Cyberknight:It's not even patriotism.... Keeping silent when ones country is being pillaged by a few is cowardice... It's like going to put on the AC for someone who's Bleep*ng your wife. As a patriotic Nigerian, it's part of my national duty to speak upand resist wicked leaders... If the generation before me did that, perhaps Nigeria will not be where it is today. If folks had spoken up when they told us rice was worsening our forex, perhaps we would not be here today... Look at the recent bdc debacle... Immediately there was a media expose on it, the cbn had to backtrack.... Earlier in 2015 when same system was in place and no one spoke about it, it was left to fester on. Very soon, people will say why are you complaining when bandits erase a village, rape people and abduct hundreds of kids.... After all, do you know more that our CinC or our govs, or is it the first time people are killed or are there not thousands of school kids that are not kidnapped..that why are you disturbing everyone because just 45 people were killed....afterall, the population of the state has not dropped. |
StUriah:Not true... The disruption to menstrual flow is reversible on stopping... The effects of some last longer than others |
Mazinewmoney:Thanks.... Thought about it... But most people there are new to crypt0 and are unlikely to know |
jedisco:This went quicker than I had expected.... Took profits into betece 1st tp at 0.45 hit... 2nd tp is at 0.5 All in all, given how sluggish ltc can be, this isn't a bad one... from entry to 1st tp was 25%. More betece is always good... Over the next week or two, will look out for a retest of the weekly support My only concern is that earlier this year, ltc was usually the last to rally b4 a betece correction... Hope this isn't followed by a correction
|
StrafordSTONES:We've discussed such schemes multiple times before with many tears as evidence.... It's best to keep off such schemes as you're their liquidity... Making money in crypt0 is straightforward enough to lose ur hard earned money to such hacks |
SUPERPACK:Hehehe.... No free money |
Sunndaywillie:Let it create a vase between 60 and 80.... When it moves, na u go happy... I'm targeting 2x from here... Just hope betece doesn't spoil the party b4 that |
Etc/eith Etc seems to be approaching a level where I'd expect a bounce against eith.... Given eith has broken out, wouldn't be surprised it dose too... Will shave some eith into it
|
jedisco:Chz seems to have left the station without much of a pullback... Not chasing
|
Woke up to see some of my smaller bags moving..cant complain... Seems ICP has finally decided to stop being a stable coyn at 66 and has gone for 70.... Given how long it consolidated, Hoping it pulls a sol... I'd still shave some off at 100 and readd on a flip... Sol nd eith made me happy last week... Hopefully betece behaves so the likes of bnb, etc, one, bch, xrp and the 30 gang (link, uni, dot) can do same next week. At these stage, a percentage of profits will be left in cash rather than flipping |
Congratulation... You guys look brill together |
That's obviously a contraceptive pill which should be freely available to adult females. Its better to prevent unplanned pregnancy than getting pregnant and having unsafe abortions... Or giving birth to kids and having millions of out of school kids roaming your streets..... |
Does anyone here have an experience of taking a loan on a crypt0 platform? Been looking into options... Want to take a usdt loan with bitc0in as collateral.... Looking at a 3-6 month timeframe.... I'd wait for clarity on the market b4 making a move. P.s, I'm not taking it to buy alyts... Need it to handle stuff but don't want to sell my bitcoyns yet |
spiniverse1:Na u go decide... Been in it for sometime... Targeting 1.8 on it |
cucumbar:Most countries with currency crises eventually did that... Argentina, Lebanon e.t.c. usually, the dollars in dom accounts are seized and forcefully converted to the local currency at the central bank rate. CBN doing that will be going against the high and mighty of the society which is why I believe they've not done it.... So far, their interventions have been targeted against the poor or younger folks and they're at a stage where there's not much more they can target and folks are no longer buying their excuses. Fact is the average Nigerian might even welcome such a move and the defence would be to ask what folks are storing dollar for But with all the little things they've done recently incl the e-naira, they're getting more desperate and running outta ideas... The arbitrage between both rates is now 30%. Sooner or later, CBN will be forced to make a big move which IMO will either be to end the dollar susidy on many items or go for dom accounts.... We already know how the market will react to the second option. |
Ebowo:Elons hyoe did contribute but doge always makes such crazy moves right from time |
Looking to play a quick one on lite...... Either sell some percentage into usdt at 225 and re-enter on a flip of 200... Or sell into betece at 0.45 |
Ibime:Doge is a tricky one... I have it and not in a hurry to sell until it's pumped good... But I feel too many people might get stuck in doge expecting sane returns as last time when the good stuff will be happening elsewhere |
Enyinne:Bnb, cake, bake tend to move together.. |
DieRich5:Na so xrp be... Look at the daily or weekly... It's easier to navigate |
Market usually flows in cycles..... Bitc0in, and majors and certain midcaps have been on a rally... Over the next weeks to months, whether bitc0in ranges, pumps or retraces, by some means, money will usually flow into microcaps.. Looking at the weekly chart of some against betece and usdt, the risk/reward looks very good and they could easily do 4-5x I don't know when they'd move hence I've been slowly accumulating them overtime.... My guide is mainly using the weekly charts against betece and usdt |
Ibime:With old majors especially ltc and eith .... The betece chart is where the koko is.... Only reason I'm still in ltc is cos I bought it with betece at 0.36 so I don't complain if I generate more betece...but the risk to rewars is better elsewhere. I like to keep tabs on it as it's usually the last to pump...... So anytime it oumps late, I ask myself if a correction is close... Another is eith/betece.... It's stalling around this level as its at resistance against betece.... A breakout might mean a sustained move against betece
|
Xrp seems to be the only major lagging... May be a nice one for those who missed the train with others |
Ibime:Hehe... Thought youd never trade ltc again.... It's at 0.4 against betece which is resitance... The next significant one is 0.45 looking to dump it here... I think there are better prospects elsewhere
|
Enyinne:Bake will usually move after bnb |
Ruben225571:Ada has a good chance to rally in the coming weeks given it has broke previous ATH... Good you bought at lower valuations... Earlier on this thread, I shared going heavy on ada at 30cents and holding till 1 and 1.5 dolls before accumulating further Now Ada going from 3 to 15 means its market cap will increase from 95 billion dolls to 500 billion dolls. That means you need really good money flowing into ada. Wouldn't say this is impossible, but it wouldn't get there overnight. Bitc0in is rallying and soon enough, there'd be posts of those asking what coyn they should buy and hold for several years. My point is this, everyone has different trading styles but a long-term trader appreciates the red days |
BizBloke:Yeah it did... I did expect a rally to 150 after taking 100 (which I shared here)... I wasn't happy with the selloff at 130 hence I took profits... I remember sharing here how voyns usually rally in price discovery |
DieRich5:Thank you.... 'if to say' doesn't help in crypt0... Just know your timeframe and stick to it... My issue is that long-term traders usually appear on green days. .... If I was planning to hold for >10yrs, its when the market is red I'd be active... Not on a week everycoyn is pumping |
Ruben225571:I like your perspective... But lemme ask, would you have made this statement 2 months ago when ada crashed from 2.5 to 1 dolls Or are you making it cos ada had been on a run? |
Tolu181:It all depends on the timeframe you're trading..... Some people haven't taken profits on bitc0in for several years since it was less than 1000usd.... If you want to trade the longer period, that's fine and you'd make good profit as I believe bitc0in will trend up with time.. It's what big money does but then, be ready for you coyn eith to go from 2k to 150 like it did during the last bear market... I prefer to trade the significant swings of the market... Doing that, I can accumulate more of my favourite coyn |
DieRich5:It's always that way.... Psg is a pnd coyn though... But generally, if one gets a breakout on a strong midcap, expecting a 3-4x is sensible if betece remaining stable |
Someone who bought TBs at 7% a month ago has already lost 7% of their investment and are now at breakeven. Their question would now be how much more would they loose over the next 11 months... When a currency is that unstable, the risk comes with holding investment assets directly correlated with the currency. An extreme example will be holding Zimbabwean or Lebanese TBs or bonds and thinking one is making profit.. With all the ill thought intervention cbn did over the last 2 weeks, it was clear the naira will react badly which it has began to do... Registering devaluation against the dollar doesn't even do full justice.... It's estimated that over the last 1-1.5yrs, the dollar had devalued by upto 20% against scarce assets.. now comparing how the naira fared against the dollar, you'd see the real devaluation rate is much worse... What's even worse is the inflation that'd follow this round of devaluation. I've come to see that it takes about 3 months for the impact of a devaluation exercise to really be felt in the market....i.e, by November, cost of cooking gas, diesel, rods, cars, building materials should be at least 7-10% higher than their cost today....thats if the naira remains around 530. A further dip will be more catastrophic.... It's a sad tale... Let's hope the cbn has some useful tricks up it's sleeves...though I doubt as it's their wrong decision making that caused the present chaos.. |
