With d little knwledge i av as a physical and health education student. I ws made 2 understand dat exercising d body 3-4hrs b4 sleeping enables one 2 av a very sound sleep (i can sleep at anytym, so far i observe my routine, which is playing football). U can actually exercise urself in ur room by jogging on a spot 4 at least 10mins. Of course u knw wot jogging means. It'll nt only help u sleep wel bt do oda things in ur body such as burning of calories, enhances effective blood circulation in ur body. Try it, if it works lemme knw. If it doesn't, there is anoda way out, jst holla me, i'll b dere 4u.
