i don't really believe this new news. where did u get the info from. send us a link pls. does it mean that half of Nigerians trying to run away from the country will be found standing under the hot sun at British visa application centers. it'll also greatly slow down the application process more than it already is, don't u think!

most times i get to these evil looks from the people at Heathrow airport especially. but this only happens after they've seen my Naija passport. if you've also noticed (those in uk) the airport and airline security also keeps a good eye on you if they see Baba iyabo's (wot an ugly woman! ) passport.

@May_flower; i think that you'll enjoy being there a lot cos there's loads of fun places to see. i have'nt been there since 2004 but i heard that its still got all the excitement which it is known for. Try visiting Ogbete Market since you like local markets. You'll also find that most commodities are cheaper to get in enugu. hope you enjoy yourself on your trip!

just like every other person here has said, you did not mention the details concerning the ways that she'd made you miserable. i think that you are just too insecure, and you want to break up with her just cos she earns more than you. if i was in her shoes i'll be quite happy to live some1 like you. you should work on developing yourself and not make the lady's life quite miserable (yes she is with your kind of attitude). here a quick advice: work hard, develop yourself mentally and career wise, trust in God, and maybe you can feel better about yourself. you should be glad that your girl is independent-minded and does not depend on you for all she wants.

i broke up with m boyfriend of 5 yrs. he's only called me once to beg since then (2 and a half weeks now). its been very hard trying to get over him. i am so depressed and at the moment, all my reliable friends are in london (i'm in dubai) so i am so lonely. i just want to get out of this miserable depression. i tell myself that i'm only 21 and would get over him but its seems so hard now. nairaland is like my only close companion now though i don't know a lot of people in the forums!
