How did he cause the so called hardship you allude to him? Kogi State civil servants are the highest paid in the North (despite their trademark indolence) and rank amongst the highest in the entire country, due to minimum wage which he inherited from Ibrahim Idris who was a beneficiary of high allocations. The reality of today's Kogi is that its take home from the center has dropped significantly, and its unable to meet up with the demands of the work force (and that's despite increasing IGR by over 300% from NGN 120m to NGN 600M). So again what do you expect Wada to do? Result to quantitative easing to resolve the State's financial burden?

Kogi's problem is structural as it is an amalgamation of entites with zero economic base. The plan at inception was to use Ajaokuta as a catalyst to spur economic growth and prosperity. Now the question to you is this: has Ajaokuta lived up to its billing?

It's one thing to simply sit behind your keyboard and throw jabs at accomplished individuals due to the exposure granted them by offering themselves to serve; and it's another thing to argue coherently with facts at hand.

Bello no doubt has youthful vigor going for him, but again, he would need more than that to make a significant impact in the State.
