its like d Mods are running out of good topic to display on d front page wtf.

I hv bn doing it for d past 6 months nw,very good for d health. i hv never experienced even a headache since i started it just only a minor one tht normally subsides within a few minutes. All my anagelstics drugs are no longer relevant to me.

Land costs more in my town,that is if you are lucky to find one.Most of my folks are relocating to the neighbouring towns and beyond.A 50ft by 90ft piece of land was priced for N5m in 2011,the owner refused to sell..

Building materials are not cheaper either..chippings/granite gravels cost more in the main cities compared to mine same as reinforcement bars/rods cement,roofing materials etc.

I will put everything in my country home no matter how much i stay there in a yr.That where i relax,that where i,ll retire,when im gone thats where i will be interred.

I can have properties all over the world but that one house i build in my home town will be my castle.

payless: I am interested if true that Access Bank pay 14% on fixed deposit account of more than a million naira.

i was there today bt d highest they could offer me is 7% for a million plus. GTB is 6.5%. Access bank told me it ws 11% on january.

HAH: My brother considering the fact that inflation rate averagely 12% don't you think 14% is low considering the fact that you will deduct 10% of the interest as WHT and also at what rate are you lending it out I guess something above 24% all in?

@jerk the best rate are in MFB's due to the fact that they lent out most at 10% flat which means 120%pa so deposit rate as well may be high but mind you the risk too is very high
