gmail.com. What does your organization do? |
CarlosVent:Hi CarlosVent, could you please give more specifications of these laptops and how this is supposed to play out, i think i'm interested. Thank you |

michelin89:Nne, biko, free me o. i said on a lighter note and besides, i got it from a friend and thought it appropriate for this topic. Anyway, it might interest you to know that my husband is ALL THESE and more (not kidding) ![]() |
To start with, i subscribe to the partner thingy, Secondly you gotta be a real man to be in a relationship at all, Thirdly why would i want to be in a relationship when i don't have a lifetime purpose for being in it in the first place? .On a lighter note, you might find this list interesting A REAL MAN DOESN'T KISS AND TELL. A REAL MAN NOTICES YOUR HAIR AND NAILS. A REAL MAN CALLS YOU BEAUTIFUL,NOT HOT,SEXY,OR FINE AS F, K A REAL MAN CALLS YOU ON A DAILY BASIS NO MATTER HOW BUSY OR TIRED HE IS. A REAL MAN LOOKS PAST WHAT HE HAS HEARD ABOUT YOU OR HIS FRIENDS THINK ABOUT YOU. A REAL MAN WANTS TO SPEND AS MUCH TIME WITH YOU AND NEVER GETS SICK OF YOU. A REAL MAN KISSES YOU ON THE FOREHEAD WHEN THE NEED ARISES. A REAL MAN DOESN'T TELL YOU WHAT HE THINKS YOU WANT TO HEAR, HE TELLS YOU WHAT'S REAL. A REAL MAN KNOWS HOW TO PUT YOUR ASS TO SLEEP. A REAL MAN DOESN'T ASK QUESTIONS WHEN YOU SAY YOU NEED SOMETHING , HIM,SEX, OR MONEY. A REAL MAN LET HIS OWN SOMETHING KNOW THAT HE HAS AND LOVES ONLY YOU ALONE. A REAL MAN DOESN'T PLAY GAMES. A REAL MAN DOESN'T LEAVE HIS GIRL TO GO HANG OUT WITH HIS HOMEBOYS,WHEN HE HASN'T SEEN HIS GIRL IN A WEEK,AND THEN CALL HER AT 4AM IN THE MORNING BECAUSE HE NEEDS SOME LOVE. A REAL MAN DOESN'T THINK ABOUT SEX WITH OTHER BITCHES WHEN HE IS MAKING LOVE TO YOU. A REAL MAN OPENS THE CAR DOOR FOR HIS LADY, BRINGS HER ROSES, AND RUBS HER FEET WHEN THEY ARE TIRED. NOTE THAT WHEN YOU HAVE A REAL MAN BY YOUR SIDE YOU NEED TO GIVE HIM A TREAT.THAT IS TREAT HIM LIKE ONE. |
home girl:Hey babe, there is no point taking this personal, my dear, Nigerian politics generally is dirty and taking it upon yourself to reproach others on this is just not neccessary. Chill biko |

Hi people, please permit me to contribute my own little quota. I can attribute a successful marriage to the following 1. Friendship - i beleive a very important step to marraige is friendship, if you are good friends with you spouse then you guys will be able to share all your secrets and pains. 2. Intentions - What are your intentions for that marriage, is it money, fame, power etc. whatever it is determines how well you'll do as a couple 3. Family that prays together stays together, this brings me back to the religion part, truth is, your religious beliefs have a lot to do with how far and well you go 4. Communication - How do you want to make things work when you don't talk. you have a fight and you keep it in your mind, according to a daily devotional i was reading, if you don't deal with anger/differencies immediately, chances are that it aggravates and you might never be able to deal with that anymore, it then generates to bitterness, unforgiveness etc 5. Elimination of third Party - For crying out loud, you made your marital vows to your wife and not friends nor family, not even your pastor, please please ppl, let's grow up. Nothing whatsoever deserves to leave the four wall of your house, you are meant to be one, yourself and your spouse, nobody else. 6. Understanding 7. Tolerance 8. Agreement 9. Trust - Now this is a very important and crucial part, when you decided to get involved (married) with this person, you must have known the person's fault and shortcomings and you still wen ahead with the marriage, why are you now basing your jugdement of that person on the past or on someone elses experience Bottom Line: Marriage is an institution that you get in and don't look back, you are expected to get into marriage with your spouse, forgeting everything you were, your educational, family, financial or mental background, and starting afresh with this person from nowhere. I'll end my contribution with a bible quotation "love covers multitude of sin". If you love your spouse, Divorce, even a day without talking to her will be a horrible one. start seeing your spouse as though he/she were you(which they truely are). Don't do to the person what you cannot do to yourself. Leaving you with God's blessing for your marriage Be happy |
the bank is better prepared for the labour market, i beleive the recruitment exercise is going on underground. no concrete info yet though. i only know who their intended stockbroker is op this helps |
I think another question to be asked is, what's the relationship between the wife and mother-in-law like? The mum-in-law might be giving her hell (reason for her leaving when she was pregnant till she heard of her death), she was possibly praying that the trouble with her mother in law gets over with soon and here, her prayer was answered and she came back. Guy, i am totally in support of Jumie's point of view, don't jump into another marriage when you have the chance to make the one you have work. you don't even know the role your ex has to play in this moving out thing, so please, have a good talk with your wife, know the real reason for her leaving, understand each other and have a blissfull marriage. Best wishes |
