Mario Balotelli might get a frosty reception from girlfriend Fanny Neguesha after he reportedly made a bizarre comment about the Belgian model ahead of Real Madrid’s Champions League clash with Borussia Dortmund.

The former Manchester City striker is apparently so confident Dortmund will qualify for the Champions League final, he is claimed to have said that he would allow the Spanish side’s squad to sleep with his girlfriend if they managed to upset the odds and reach Wembley.

In Spanish newspapers AS and Marca, the Italy forward was quoted as saying: ‘If Real Madrid come back in Champions League, I’ll let my girlfriend sleep with them!’

Dortmund ran Real off the park a week ago at the Westfalenstadion, with Robert Lewandowski, Mario Gotze and Marco Reus tearing a flimsy-looking defence apart.

Manchester United and Bayern Munich target Lewandowski netted all four goals in the 4-1 victory for Jurgen Klopp’s men.

Cristiano Ronaldo, who scored Real’s only goal of the night, missed the Madrid derby clash against Atletico at the weekend and remains a fitness doubt for Tuesday’s encounter at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Meanwhile, Balotelli, apart from reportedly making controversial comments about his girlfriend, is lighting up Serie A since leaving Manchester for AC Milan.

The 22-year-old has scored 10 times since exiting the Premier League, including a contentious penalty in last night’s victory over Catania.

Balotelli has previously spoken about his blossoming relationship with Neguesha.

For JAMBITES who wrote on saturday, If You know your four question types does not correspond with the types "D,I,B,U", that's quite an issue.

Simply saying for Candidates who answered 2 subjects of same type e.g, (DIBB, DBII, DDIB, UDII, UUBI) and the rests, then you really have some problems, as chances of RELEASING RESULTS OF SUCH CANDIDATES ARE LESS, because every student who took the exam has 4 types, consisting of a random combination of the Jamb registrars name(DIBU).

You might be ready to explain where the last alphabet went to and where the "double alphabet" came from...

What better way to celebrate a historic 20th league title than grabbing a fake dismembered arm and pretending to take a great big bite out of it?

That was how Manchester United's Patrice Evra marked a 3-0 win over Aston Villa on Monday night that ensured Sir Alex Ferguson's side had dethroned Manchester City to be crowned champions of England.

The none-too-subtle gesture was obviously a jibe at Evra's enemy, Liverpool striker Luis Suarez, who on Sunday caused widespread disgust in the football world for biting Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic on the arm.

Incredibly, that was not the most offensive thing Suarez has done in England. In October 2011, Suarez racially abused Evra and was banned for eight games after the Football Association ruled he had used the term 'negro' seven times in a heated row with the United left-back.

The feud continued when Evra graciously extended an arm to shake Suarez's hand before a match in February 2012 - only for Suarez to snub the France international and invoke another tsunami of condemnation.

It was only in September 2012 that the row appeared to have been consigned to the past as the two players shook hands prior to a Premier League contest, but last night Evra didn't miss the chance to have a cheeky dig at the Uruguayan in a moment of high excitement.

Evra's rather controversial joke hasn't gone down well with some supporters though.

On Twitter, Liverpool fan Neil Gibson wrote: "Hope the media brand evra a scumbag for what he done tonight and hope the FA fine him #disgrace"

Human rights groups have launched a campaign to put a stop to the development of what they call "killer robots", saying such machines should be outlawed along with cluster bombs and landmines.

The campaign organisers are concerned that the increased use of unmanned drone attacks by the US and automatic defence systems are the precursors to thinking robots that could kill with impunity if programmed to do so - much like the Arnold Schwarzenegger character in the Terminator movies.

Automatic defence systems include the Iron Dome, which was successfully used by the Israelis to shoot down rockets from Gaza late last year.

One of the campaigners, Jody Williams, said: "We're worried about machines that can be programmed, you put in a certain set of criteria, but then you set that machine free and it goes off whether it is in the air or on land or in the sea.

"I don't want a programmed machine to kill me."

Ms Williams, who won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1997 for her campaign to ban landmines, added: "I know we can do the same thing with killer robots. I know we can stop them before they hit the battlefield."

Defence contractors, particularly in the UK and US, are working increasingly on robotic aids to warfare; the so-called "bloodless war" is akin to the Holy Grail for western military leaders.

But in Britain, at least, defence chiefs draw the line at killer robots with no human control.

"The MoD has no intention of developing any weapons systems that are used without human involvement," a Ministry of Defence spokesperson said.

Although the Royal Navy does have defensive systems, such as phalanx, which can be used in an automatic mode to protect personnel and ships from enemy threats like missiles, a human operator oversees the entire engagement.

Furthermore, all of our Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems used in Afghanistan to protect troops on the ground are controlled by highly trained military pilots.

There are no plans to replace skilled military personnel with fully autonomous systems.

Even the terminology is inflammatory, with the idea of autonomy meaning different things to different groups.

Robotics Professor Noel Sharkey from Sheffield University is clear that the Terminator is not about to come to life.

"In robotics we came up with the term 'autonomy' to simply mean programmed and operating with censors, rather than calling them killer robots, it's a weapons system that can select a target and engage without further human involvement," he said.

Either way robotics, particularly in its military guise, is increasingly important to defence planners as a way of increasing the safety of soldiers and their capability at the same time.

But it is probably premature to say whether or not we are at the dawn of the age of armies of robots slugging it out with each other...

Sir Alex Ferguson hailed Robin van Persie as having a similar impact as Eric Cantona after the Dutch striker's hat-trick secured a 20th league title for Manchester United.

Van Persie's treble in a 3-0 win against Aston Villa at Old Trafford included a stunning volley and Ferguson admitted the summer signing from Arsenal had been crucial.

It also ended a long wait for a Premier League title for 29-year-old van Persie after years of trying with the Gunners.

Ferguson said: "He has made a fantastic contribution to our season.

"In terms of impact he has as big as an impact as anyone I can imagine. Cantona was an incredible impact player and I have been very, very lucky I have had some fantastic strikers right through, probably 10 great strikers at the club.

"I think we had an expectation. His performance for Arsenal last year was sensational and I remember Arsene saying to me 'he's a better player than you think' when we concluded the deal and I think he was right.

"He's in his mature years and winning the league meant the world to him."

Asked if Van Persie's second was a contender for goal of the season honours, Ferguson added: "Of the century for me. It was a marvellous hit, head down, over the ball, perfect timing - a magnificent strike...
