Nb: You should know that whenever you come on here and insult Muslims and Islam, you are invariably insulting your family who are practicing Muslims. Your atheism logic did not teach you to respect other people’s beliefs?!
You have no right to be bringing in people's family into trivial matters like this.

Tingtinz has every right to criticise a religion he disagrees with. Criticising a religion is not the same as insulting a religion.

Many people in Nigeria have relatives from different religions. For instance, yoruba people can have muslims, christians and Ogun traditional worshippers in the same family. It is not insult for a christian family member to say that he disagrees with the prophet of islam.

I have to you to stop smoking Igbo. I have told you to stop listening to official news and articles. They don't tell you what you wanna know but what they want you to know. This was the reason I posted videos and screenshots. There are grandmas at 30 and still counting. Yes, teen pregnancy may have reduced in some places but your link is not a full proof
Empiree my boy,

Please, go and learn the difference between anecdotal evidence and concrete evidence. I did not just provide a news article- it had a RESEARCH proving that sex education reduces teen pregnancy.

2 or 3 examples of underage sex (between adults and children) does not prove that the society (America/Europe) approves it.
2 or 3 examples of theft does not prove that the society approves of theft.

The law is what proves how a country's morality is structured.

You are 100 percent wrong. Sex education actually reduces teen pregnancy. That is a fact. I even posted link to research confirming it to you before.

face the truth presented to you. Prophet muhammad freed slaves. Yes, he bought slaves from Jews and nonmuslim Arabs to free them. Those slave became great scholars of Islam like Bilal.
Unfortunately, none of your Islamic scholars believe that bullshite you just wrote.

Bilal is nothing but a lackey. Bilal was never a scholar, you lying Muslim. Bilal was a muezzin. A freaking musician for his a Arab slave master.

Mohammad had many slaves that he did not free till he died. This is especially true for the female slaves
Islam › Re: Islam's Position On Homosexuality by JeromeBlack: 5:27pm On Jun 25, 2019
Empiree:
Yes, it had nothing to do with muslims. Why?.

Because slave trade was alive before Prophet muhammad (saw). Jews and CHRISTIANS were buying and selling slaves before 7th century. Question is, why didn't Jews and CHRISTIANS abolished slavery before advent of muhammad?. Why suddenly slave trade which is written all over Old Testament disappeared in New Testament and then referenced in the Qur'an?.

It was not easy for prophet muhammad (saw) to eradicate slavery at once because jews and Christians were used to it. So he had to "play" along and gradually stopped slavery. That's wisdom.

Again, why didn't Jews and CHRISTIANS stopped slavery they started?. It was not started by our prophet (saw). So if Arab indulge in slave trade AFTER Muhammad (saw) banned it, then it is Arab not Islam or muslims.
The same prophet that traded in slaves?

My guy, go to sleep

I dont know about all of that.

If you're atheist, how would anyone know ? A majority of my friends are atheist and its not even a topic of discussion ever. They dont believe in God and I do. Thats all. I think it becomes an issue when one feels the need to flaunt what they consider new found knowledge at the detriment of others.

Obviously that's all wrong. But let's be logical here, I dont go to church ranting Jesus is not God. If I don't believe in Jesus, theres no need for me to look at those who do as inferior ya feel me ?

In a Christian country, muslims are less likely to win elections. In a muslim country, Christians are less likely to win elections. Of course, I would want a world that lacks discrimination but everyone wants familiarity.

Honestly, it may be due to my own ignorance so please feel free to share information. I've never heard of anyone attacking without provocation an atheist. Honestly. I dunno maybe its just the news I listen to or the people I surround myself with but when someone says"Im an atheist" and they dont follow it by "believing in God is stupid" then I quite frankly dont know anyone who cares.
Do you live in Nigeria?

Stop your hypocrisy guy. David Wood has attacked muslims on several occasions. Muhammad hijab was just giving him his dose. Did you watch their debate in Queens, New York a while back?. He knocked out David Wood and he gave excuse why he was rude to David Wood. He said he would not talk like that to Mr. White and other evangelical Christians
Empiree and brother Hijab are right on this one. The British dumped their false religion called christianity on us. Today, Most British are not Christians. Mostly atheists and agnostics.

However, Empiree and brother Hijab are muslim hypocrites. They associate christianity with slavery and colonization by the British. BUT WHEN IT COMES TO MUSLIM ARABS AND THEIR ENSLAVEMENT OF AFRICANS, THEY CLAIM IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ISLAM

If you say so, I guess I'll let you be. But it highlight the society's lower expectation for Muslims on philosophy. To me, the true Muslim philosophers don't waste time debating existence of God, they see that this debate on an even playing field can never have a decisive victor.

Where the true Muslim philosophers occupy themselves is in tackling the purging Islam of the fanatic thoughts and ideas Muslims inherited from their predecessors.

The likes of Tarek Fatah, Maajid Nawaz, Imam Tawhidi, Mufti Abu Layth al Maliki or Zuhdi Jasser. These are recommendable Muslims. Not someone like Hijab who can't get beyond archaic mentality like "the unbelievers are the enemies".
I know Maajid Nawaaz. I just pity the guy. He is trying hard to reform Islam but he gets death threats and hate from conservative muslims

Really?

Are you aware that atheism is illegal in Saudi Arabia?

Are you aware that atheists are punished in northern Nigeria? Kept in asylums, ostracized and discriminated against by religious people?

Are you aware that atheists are seen as immoral satan worshippers by religious people?

Are you aware that atheists are less likely to win elections in religious countries?

You should understand that religion and religious people attack us without provocation. Understanding religion is key to survival.

Does the society support it? Does the law support it? Correct me but age of consent in the USA varies from 16 to 18.

Even the comments do not support underage sex.

But you are here using videos of people confessing to underage sex as if it is the norm. Do people not break laws? Are law breakers the definition of the law or the majority?

Muhammad Hijab, Muslim philosopher? Man, you must have really low expectation of Muslims or poor appreciation for philosophy.
Debating ignorant people about Islam on the street and publishing a book for God's existence, doesn't make you a philosopher.

Is this not the man that justify wife hitting (Qur'an 4:34) with moral relativism? The man that can't see how hitting wives even with a tooth pick can provoke domestic violence even in the 7th century?

Only thing one can learn from Hijab is a bit of diplomacy in discourse. Respect for your opponents. But nothing else.

At the heart of it, this man is just a social media celebrity to Muslims. He, Ali Dawah, Dawah Man, these are cookie cutter Muslims who regurgitate the same flawed arguments by past scholars. Bunch of overzealous Muslims that live in the land of fasad, despite their religion prohibition against doing so, and seeking to make a name for themselves.
Abeg. Brother Hijab is trying. Compared to the other Muslim dawah clowns, he is more sensible.

So far, neither you nor sanpipita offered any solution. You hide your agenda but the other guy was bold enough to offer his solution that contraceptives and condoms are best solution.

Obviously his "solution" is meant to exploit young girls sexually. To mess up their lives and dump them. You however are just empty barrel.

Again, you should be ashamed of yourself to even post anything after reading tintingz's findings. Tintingz went to do some research and realized my point but you and sanpipita pigheadedly cling on. Let me remind you that screenshot I posted yesterday from paternity court's comment about a 27 years old guy who impregnated 16 year old girl is still valid. It is still up there. My question stands like yesterday. Why was he not arrested for sex with minor?. Instead he came to court to claim his baby.

You see what 27 yr old guy did?. That's exactly "solution" offered by the other guy. That's, to give them condoms and pills and use them for sex. Anyone try that with my daughter better dig his grave ready.

These guys here have problem. There is nothing wrong with educating teenage boys and girls about so called "sex education". I am not opposed to that. My point is do you actually think this is lasting solution?. Besides, what they called sex education is something good parents actually teach their children especially mothers to daughters. If you want sex education to work in nigeria, you first all need to bring your govt to book to fix basic needs of the citizens they serve. You can't just be teaching teens about teen pregnancy without some sort of "package".

Also, problem i have with many of you hypocritical people is that if someone posted a muslim man from Asia or middle east with a child or underage girl, you are quick to say this is "child abuse", "muhammad was pedophilia", "Islam allows it" etc. But when I posted a screenshot that you read with your own korokoro eyes, you said it is not a justification. Is it justification when you see picture of a mullah with a young girl and you quickly assumed they are married base on some false information or article written along with it?. This is hypocrisy. I posted screenshot above on purposes to expose this kind of nonsensical hypocrisy. The same thing happened years ago on this platform. I asked then and asked now why isn't this guy arrested for having baby with minor?. By definition of minor in the US, it is simply below 18 years of age. Yet, if you go by marriageable age by state, under 18 can marry depends on conditions attached like parent(s) consent in some state. Some State dont require parental consent. This is why they dont always arrest or prosecute a man whose girlfriend is underage. If All states in the US are not united under common marriageable laws, why do you think the entire world should view "underage" the same way?.

Google it yourselves. Marriageable age are different by state in the US. Not long ago, was it is not in UK or German where a 12yr old boy impregnated 10 or eleven year old girl. Please stop picking on this issue where it suits you. You can't condemn underage sex or pregnancy in asian, arab or nigeria but look the other side when same underage pregnancy in western world is presented. It is same implications. The difference is economy. Tell your govt to fix economy and stop whining.
You are trying hard to sound reasonable but your brain is still malfunctioning.

Oga, you are an expert in changing the subject and introducing straw men.

Underage marriage has nothing to do with the economy. It is a matter of law. Sharia law sees nothing wrong with underage marriage. UAE is not a poor country for instance.

Marrying below the age of consent is illegal in Europe and the USA. Stop trying to compare these western countries to your sharia ones.
