If you don't, get camscanner on playstore to do that or take a picture of your documents, search on google jpeg to pdf file converter. You'll see different sites you can do that for free.
All you need is just upload the picture and it'll be converted to pdf for you.
But if you have a system, please use it.

It doesn't necessarily have to be in pdf..
U can also upload jpeg

A friend that just started his reg now has an application number of 640+....

But DSSC already has a thousand plus

As a finance officer in northeast you will go and pay soliders their allowance inside bush with escort and all pray make bokoharam no ambush you for road . If they do just tell them say you no be combat officer
