Maybe the roasting is not for them to eat it. Some people believes that when you kill a snake that it's better to roast it than to throw it away just like that.

I got the same message from MTN telling me to go to the nearest MTN outlet with a valid ID card for registration of my sim. We don finish for BVN now na Sim registration.

This every year sim registration don taya me. They will tell you it's for security reasons.. security ngwanu where u see am.. odikwa egwu. Fear of standing in a queue for a very long time don dey catch me already.

You don't need to prove me or any body wrong other than the person you had a business deal with. Prove her wrong by either delivering her goods or return the money she paid into your account..

If you guys are having problems please you two should leave nairaland alone and go and solve your problems yourself outside nairaland. Rushing here to tell us all this won't solve any problem. And from what am seeing you have created a counter thread on this issue. I don't know who or what to believe again.

So sorry for what you are passing through. I cannot tell you that I understand how you feel because I have not been there before. Sorry, and I pray that you recover your money soon.

My advice to some others that have any intention of sending money to someone for a business or something of that nature.. nairaland is a social network just like any other. It's a faceless forum. Why pay money into someone's account when you don't know anything about the person apart from what he or she told you online. Some people that we know too well sometimes made away with our money talk more of people we know little or nothing about. It doesn't make any sense to me. I am not saying that there are no good people here on nairaland. But there are things we don't just trust people with especially when it comes to the issues concerning money. Before you engage in any transaction with any body, be sure to know the person very well. Money is not just easy to come by these days.

I pray you recover all that you have lost.
