I see nothing special or new in this.

Same gospel and religions that was brought and preached to Africans by the whites?

Same religions that has white roots?

Tell me this when our African religions are being preached over there. Then it will be news.
Many though think it's just African kids doing this while all the white kids were in the laboratory studying science and technology.

So kids boldly preaching the Gospel of Christ in public places is not an African mentality thing as some erroneously think.

Even white kids living in the most developed and technologically advanced nations of the world, were not left out of what God is doing in these last days as prophesied by the prophets of old.

Joel 2:28-31 (KJV)

And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.
And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come.

God bless.

Sure, according to Jesus' teachings.

Matthew 10:15 (KJV)

Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.

Matthew 11:21-24

Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works, which were done in you, had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes. But I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the day of judgment, than for you. And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted unto heaven, shalt be brought down to hell: for if the mighty works, which have been done in thee, had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day. But I say unto you, That it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment, than for thee.

I also believe a sinner's prayer of repentance wasn't meant for the ears of anyone else but God's alone.

However not just a sinner's prayer, because there were prayers that even the righteous pray that they may not want others to hear but God.

Jesus was often said to have withdrawn Himself from the crowd into a solitary place to pray alone. Matthew 14:23, Mark 1:35.

The few occasions He didn't go alone, He would not even go with all His disciples, but just three of the chosen twelve. Matthew 17:1, Mark 5:37, Mark 9:2.

I believe He did that because there were hardly men around who could understand or agree with Him at the level of His prayers, hence it was better and more profitable for Him to pray alone.

Even He had brought up His disciples to a certain level that they could provide a bit of support and agreement in prayer, that encouraged Him to take 3 of them with Him to the place He prayed, they still fell asleep throughout. But thank God He was already used to praying alone and hence didn't have to rely on them otherwise He would have been left hanging which wouldn't have been funny at all.

So it's not wise to be totally reliant on collective prayers or prayer partners but to also imbibe that Christlike habit of praying alone to God as Christ also taught us to do.

Matthew 6:6 (KJV)

But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

God bless.

For those though who are still adamant that a sinner needs to confess with their mouths unto salvation just because Paul said so, they should tell us how the dumb or mouthless were supposed to come to salvation if so.

They wouldn't be able to do so because that's man for you and why man can never be God, because man sees and thinks on the outward appearance but God doesn't see as man sees nor does He think as man thinks, hence can never make His salvation available to the whole world yet inassessible to a set of people just because they have one disability or another.

Hence why God instead uses what comes out of the heart of a man to determine his salvation instead of what comes out of his mouth, because every man has a heart but not every man has a mouth, so it means every sinful man alive can still be saved even if they don't have mouths to make confession unto salvation.

For as long as the heart of a sinful man is still beating it means he is still alive and consequently can still be saved.

It's only when his heart stops beating that confirms he's dead hence can no longer come to salvation.

God bless.

So all this idea of making you recite some lines as "Lord Jesus come into my heart, I believe you died and rose" bla, bla, bla, as a sinner's prayer is misinformed and did not come from God, that's why it's usually fake and easily manipulated, hence hardly causes any rejoicing in heaven.

The worst part is when some preachers out of desperation, go to the extent of forcing people to recite those arranged words, thinking that just by reciting them, they can automatically become saved even though it's without their consent, to show how much they've been misled by that erroneous teaching.

I cannot count how many times I had done that confession thing with my mouth, while I was a sinner and yet continued afterwards as a sinner because it didn't come from my heart.

But on the day I truly became saved, I didn't recite anything, I can't even remember what words I said exactly, but it was very soft so no one around me or in the building heard or knew what I said on that day because I didn't also come out for alter call.

It was just between me and God, however was sincere and came from my heart, but guess what, this is several decades later, but what happened on that day is not just causing rejoicing in heaven but is still causing havoc in the kingdom of darkness up til this very day, because of the many souls yet coming to repentance via my ministry as a result of what happened on that day.

That personal experience and what I also learnt from Jesus' approach to calling sinners to repentance, informs why I never tell sinners who want to come to repentance to recite anything after me as prayer of repentance to God.

I always tell them to say to God whatever was in their heart because i believe a true sinner's prayer ought to be unique to the person and God, hence ought to done spontaneously from their heart as that of the woman with the alabaster box.

So while the sinner's prayer for the woman with the alabaster box would be whatever she said to God through her tears and silent prayer from heart, that of another could be, "Lord be merciful to me a sinner". Luke 7:38, 18:13.

Another could be, "Lord remember me when you come in your kingdom" and so on. Luke 23:42

I believe that spontaneity, one on One, heart to Heart conversation, at the beginning of their journey with God is crucial, because that sets the tone for the rest of their spiritual journey and how it develops.

Not something calculated and recited casually out of an already prepared script, which often results in the lack of deep emotion or spirit associated with true repentance even when it sincerely comes from the heart.

The fact also that Jesus, the greatest soul winner ever, never did that even once (ask repentant sinners to recite anything) during His ministry on Earth, despite bringing the most sinners to salvation during that short period, alone should tell us something.

If we really wanted to replicate His unprecedented result in soul-winning, the best way to achieve that is to follow His example and teachings.

Therefore you can clearly see that the widely held belief among Christians, that it's with the mouth that confession is made unto salvation didn't come from God but men.

It's men that want to hear what a sinner is saying with their mouth because they are flesh, but God is not flesh like men but Spirit, so God can also hear what man cannot hear, even the silent voice of a man's heart.

Therefore if you're a sinner, you don't need to make any confession with your mouth before God grants you salvation.

All you need is to sincerely repent in your heart when you come before God as that woman with the alabaster box did, and you may not even be able to utter single word out of remorse, but just be crying out your heart to Him in tears, and heaven would already be rejoicing that a sinner has truly come to repentence.

This time it was a sinner who came to Jesus because she was convicted of her sins and compelled to come to repentence. However when she came to Him she couldn't even utter a single word but kept weeping and crying out her heart to God in repentance.

Luke 7:37-38 (KJV)

And, behold, a woman in the city, which was a sinner, when she knew that Jesus sat at meat in the Pharisee's house, brought an alabaster box of ointment,
And stood at his feet behind him weeping, and began to wash his feet with tears, and did wipe them with the hairs of her head, and kissed his feet, and anointed them with the ointment.

But no one else could hear or understand what she was saying to God, instead they were more interested in the high cost of the ointment she had anointed Jesus with, and also condemning her because of her past life of sin which she was repenting of in her prayer to God.

Luke 7:39 (KJV)

Now when the Pharisee which had bidden him saw it, he spake within himself, saying, This man, if he were a prophet, would have known who and what manner of woman this is that toucheth him: for she is a sinner.

Mark 14:4-5 (KJV)

And there were some that had indignation within themselves, and said, Why was this waste of the ointment made?
For it might have been sold for more than three hundred pence, and have been given to the poor. And they murmured against her.

But this was what Jesus (who her prayer was directed to) said to woman:

"Thy sins are forgiven. Thy faith hath saved thee; go in peace." Luke 7:48, 50

This proves that a sinner's prayer of repentance to God doesn't need to be confessed or uttered with the person's mouth to be heard and approved by God.

God bless.

On another occasion, it was the woman who had an issue of blood for twelve years, and had suffered many things of many physicians but all to no avail.

Mark 5:25-26 (KJV)

And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years,
And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse.

However when the woman heard of Jesus, she came and joined the crowd from behind Him with a plan to get her healing from Jesus silently, not by shouting and letting everyone in the crowd know that she's had an issue of blood for twelve years so that Jesus could heal her.

Matthew 9:20-21 (KJV)

And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment:
For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.

So it was a silent prayer of faith she made within herself which no one else heard prior to that, but this was what God made of her prayer:

Mark 5:29 (KJV)

And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague.

So God answered her prayer despite the fact that no one else heard what she said before that.

Were Some Prayers Meant For God's Ears Alone?

Hannah in this occasion poured out her heart to God in prayer after she had endured much ridicule and provocation from her rival for being barren:

1 Samuel 1:10-11 (KJV)

And she was in bitterness of soul, and prayed unto the LORD, and wept sore.
And she vowed a vow, and said, O LORD of hosts, if thou wilt indeed look on the affliction of thine handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thine handmaid, but wilt give unto thine handmaid a man child, then I will give him unto the LORD all the days of his life, and there shall no razor come upon his head.

But this was what Eli, the priest made of her prayer:

1 Samuel 1:12-14 (KJV)

And it came to pass, as she continued praying before the LORD, that Eli marked her mouth.
Now Hannah, she spake in her heart; only her lips moved, but her voice was not heard: therefore Eli thought she had been drunken.
And Eli said unto her, How long wilt thou be drunken? put away thy wine from thee.

So because Hannah was praying in her heart to God, and her voice was silent, Eli who didn't understand her pain and what she was going through, just because he couldn't hear what she was saying while pouring out her heart to God, hastily assumed she was drunk and started immediately rebuking her for that.

However, this was what God made of Hannah's prayer which Eli didn't hear or understand.

1 Samuel 1:19-20 (KJV)

And they rose up in the morning early, and worshipped before the LORD, and returned, and came to their house to Ramah: and Elkanah knew Hannah his wife; and the LORD remembered her.
Wherefore it came to pass, when the time was come about after Hannah had conceived, that she bare a son, and called his name Samuel, saying, Because I have asked him of the LORD.

So despite the fact that no one else, including Eli the priest, could hear or understand what Hannah was saying while she prayed to God because she prayed silently from her heart, God heard Hannah's prayer and consequently granted her request.

This proves that God doesn't need any man, including a priest, to hear or understand what you're saying when you pray to answer your prayer.

God bless.

Religion / Re: Chris Oyakhilome On Faking Speaking On Tongues by jesusjnr2020(m): 4:50pm On Apr 01
I used to fake it long before I truly got saved.

Although I wasn't speaking it at all after I truly got saved, because I hadn't yet received the utterance from God, I started faking it again owing to such false teachings that you don't have to wait to be given utterance by the Holy Ghost to speak in tongues.

But i stopped shortly because it was glaring I was only deceiving myself, and this was not the same as what I saw on Acts 2, hence I wasn't going to settle for anything less than what they had.

It took a long while, almost a decade, but the waiting was worthwhile because when it finally came, it was as good as what they received on the day of Pentecost.

It was from my experience I realized that the mighty rushing wind they heard on that day was actually the sound of God breathing.

I literally started hearing that sound myself with my ears and feeling the breeze of God's breath all over my body. it was similar to putting one's ears and body close to someone's nostrils.

That's the breath that powers the Words I utter whenever I speak in tongues, so it's the Spirit of God speaking 100% just as it was on the day of Pentecost.

The difference is depicted in the results.

We all know what happened on that day of Pentecost when they didn't fake tongues but spoke as the Spirit gave them utterance. The Spirit of God through His Voice went out of the building and drew many souls to Christ by Himself, even before the disciples have begun to go out and start preaching to the world.

A similar thing happened here when I was typing one day, and speaking in tongues, the result is there on my dp, as the person behind the other moniker could feel the presence of the Spirit from wherever he or she was on this planet, that's how the Spirit of God won that soul to Christ on that.

Many wonder how I was able to convert an NL atheist to Christ, and the power that often accompany my posts that makes some to weep and be crying out to God for forgiveness while going through them, well now you know. It's not by might nor power but by the Spirit of God.

Unfortunately many are not willing to wait for the Spirit of God, so they take matters into their own hands. They might feel good with themselves but they can never be able to replicate what the Spirit of God is able to do. Can they do with fake tongues what the Spirit of God on the day of Pentecost with His utterance?

There's a good reason Jesus told the disciples to wait for the Spirit of God to come upon them before going out to preach.

They needed the Holy Spirit to be able to succeed in the impossible assignment He gave to them.

So the whole point is it pays to wait for the Holy Spirit.

God bless.

When did the Church start - before or on the Pentecost Day? My perception is that women can preach but not to the Church.
Your perception is erroneous and antichrist going by Christ teachings and exame. The building of the church was perfected by the death (and resurrection of Christ) of Christ, but was only confirmed on the day of Pentecost by the Holy Ghost.

The disciples are Christ's church so it's His church He sent the woman to preach His Gospel to after His resurrection.

Moreover the church is supposed to follow Jesus teachings and example not those of someone else.

The Bible's instructions are clear and need no modifications. You err by presenting your own interpretation of events instead of God's clear commands as presented by the holy apostles.

You err by thinking that the church already existed at Christ's resurrection when in fact it would still take another 150days ahead, on the day of Pentecost. So it wasn't the church Mary told about the resurrection but Jesus's disciples. Take correction.

I'll advise you to stop wrestling scriptures to suit your opinion, you don't know more than the Spirit-inspired men that authored those books.
If you think the instructions and teachings of the apostles can usurp the teachings and authority of Christ, then you're nothing but an antichrist and false Christian as many of your fellows here. True Christians believe Jesus teachings is the final authority and above all else.

If you're too spiritually blind and ignorant to realize the church consisted of Jesus' disciples and was perfected by the death (and resurrection) of Christ, then it's no fault of mine but yours to remain steadfast in spiritual oblivion.

So kindly keep your erroneous beliefs you mistake to be corrections to yourself, i don't follow errors or lies, but the Truth that Christ is.

Religion / Re: Did The Stone Prevent Resurrected Jesus From Coming Out Of The Tomb? by jesusjnr2020(m): 8:01am On Mar 31
The reason the angels came to remove the tombstone was not because of Jesus coming out, but for those of His coming in, to see that He was no longer in the grave but is risen! Matthew 28:2-7

Moreover Jesus said that those of the world would see Him no more but those of His.

John 14:19 (KJV)

Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.

So if He had come out of the grave through the door after the angels removed the tombstone, the soldiers (the world) would have seen Him and that would have made His Word to fall to the ground.

But His Words didn't fall to the ground because Jesus didn't come out through the entrance, but left the tomb before the stone was rolled away, so the world never saw Him again.

Only those of His that He appeared to, saw Him after His resurrection just as He said.

God bless.
Religion / Re: Did The Stone Prevent Resurrected Jesus From Coming Out Of The Tomb? by jesusjnr2020(m): 8:01am On Mar 31
I believe there's no such thing there though, because such a thing never happened, but just an assumption based on their underestimation of the resurrected Jesus.

They probably thought Jesus was another Lazarus who needed the tombstone to be rolled away for him to come out of the grave.

They forgot that this was the Resurrection and the Life, who called out Lazarus from the grave but didn't need anyone else to call Him out.

He called out Himself!

He Himself said that He has the power to lay down His life and the power to take it up again. John 10:18

So it's not the same with Lazarus.

This is resurrected Jesus!

After His resurrection, He didn't need any door to exit any place or to enter into a place.

He was just disappearing and appearing.

People would be gathered in a place with the doors shut and Jesus would just suddenly appear in their midst.

John 20:19 (KJV)

Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.

John 20:26 (KJV)

And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you.

So the doors or walls were no longer a barrier for resurrected Jesus.

I believe that clearly depicts what happened after His resurrection.

The walls of the tomb or the tombstone could not hold or restrict Him.

So resurrected Jesus didn't need any angels to remove the tombstone for Him to come out of the tomb.

God bless.

Did The Stone Prevent Resurrected Jesus From Coming Out Of The Tomb?

I have heard several Christians, including some world-famous pastors, saying that after the resurrection of Jesus, the tombstone prevented Him from coming out of the tomb, hence the need for angels to roll away the stone for Jesus to be able to come out.

However I haven't been able to see anywhere in the Bible or the accounts given of His resurrection, that stated any such thing (Jesus coming out of the grave through the door of the tomb after the angel had rolled away the stone), hence I wonder where they could have gotten such an idea from.

Or is there anyone here who perhaps knows where in the Bible they might have gotten that idea?

Anybody?

Religion / Re: The Day Jesus Raised Dry Bones From The Grave by jesusjnr2020(m): 8:14am On Mar 29
I wouldn't be surprised if this is the first time most Christians were hearing of such a thing.

That's because I didn't receive this revelation about the raising of dry bones from men but directly from God.

Sadly though most Christians have settled for the revelations of men as apostle Paul, seeking just to know the power of Christ's resurrection, hence why they're not able to receive an even greater revelation from God about a much greater power than that of Christ's resurrection, which is the power of Christ's death.

It's the power that broke the curse and bondage of sin!

It's the power that brought salvation to mankind!

It's the power that split the veil of the temple into two!

It's the power that made the dry bones to come alive!

It's the power that made death and the grave to become powerless and of no effect!

It's the power that the gates of hell could prevail nothing against!

It's the power that made an open show of the devil and his angels that compelled them return everything they stole from man in the beginning, including the keys to his kingdom!

It's the power that gave Jesus all glory and power in heaven and on earth!
Matthew 28:18

And oh that I may know the power of His death!

God bless.
