You don't want to mess your circle. It does increase estrogen and worsen condition. Vitamin E is very okay for men but not for women with high estrogen issues. It okay to take the little amount in prenatal multivitamins.

Every man ttc should be on multi vitamin
Wellman ordinary or Supramalt - one capsule daily
50mg zinc(good for men's libido)
400-600iu vitamin E (antioxidant) - once daily. Vitamin C is very good(antioxidant) 500mg-1000mg once daily. Eat healthy.

If your dh is perfect you may not worry about this suppliments. Just let him eat healthy.

For sperm boast let him take this for three months:
1000mg vitamin C
400 to 600iu vitamin E
50mg zinc
A capsule daily of multivtamin for men(ordinary wellman or supramult)
Then water(very important) make him take 1 big eva bottle water before his 1st meal everyday. At least 2 big eva bottle water for d whole day. Let him try this and he will be glad he did.

Let him always place his hands on his manhood and pray. When u are praying at night or when u fast lay ur hand on his manhood and pray for him.

His meal: Encourage him to eat clean. He should avoid cabonated water(coke and all in this category), Parked juice, sugar(give him pure honey instead). Coffee, milo and others in this category should be avoided but ones a while if he must take it.

Pls use apple cider vinegar with caution. Take with enough water. ACV has its side effects too. Take a teaspoon in at least half a litre of water. Water is one of d best alkalizing/alkaline agents. Even green leaves(vegetables). You can blend washed ugu leaf and drink the juice.
