Attending of churches isn't as important as it used to be because the spiritual value or quality of churches have significantly declined overtime.

The reason we share these things is to expose the lies of the devil, and also to encourage others still struggling with such things not to give up but persist, so they too could be free.

I have been where they are when it almost felt hopeless but today here I am, so if God could give me victory over such vices, He could do the same for them.

So they shouldn't give up but keep crying out to God to save them, and He surely will.

It may be immediate, it may take a while like mine, but it's only a matter of time before they would gain permanent victory over konji as I did.

God bless.

Even I was still a church-going sinner, i can vividly remember crying out to God to save me from masturbation because I had become completely fed up of the act.

At the beginning it seemed fun trying to appease my konji, but at the end I would find myself masturbating up to four times a day. Yet instead of feeling satisfied, I would feel physically, mentally, emotionally drained and really miserable.

It was turning out to be a nightmare, because despite knowing how miserably it would end, I would still find myself unable to resist the urge to service my konji the next day. That's how I found myself in a vicious circle which was gradually leading me to depression.

This was when I was still a sinner, that is to say, sin was my lifestyle, and I wasn't even ready to repent, yet I was sincerely crying out to God to save me from this mess, to show how miserable konji can make the life of anyone who tries to satisfy it.

I could still also remember the indescribable feeling I usually had briefly whenever I was able resist the urge of konji for a while, until i fell back again and find myself in ground zero having to start from scratch. I was wondering if that recurring episode was ever going to end.

But thank God, that's all in the past now. God has answered my prayers and my konji has had no choice but to finally yield to superior authority.

Back then when the urge was so strong, it would be as though If I didn't cater to it, I would die or faint and not be able to survive till the next day, but now I haven't just survived til the next day, or month or year, because it's been many years since I last allowed konji to rule over my flesh via masturbation or sexual immorality, but i'm still here, I haven't died because of konji.

[Instead i'm very much alive and much sharper than I ever was when i used to dance to the tune of konji and it almost wrecked my whole life.

Although it's been a very long time since I gained my freedom from slavery to konji, it's still very fresh on my mind, because I still vividly remember how konji used to show me shege when it was still in control of my life, and how long I fought to be free but to no avail.

So I'm going to continue to cherish every moment for as long as I live, seeing the same konji being put in its rightful place, under my authority.

God bless.

When They Tell You That Konji Can Kill You

Has anyone ever told you that konji could kill you if you don't cater to its cravings?

Or that you can't survive for a long time without having sex as a single?

Or did they tell you if you don't masturbate or find a similar avenue to release those urges, that you may suddenly fall sick or even dead?

That's one of the greatest lie ever told because no single person in the history of this world has died just because of konji.

In fact, to the contrary, it is the inability to resist the urges of konji that has killed and wrecked so many lives.

These include, the high and mighty, kings, rulers, judges, emperors, presidents, even some of the most powerful leaders and dictators in history, who couldn't be brought down through any other means but for their proneness to konji.

One of them, Samson, the strongest man to have ever lived, who was the judge of Israel at the time. It was through the snares laid up for his konji, that his enemies were able to catch and finally tame the man who hitherto proved indomitable to them. After all attempts to capture and subdue him with their military might proved abortive because of his unusual strength, it only took a prostitute for them to crack his security code, after which they caught him, ripped off his eyes and rendered him permanently blind.

Who can also forget the powerful general that once terrorised this whole nation and held it to ransom, brutalising or even murdering anyone he considered an opposition or whoever spoke up against his tyranny, including Fela Kuti, M.K.O. Abiola and his wife, Kudirat Abiola?

He seemed untouchable at the time, however it was his weakness regarding his konji that was used as a bait to lure him to his death, as the powerful general shamefully died on top of prostitutes while trying to satisfy his konji.

These are just a few examples of the high and mighty that konji has brought low when allowed to be in control.

Therefore don't believe the big lie that Konji will kill you if you don't satisfy it because Konji is insatiable.

So trying to satisfy konji, would only lead to konji growing bigger and more powerful, until konji gets out of hand and turns into an uncontrollable killer monster.

That's how in the quest to satisfy konji, some people are now raping infants, having sex with same sex, animals, trees, or whatever they could lay their hands on, and the worst part is that they still end up miserable, frustrated or even dead because konji can never be satisfied.

It's only when you allow konji to control you that konji can kill you.

So no gree for any konji this year or next!

God bless

I didn't think it was a bad location for a church at all at the time though.

Infact I saw it as a huge opportunity for the church, because I felt the purpose of the church is to reach out to lost souls like them with the Gospel, so it was supposed to be an advantage for the church to have such ones closeby or around them so they could easily reach out to them.

That was already my inclination, then on one particular night, we had just closed from midweek program at church, so I was with 2 guys. One was a friend, the other, a guest artist who also happened to be a pastor, and we were just making our way to the place we could get a cab to take us home.

Suddenly out of one of those clubs came 3 prostitutes, and they were seeking their customers as usual.

That was how they came into our conversation, as one of the three of us immediately expressed his disgust on sighting them. Ironically this was someone who I knew very well to be just a church-goer still living a life of sin and sexual immorality, yet he was the first to condemn someone else.

I was disgusted at his sheer hypocrisy, however wasn't fazed. Hence as my custom was at the time, to preach the Gospel at every opportunity, I expressed my desire to instead share the Gospel with them regardless. And the other gentleman, who was a pastor, was also on the same page with me, so we decided to approach the girls, which of course, we did.

Thankfully they gave us audience but seemed distracted at first as some car users, who they saw as potential customers were still passing by.

However after a while, we had their undivided attention, as we suddenly split into three groups, each of us with a prostitute sharing whatever we had to say with them, including the reluctant guy who seemed to have to no other choice but to follow suit.

It been over many years now since that happened so I can't remember exactly what I said to the girl with me and her exact response, but what I could remember was that at some point, i had to get a pen from my friend to take down her number perhaps for follow up afterwards, as she was willing to give me her contact which appeared kind of her.

Shortly afterwards we were through speaking with them, it appeared to have some short-term effect at least, as the three of them, instead of staying back to continue waiting for customers, immediately left the area in a cab.

That was the last time I spoke with the one with me or heard of her, so I can't say exactly how it panned out, however I was glad I was able to share the Gospel of Christ with her to at least give her that chance.

The pastor friend with us that day though came back with some encouraging update.

He testified that the prostitute he spoke to attended his church service the following Sunday and also testified there. She also shared with him some of her life's problems which perhaps that pushed her into the lifestyle, so he was able to also ask members of his church to assist her wherever they could.

I was surprised with his testimony though, because after the prostitutes left us, I thought that was likely the end of it, as I didn't expect any of them to take our preaching seriously, but that suggested why we need to preach the Gospel to them regardless, because one never knows.

That could be the reason they come to know Jesus, the only Man who could fill the void in their hearts.

Is It Bad To Locate A Church In A Prostitution Hotspot?

I used to attend a church located at an area replete with nite clubs and hotels, so prostitutes were often seen hanging out around that area especially at night.

Something I noticed at the time was that the sight of the prostitutes, seemed to irritate Christians who worked, lived or had their church venues around that area, as I have often heard several of them express their disapproval of having to cope with the sights of such scantily clad ones on a frequent basis as a result.

One even took it to the point of praying for the clubs to be burnt down so the area could have some sort of reprieve. Even heard the church's pastor speaking severally about not being comfortable holding church services around such an area.

So it is really that bad for a church to be located in such an area?

God bless.

That's shows NL atheists are even worse, because they're having phobia because of someone who is not smart, they opened a thread about him, gloating about what he said in 2019. He's not smart, yet atheism in NL has been on a free fall since he became active in this section. Yet he's not smart at all that's why it worries them so much.

No surprises coming from the same one blindly arguing about heterosexuals being more prone to HIV and consequent death than homosexuals. It takes smartness to be able to do that.

One thing I admire about most atheists like Botragelad is their absolute sincerity and open-mindedness. They are willing to listen to reason, and even God is quoted in the Bible as saying, "come let's reason together" (Isaiah 1:18). So, I urge religious people like Jesusjnr2020 not to become defensive against their offensive. Instead, depending on the Holy Spirit, take time out of Christian love to explain to them.

4. Your Frequent Use Of The Slang 'Lol'

You concluded your response by writing has follows...

I have chosen to respond to you only because I believe you're sincere. Otherwise, my time is too precious to be wasted on charlatans who are just out to trash-talk. Your frequent use of the word 'lol' seems to suggest that you might belong among such charlatans. First, it indicates that you presume you are right and no one else can be right other than you. Again, it shows that you are not serious about what you are saying.

So, if you are serious, respond to me point by point as I have responded to you, addressing the issues I've raised one after the other especially if you don't agree with them. But if you keep showing that you are not serious then, don't expect any further response from me.

There are other things you said up there. But my responses to them will depend on the responses you give to the points I've raised now. Thank you.

See the religious hypocrite thinking he could use bringing me down as a leverage to gain some advantage in his convo with atheists. Now you've started calling them charlatans out of love and inspiration of the "Holy Spirit", right? You guys are so shameless. Thank God for exposing your hypocrisy though. Next time you won't try using me to chase clout but focus on your own argument to see if you really had anything better to offer.

When I first came to Nairaland, I noticed how even the senseless post of atheists used to get many likes than the sensible ones of Christians and I used to wonder how.

The screenshot below suggests how because the moniker belong to a popular and active one here.

The post in the screenshot was his and you can see how he automatically got 3 likes.

Tomorrow they would tell you it's because of their superior arguments but you can see how their argument became superior in the screenshot.

So don't be deceived by their lies.

Judge posts according to the truth and quality of content not amount of likes.

Thank you and God bless.

When I cited the fact that most of the greatest scientists in history, (not the average ones) were Christians, a so-called NL atheist said they were atheists but claimed to be Christians because of the fear of death.

I found that ridiculous because if that were to be the case for Christians, Christianity would virtually be history today, considering that the fact that the persecutions faced by atheist at any time in history was childplay compared to those faces by the early Christians.

I however was shocked when his comment was being approved of by many so-called NL atheists, who claim Christianity is a religion that thrives because of fear factor, despite baby Christians like Leah Shabiru proving them to be grown-up cowards.

Recently I saw a story of another atheist who immediately turned Christian and started begging the same God he claimed he never believed existed, to give him another chance, when he found himself on the cusp of death after his breathing had ceased and the fight to save his live was in full swing by the medics.

https://www.nairaland.com/7976473/atheist-says-he-died-returned#128044749

Hence I asked why do they have to always wait til they're faced with death before they get sense?

I find it hard to understand because by then it could be too late so why wait until that last minute?

It doesn't make sense at all.

Matthew 21:2-11 (KJV)

Saying unto them, Go into the village over against you, and straightway ye shall find an ass tied, and a colt with her: loose them, and bring them unto me.
And if any man say ought unto you, ye shall say, The Lord hath need of them; and straightway he will send them.

All this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying,
Tell ye the daughter of Sion, Behold, thy King cometh unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt the foal of an ass.
And the disciples went, and did as Jesus commanded them,

And brought the ass, and the colt, and put on them their clothes, and they set him thereon.
And a very great multitude spread their garments in the way; others cut down branches from the trees, and strawed them in the way.
And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the Son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest.
And when he was come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, Who is this?
And the multitude said, This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee.

The Only Animal In The World That Carries Mark Of A Cross On It's Back (Photos)

The donkey is the only animal in the world that carries a mark of the cross on its back.

The donkey is also the only animal that carried Jesus on its back and into Jerusalem. Matthew 21:2-11

Could that be a coincidence? I don't think so.

I believe it was symbolic and divinely ordained from the beginning of time.

Jesus said:

"If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me." (Matthew 16:24)

The cross represents Jesus' sufferings, so it's only those who humbly carry their cross and share in His sufferings in this world, that will be privileged to be carried by Jesus out of this world to share in His blessings in heaven. Matthew 5:10-12.

God bless.
